police body camera video shows a father had his hands in air before two deputy marshals fired off 18 gunshots and killed the map's six-year-old son who was sitting in at the front seat of the man's car. a judge set bail for one million dollars each for these two officers. norris greenhouse is one of them. and the other, derrick stafford.

they're facing charges of murder in the second degree, and attempted second degree murder. mourners today also gathered at a funeral for the boy, his name was jeremy martis, an autistic first grader. the officers shot him five times in his chest and his head. they also say the officers shot the father, twice, but he survived, and relatives say he is in the hospital and could not make it to his son's funeral as a result. the shooting happen last week, marksville, louisiana. reports candidate the officers were serving a wayne on the father when they chased hem down a dead-end road. state police say there were no warrants to already arrest and they did notice find a gun at the scene. in other words the man they believe was not armed. police have not released a 9-1-1 call or the video from the officers' body cameras women got the information about the video from the judge north,. the head of the state police

saying the video was, quote, the most disturbing thing he has ever seen. he also says the boy was still buckled in his seat. his father with his hands in the air next to him when the child was shot dead. the father's fiancee reportedly says he was afraid of those marshals because he had some kind of dispute with one of them in the past. john laura is a criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor. it's the dispute we need to figure out. >> this is one of the most horrific things you can imagine in terms of a police shooting there appear to be no justification for this, absolutely no issue of self-defense, doesn't appear that police officers were executing on a warrant or chasing a suspect, after a crime had been committed, or that they were in any danger. at this point it's impossible to figure out what their defense could be.

at trial. >> it's hard to find a police officer in the line of duty even accused and charged with murder in the second degree. >> if a been practicing law 30 years, there's a federal prosecutor and defense lawyer, never heard of it. second degree murder means you had the specific intent to kill without justification. never hear that about a police officer in the line of duty. >> the suggestion is not they had a specific intent to kill the six-year-old but a specific intent to kill the father, and if while intending to kill someone you inned a vert itly kill someone else it's the same thing. >> absolutely. 18 shots as an unarmed man in a car and there happens to be a young boy there, strapped in, that's second degree murder unless the police come if with a justifiable defense and right now there's none.

outside the capital. jordannan officials say the gunman was a police captain. the u.s. officials say the americans who died were part of a state department police training program. jennifer griffin at the pentagon this afternoon. what more do we know about this? >> reporter: well, state department spokesman john kirby just confirmed the contractor killed and wounded in the attack worked for a defense contractor based in mcclain, virginia. the americans who were injured were air lifted to the king hussein hospital in ammann. the gunman was wearing a jordanian military uniform. president obama dressed the attack while meeting with the israeli prime minister, benjamin netanyahu, at the white house. >> a full investigation is taking place. we take this very seriously and will be working closely with the jordanians to determine exactly what happened. >> , my president, first let me express the condolences of the people of israel for the loss of american lives.

cop says judge julie coseric is in serious condition now but is expected to fully recover. the shooting happened on friday, friday night, at her home outside austin. police there told the austin american statesman newspaper, this looks to them like an assassination attempt. they've say the judge had just come from a high school football game and somebody blocked her driveway with a garbage can or trash can, forcing the driver to get out of the car and that's when the shootser opened fire. investigators say they're now reviewing hundreds of her past court cases, trying too see if there's anybody who may have wanted revenges. trace gallagher has more. >> we know that she was with her family when he attack happened and that nobody else was hurt. when the driver got out of the car to move the trash can, the judge was shot at while she was inside the car. neighbors say they heard four or five shots in ranched discussion. -- in rapid succession, she may
