welcome back to "fox and friends first." a terrifying brush with death for a mother in pennsylvania. take a look at these photos. a truck axle came loose and smashed right through her windshield. she was driving two of her children to school at the time. her teenage son apparently put the seat back a few inches and she didn't readjust it. that's a good thing. a towing company said those few inches may have saved her life. a sky high scare. two window washers stuck on scaffolding 71 stories up outside houston's tallest building. the fire department saying one of the motors malfunctioned causing this death-defying -- they had to remove a glass window to pull the workers to safety. panic on the freeway when a plane makes an emergency landing. >> plane literally has just landed on the freeway.
