muslims from coming into the country, a big jump for him. and, according to foxnews.com, that increase comes mainly from men, white evangelize christians and voters without a college degree and this does, of course, come at the expense of dr. ben carson. >> so these are the numbers. and yet the campaign itself looks he very different. donald trump in first place as we said at 39%. he is not even close to first place in the spending race. that prize goes to the jeb bush campaign and super pac which has outspent all the other candidates combined. once you take a look at partisan ad the bush campaign put up this week going after donald trump. watch. >> how do you think barack obama is doing right now and not only in terms of some of the strategy, the policials he is outlining but in terms of the appointments he has made? >> i think he is doing great. i think hillary is a great appointment. i think he is doing a great job. >> so you are impressed? >> wow. >> will that work? >> that's a great question. do we know how much it's working? they had multi-million-dollar ad a

and of course those aren't in the movie theaters. if you want to go to the movies pretty good weekend for it finally cold air. i'm sure clayton is happy with this. even with that, take a look across the northeast. it's chilly but not all that cold. the coldest air is right here across the northern plains, that's not going to last all that long. buffalo, new york, had not seen any snow this year until last night it got its first measurable snow. that broke a record that goes back to 1899 and the latest they had ever seen snow was on december 3rd. now we have a little bit of snow. lake-effect snow today and tomorrow. start to warm things up. most of the action is still out across the west more rain and mountain snow. we will be warming back up toward 60 all across the eastern seaboard this week for christmas. >> good, because it's christmas. >> coming up, the happiest place on earth getting tough with more guards and metal detectors at disney world. is this type of security the new normal in this country and should it be? >> it's a christmas surprise

first family are moments away from landing in hawaii. >> this after a day where the president stopped in san bernadino and held his end of year press conference. >> our own jennifer griffin is live in washington with details on this. jennifer, good morning. >> good morning, tucker. on his way to hawaii with his family. president obama stopped in san bernadino, california to meet with the 14 families who lost loved ones in the recent terror attacks amidst a lot of hugs the president tried to remind people of the overall good that is still out there in this country. he said he found inspiration with the families before leaving washington, he held an end of the year press conference at the white house in which he spoke of the way ahead in the fight against isis while offering few country new plans, he did promise to continue his push to close the detention facility at guantanamo bay next year. add ing that the number of detainees would fall below 100 in january. >> guantanamo continues to be key magnets for jihadi

he mowed down four people in 2014 with his pickup truck. he is on the lamb running with his mom and they can't find him. >> pretty unbelievable. now there is a a bounty on his head. one of the factors in his disappearance there was a video of him around a beer pong table. part of what his sentence was he didn't have to go to jail at all. 10 years of probation. he had ting arely check in with a probation officer and he wasn't allowed to drink for 10 years. here is that video. and that may have spurred his get away. but this is outraging all kinds of people across the nation. not just people who are involved in the case because the family lived by something according to a psychologist the defense called to the stand that was the golden rule not do unto others as you would have them do unto you. we have got the gold. we make the rules. nau this happened. >> this was repulsive story. it outraged people. the boy had grown up in such a way that he wasn't suited for jail. you couldn't punish him because he couldn't handle it. basically the judge made excuses for him.

this was imbedded by his mother. is it a surprise she has taken him on the lamb. >> parents second home at the time and then he got behind the wheel of that car and then he killed a 24-year-old a 41, a 52 and 21-year-old in that drunk driving accident. now, it looks like the sheriff's department. they get their hands on. hold him in juvenile detention until his 19th birthday in april at which time that he would be tried as an adult. >> i mean, this is basically not surprising. when you make excuses for kids' behavior, when you tell them it's not their fault. it's somebody else's fault. you get a pass and extra time on the test and get a trophy even though you didn't win. this kind of stuff adds up to bad behavior. if you excuse that behavior you get more of it. >> how about this defense in the first place. how about people that don't have money and don't have a good upbringing and two parents in their household you can use that in my defense my parents didn't raise me right. >> i don't think his parents did raise him right. >> right. that was their defense. but there are a lot of

lake-effect snow. take a look at this video out of michigan gotten around the grand rapids, michigan area. about a 50 car pileup kent county. snow coming in very quickly the way the lake-effect snow bands hit as you go from having no snow to almost whiteout conditions very quickly. and that's what he would are seeing all across areas of the great lakes today. a lot of people happy about it we have not had much snow. in fact, halderly any snow. buffalo getting its first measurable snow of the season. here's the look where the snow is. see a little bit buffalo area. a lot of that is going to warm up and melt this week. go to hurt maine east coast to get more snow. certainly the high e. elevations arizona and new mexico. i think that's going to hold for christmas day. a very, very unlikely, guys that we are going to be seeing a white christmas across the eastern seaboard. >> all right. thanks, rick. >> you bet. >> talking "star wars" the force very strong.

