ahead today. >> good morning abby and heather. we are tracking this winter storm that is bringing snow to us along the i 95 corridor. it will be relatively light for most places from new york we are dealing with the snow showers right now. it will seem relatively light. it is across eastern parts of new england for instance places like eastern massachusetts and eastern parts of maine where you could be lacking at hefty snow totals some areas picking up as much as 10 inches of snow. this is nothing to laugh at across the areas. it will be a dangerous commute for parts of new england. overall it could have been a lot worse as the storm system took a track further away from the coast taking away a lot of the snow coming across the northeast. by # a.m. this morning you can expect snow to continue across parts of new england eastern maine and eventually the storm quickly exits the region.
