kristin, good to see you. >> good to see you. this is such a horrible story. staff sergeant ronald hamilton is being held without goned. he is 32 years old assigned to the pentagon. now he's accused of killing a marine veteran working her first shift as a police officer. the 28-year-old had just been sworn in on friday less than 24-hours later she was dead. >> she was not only driven but intelligent. we hired her and rehired her and obviously the type of officer we are seeking is that type of passion and intelligence. they were responding to a call at a domestic disturbance 20 miles south of where i am in dc. police say when they approached the front door the suspect opened fire. all three officers were hit. other two officers are still there recovering.

as for the suspect staff sergeant hamilton surrendered without incident when they were able to search his home they found his wife dead and found the couple's 11-year-old son scared but not hurt. hamilton is facing six charges including first degree murder of his wife and capital murder of a police officer. this isn't the first tragedy for the officer's family. her father committed suicide in 2004 one day after returning from iraq. now this. the suspect will make his first court appearance later today. heather? >> kristin fisher live for us this morning. horrible story. thank you. now terror in baghdad at least 73 people are dead after isis attacked an outdoor market with back bo back bombings. more than 100 people are wounded. the first declared a homicide bomber blew himself up in the

>> good morning. welcome back to "fox and friend first 22 minutes after the hour. aaron andrews will take a stand in her civil trial against a nashville marriott hotel. this comes a day after she left the courthouse in tears. kelly wright is here with the latest in the case. when aaron andrews takes the stand she will share an emotional and painful story on what it feels like to have your privacy violated after more than 17 million people viewed illegal news videos of her on web sites around the world. andrews is suing the owner of the hotel in vanderbilt university. her lawsuit is for $7 million.

berry who had been stalking her called the hotel asked if andrews was staying there to report on a game. according to the lawsuit the hotel confirmed she was. barrett booked a room for himself next to her had a peephole taped her in the nude and posted the video on-line. >> who would call a hotel and ask if aaron andrews is there and she wouthey would say yes? >> since the crime he has watched his daughter continue her career as a sports anchor for fox sports and host for "dancing with the stars." he adds his little girl isn't the same since this. she is a shell of the person she was before this happened.