you were putting pen to paper that this is going to really be the piece that resonates with an audience here? >> well, we grew up in a praying home. we have seen the power of prayer in our own lives. we wanted to introduce people to that experience for themselves. but, we were crying sometimes as we were writing these scenes thinking this is really going to grab people's hearts. there is a lot of laughter in the movie as well. >> for someone who hasn't seen the film, what do you think it is that resonates so much with people? >> i think so, high percentage of america still observes prayer and knows that something that connects us to the lord. and in a crisis, you know, we need it. but we need prayer to be more than just a spare tire we get out in a crisis it needs to be a steering wheel. making prayer a priority. >> always extras and bonuses in here. what can we expect on the blue ray? second disk? >> there is over an hour of special features on here. there is the bloopers. we put a lot of funny bloopers on there when our actors mess up on set we get

driver's head was bobbing down like he was passed out, i knew i had to do something. i jumped in my truck, got up in front. made it out luckily the deputy that was on the side there was seeing exactly what i was doing. and got up and got ahold of the mirror and got ahold of the handrail. got the door opened up and just got it stopped. >> so you literally grabbed the mirror and handrail and that's how you pull yourself. in did the driver eventually come to? >> as i you got the door opened up, i think surprise fresh air coming in and me standing in his door way, did come to enough. as i'm reaching across trying to grab air brakes. i yelled at him to hit the brakes, he did. automatic response. more out of fear than anything. and then he kind of went back in his -- slumped back into his seat. >> even before hitting the brakes, you had to pull the steering wheel, right? you were about to go off the road to the right? >> yeah. it was starting to go to the right.

and i pulled the steering wheel back to the left to keep us on the road because that's a nasty ditch right there. and i was able to keep ton and everything worked out. >> so impressive, what kind of training did you have that made this possible? >> well, as law enforcement, we go through a lot of training, just gives you that self-confidence. there is nothing that trains you for anything along this line, but it just felt self-confidence. being able to work as we were all -- as you see all the law enforcement. my deputies that were there. we were working together as a team. truly it's -- you work on everything just to be able to handle any situation come across. >> pretty impressive. sergeant volk, how is the driver doing? i mean it, sounds like you saved his life by the looks of things. >> well, they kept it from crashing and everything like that. i know even at the it scene with the rescue, norfolk rescue we were able to get he glucose into the driver and he was feeling better. we'll found out he was a diabetic. they did take him into the hospital and i know one of

democratic debate. one of only i think six this year. and this has led the sanders campaign to make a pretty obvious observation that this whole system has been rigged on the democratic side by the hillary clinton campaign to reduce her vulnerability, to take any risks out of the process to allow her to be anointed the candidate. >> also this comes on the back drop of this data breech breach that happened this week among the two campaigns. here you have a staff member from the bernie sanders' campaign accesses this main hub. to be fair, let's explain in this. the dnc has a main data hub where they collect voter information. every campaign has access to this main hub. however, each campaign has their own like little section in this hub that other people can't touch. well, what happened this week ised that the bernie sanders campaign got access to hillary clinton's voter information, which is like sacrosanct, you absolutely don't touch. >> access for 40 minutes he said. >> for 40 minutes they. >> these are the guys that did the obamacare website:

why this is significant in order for a campaign to raise money this is is the day-to-day use. this is all the information who votes in the democratic primary. how much money they have given. the sanders campaign estimates they have lost $600,000 because they were not allowed access to their own data. and so they sued and the dnc caved. the point is the dnc says the sanders' campaign totally in the pocket of the hillary people. that looks true to me. >> especially for a saturday night when the sanders' campaign is explaining hey, look, why do you keep burying these things on saturday night when nobody watches saturday night television? what are you doing? >> why are there only six of them? debbie wasserman schultz said i have no plans to add any more debates. we may have more forums which is a one-on-one type of thing which would lose the whole idea of debating each other. >> if hillary clinton is so tough, so ready to take command of our country, why is she afraid of bernie sanders? here is a guy who has literally no chance of becoming a nominee or
