6:08 am
that was surprising to me because -- every early state i've been embedded with some sanders' supporters, on election day, caucus night, they're all very positive and pro-bernie. there's not a lot of negative messaging coming from the sanders' faithful, you were talking to the folks after they came out and were showing some of the signs right now, were they all, is this an evolution of sanders' support or do you think they just picked up a random sign and they're not really there for a specific candidate and they just are trying to cause trouble? >> reporter: well, i think geography has a lot to do with it. a moment ago, democratic votes in chicago, i meant republican votes. there are plenty of democratic votes in chicago. i don't necessarily know that this would represent a new escalation of campaign tactics and support on perhaps people who are behind bernie sanders. mostly geography more than anything. chicago's got a long, rich
