>> good morning, heather. there are multiple agencies under the department of homeland security identified in the new report raising serious security concerns. inventory reports from dhs obtained by the new site from the freedom of information request shared with fox news 589 cell phones firearms were lost or stolen between 2012 and 2015. employees were responsible for the lost or stolen credentials or guns. others belong to customs enforcement as well as citizenship and immigration services. in a statement a spokesman said they have improved oversight of the lost or stolen items the

>> a mid air mystery. a plane forced to turn around when passengers and crews started passing out. patricia stark is here with us. >> it was a very scary situation for the 188 people on board that plane. the american airlines flight was heading from london to los angeles. about two and a half hours into the flight a flight attendant suddenly collapsed. the plane turned around over iceland and headed back to london. one passenger said the crew started asking if any doctors

were on board. >> there was a lot of commotion and they immediately through the lights on and maybe five minutes later they announced that seven of the 13 flight aiden taattend board had passed out or were too sick to tull fifulfill their du. in addition to the 7 attendants at least 3 passengers also got sick. paramedics were not allowed on board until air tests were done. all of them later were evaluated on the tarmac and released. they tested the cabin air but did not find anything. the plane is still being inspected. the airline is working to book flights for the rest. it is still not clear what caused the illness. pretty crazy. >> to say the least. >> patricia stark live for us.

thank you, patricia. >> state troopers are recovering after this. trooper jacob fields try to pull over a van going 90 miles an hour in the pickup truck the driver refused to stop leading officers on a 10 mile chase. when he eventually stopped he opened fire on police. a trooper was hit in the leg and stomach. he is expected to make a full recovery. he later died in the hospital. el chapo saying a night light in his cell is psychological abuse. the infamous drug king pen isn't sleeping well because of guards and guard dogs. he was arrested for the third time after he escaped from the same mexican prison. a vaccine for the virus won't be ready for at least a decade. researchers say there was not a

preview. >> a very important debate tonight with the iowa caucuses four-days away. at the moment donald trump still not officially in the lineup at least according to him. fox news continues to hold his podium open. there's 15 and a half hours before the debate starts. plenty could happen. even if we are four-days away from voting donald trump already looking down the road at the campaign trail. last night a big rally in gilbert, south carolina. that is where people are vote on february 20th. he nailed down the endorsement of lieutenant governor henry mcmaster last evening a big surprise after haley knocked trump at her state of the union. big success as the election process unfolds. >> we go to new hampshire where we are leading very big. we come here. we could do well in iowa. i think we could run the table. if we can win iowa we are doing well with the evangelicals, with

it is obtained by the freedom of information request. those records were shared with fox news. they show that over 1300 badges, 165 firearms and 589 cell phones were either lost or stolen between the 20-year span between 2015. the biggest offender though is customs and border protection employees were responsible for the majority of the lost or stolen credentials and guns. the others belong to employees of immigration or customs employees or ice as well as u.s. citizenship and immigration services. they reduced a number of lost or stolen items in the last few years actually. if he loses or has his credentials stolen he needs to go to the credential office

then five men's later they announced 7 of the 13 flight attendants on board either passed out or were too sick to full th fulfill their duties. >> several ambulances met the plane at heathrow airport. in addition to the 7 attendants at least three passengers also got sick. paramedics weren't on board until air tests were done. officials tested the cabin air ammed tested luggage but they didn't find anything. the plane is still being inspected. po most passengers are on their way to the office and the airline is booking flights for the rest. still not clear what caused that illness. >> that is so frightening. they are asking lawmakers to approve firing squads as a method of execution.
