of ted cruz and marco rubio and john kasich or ben carson. all four of those candidates will fight past super tuesday. john kasich and marco rubio focusing on florida. and ben carson to the convention and ted cruz has a make or break moment ahead of him. ted cruz originally set up his strategy to win the nomination, predicated on the idea of winning the southern states and dubbed the sec, referring to the ncaa teams and it is also the a cc. and so there is a lot of southern states that ted cruz hoped to win and donald trump is leading in the polls. it is going to be a long night and mr. trump will be in palm beach in his hotel where he hopes it will be the beginning

her footing in south carolina, so what happens today and tonight? >> for today hillary clinton, this could be significant for her. what she needs to do. you look at poll p -- poll ping. and she needs to beat bernie sanders soundly and looks like she will in the south. best case is to hold off sanders in states like colorado or minnesota and maybe even massachusetts. if she can do that collection of things and beat him handedly in the south and not let him show strength in other states, she has a good case to say this thing is wrapped up. >> what about donald trump. texas is on the bubble and maybe leaning for ted cruz. but the margin of victory is critical for donald trump. >> if you look at the notion of
10:11 am
denying donald trump the nomination it is a race for delegates and the margin of victory and what marco rubio and ted cruz can gain today is so critical. if we take the polling on the republican side. you expect donald trump to win everywhere but texas. arkansas might be a surprise. and there are states that trump may not show as much strength. but really, it is a matter of how many delegates can cruz and rubio accumulate and look to march 15th and you have a rationa le for everyone to stay in the race. >> today might not change that much in the republican race? >> i think it will not ultimately because of march 15th and rubio looking to florida and john kasich looking to ohio and
10:12 am
if ted cruz pulls off a win in texas, he gets more than 50 percent of the votes in texas and takes all of the delegates, that may be unugly. but there is a fire wall in the win or take all states to deny donald trump the number of delegates. >> talking about ted cruz in texas. he's been campaigning there. if you had the state in the bag you would probably go to other states. he's been in texas. and that is what they expect. there is a strong possibility that ted cruz wants to win that is saying. and marco rubio doesn't pull off a state. and ted cruz is taking the state
