the sheriff said he was hungry and eating lunch. he faces court appearances and first there will be a detention hearing and he will go before the juvenile judge and the judge will decide where ethan couch will be housed. there are three different options on the table. he could be ordered to stay right here at the jv lock up facility or sent over to adult jail or bond out and be put on house arrest cording to the sheriff. that hearing is scheduled for tomorrow and has to happen within 24 hours of him arriving on on u.s. soil. february 19th, the judge will determine if the teen's case will be transferred to adult court where the pen p --

truth about her doing fund raising and not going negative. is it he need to make a change given the poll numbers? >> the message that he communicated is working for him. it is interesting though, if you look at many of the people that at bernie sander's rallies in new hampshire, many reporters tell me they are the same one that show up for donald trump rallies. and it speaks while the mainstream media and many of us who look the at election. we want to look at liberal versus conservative in this fight. in this election in particular outrage that drives many of the voters that be attending trump and sander's rallies. there are not enough outraged voters that trump and sanders can get their party's respective nomination. as we get ready for new

the attendance at these rallies on both sides. wall street as we referenced, is arguing that it is not just anger, that is simplifying the issue. americans are looking for solutions whether they are democrats and republicans and why they are turning to specific candidates. sanders has a specific idea. and hillary clinton has as well. what does that tell us about where the voters are as to what their solutions need to look like? in a country where folks are concerned about the direction we are going and threats that america faces from the enemies. they want to see action and hence, why they are for now, are looking at sanders and trump. but also keep in mind. until voters actually start

this is over the last hour. you can see movement in the second and third places with rubio and cruz and some of the others. you can see exactly where the candidates are trending now as far as who is asking questions about which particular candidates. now you can also look here. this is a national look at the top issues that people are querying on google right now. they want to hear about gun control. they're looking at taxes, education, immigration, obama care. we thought it was interesting that we didn't see a topic related to terrorism here, but we are told there are spikes in people searching things like isis and terrorism. they're not at the volume that we're seeing. we can look at what people want to know about specific candidates. about marco rubio, people are asking how old is he? what does he believe in? how does he feel about guns? this is all of that that we can get very much in real time. it's interesting to see what people want to know about particular candidates, questions they're asking. you think about all of us, sit down, google, ask and maybe we would be embarrassed to ask a co-worker and friend. it's a good insight on what
