say, a bush, where he's well organized. just received an endorsement from lindsey graham in south carolina. he polled just right now, third place. so again, he is gaining what we thought his campaign being in life support, he could be, maybe, that resurrected candidate. >> what about john kasich? he was in second with what? 20% of vote. that was a surprise to a lot of people. is that real momentum? >> no. he'd been showing real momentum only in new hampshire. but you've got three candidates, rub yes was running second, kasich, and chris christie, all moving there. the fight when you introduced the show as you said earlier, this is insane what cruz and trump are doing to each other. this is not an election about ideology but insurgents. i'll tell you, attacks don't work, messaging does.

if you think back to 2004, in iowa, the democratic caucus, howard dean and dick gephardt got into a crazy, you know, knock down drag out and john kerry stood through. that is the danger. >> i think that is a fair analysis. i think at the same time, i have to say this feels like a very different race. we do have the fact that the angry voter, and trump says he's carrying that mantle of the angry voter. i think that that is actually working. i think that there is a sense they don't want politics as usual. and to, sean, we've seen this on going state through -- visiting with grass roots activists. they're ready, they're upset at the establishment and ready to say look. we want to try something new. something out, someone outside of washington.
