10 points in the latest polls by the fox business network. and if cruz sweeps all of wisconsin's 42 delegates, trump's path to securing the nomination outright will become much more difficult. last night on "the o'reilly factor" cruz said trump's recent string of attacks and controversies show he isf not ready to be commander and chief. >> it just shows that donald is desperate and scared. that's the pattern donald follows over and over again. that when he is in trouble, he starts yelling. he starts screaming. he starts insulting. he starts cursing. >> and trump is still dealing with the controversies of this last week over abortion and he said this on twitter. he said i will be in wisconsin until the election. jobs, trade, and immigration will be big factors. i will bring jobs back home, make great deals. on the democratic side though, hillary clinton has been wanting to get the primary race over with for months now, but bernie sanders continues to make that a challenge. in wisconsin, he is currently beating clinton by

5 points in the latest fox business network polls. and if he wins the badger state on# tuesday he will have beaten clinton in six of the last seven democratic contest and ensured that that primary isn't going to be over any time soon. back to y'all. >> disengaged this week landing at the airport with the family. and i pick up the newspaper, the daily news headlines, walk through the airport. there was cnn on the airport. it was doomsday for donald trump. it was as if this was the end of his candidacy. >> how many times have we seen this? remember when he made the comments about john mccain i don't like people who don't get caught. remember when he made the comment about mexicans and muslim ban all this and that he has been teflon trump. is this going to be any different. >> i actually think trump had a really bad week. a series of bad performances. i think it's his fault. on the other hand, the coverage of it is so gleefully nasty. is there anybody who is covering this race objectively or even trying? i mean, i have never seen a

candidate hated by the press like trump is hit6 haded. they really hate him and they hate him because they think he is a moral criminal of some kind. >> don't you think also that you are starting to see more scrutiny because the field is winnowing and it is starting to focus more on policy? >> for sure. i think it's totally legitimate to ask people policy questions and i don't think trump did a good job answering them. i'm not flacking for trump. reporters in this race hate trump and they're not even trying to cloak that they are totally out in the open about it. >> we have seen this before as you mentioned. all through the summer. we saw everything with john mccain and all through the fall we you saw all of these things. newt gingrich said look, don't write him ofú we have seen this all before and you sort of right him off at your own peril. listen. >> none of us have gotten him right all year. i mean, the number of times people, including me have said boy, that was really-now that one is going to stop him and he rolled right on. i want to suggest to you the

only time cruz can get enough momentum in wisconsin is if he sweeps it all trump has to do because of his genius in getting earned media, he should do two or three big speeches much like aipac speech. substantive. two or three speeches over that period if they are done right he will enter the new york primary with momentum. >> among his supporters he is not suffering at all. does he need to come out with big peaches in front of large audiences? i think so. people open for trump or think he speaks for a group of people that have been ignored. that would be me, by the way. i do theyo they want to be reassured that he knows what he is talking about, that he is cares, he capable of some detail like i don't know, everyone would expect that of a presidential candidate. i would think he is k.

you remember maybe a week ago, john kerry explained that thed,xvp()j we have seen recently in europe, in paris most recently and brussels, are actually a sign we are beating isis. in case you don't remember, here it is. >> as the dragnet begins to close n various places around the world, unfortunately, we may see some lone wolf attacks. but, as a whole, dash is being disseminated. their leadership is being eliminated from the battlefield. >> so we're winning again!÷ them and so that is why they are starting to come to the west and we see san bernardino and paris and brussels and all that we told you about that last week. president obama actually doubled down on that at the nuclear security summit going on in washington, d.c. take a listen and see if you believe what you are seeing. >> iraq, isil continues to lose ground. that's the god news. our coalition continues tojn take out its leaders, including those tlanning external terrorist attacks. as isil is squeezed in syria

and iraq, we can anticipate it lashing out elsewhere as we have seen most recently and tragically in countries from turkey to brussels. >> talk about a monotone. he doesn't care. there is a piece in the atlantic, 15,000 word piece in the atlantic interview with the president this week. in it he says terror not such a big deal. global warm is the threat there are aids in this piece we try to get him to feel concerned about this because we know the american people do and he won't. >> here is a photo making the rounds and going viral this morning of the president leaving the summit and flashing the peace sign. take a look. can you take a little closeup of some of the other leaders there that were caught on camera looking at him at the moment. take a look at cammeron and some others here. pull out a little bit. >> they are saying that he is giving them a little bit of a glare there or did they just catch him at a bad moment. we don't know what the story is exactly behind these

welcome back. german authorities are on alert following isis's claim, their call to arms for extremist muslims there to carry out a brussels style attack. this comes as belgium police claim there are dozens of isis sympathizers working at brussels airport. joining us is distinguished chair of military theory marine corps university and our friend dr. sebastian nice to see you this morning. what did you make of this claim out of the brussels airport? >> well, it's very, very disturbing but surprise us. so, this is what the jihadis are going to want to do. we have reports in the united states that more than 70 people working for tsa

were somehow connected to the terrorism watch list. so, this isn't just a problem in europe. it's one here. if you read the jihadi magazines like inspire or the isis magazine dabiq. it's very clear they want their terrorist cells to target high concentrations of unarmed civilians and there is nothing much better than an airport new want to kill a lot of civilians in one place at one time. >> here is the belgium police, the union open letter to the interior ministry i want to read and this get your response. 50 supporters of isis to work at the airport who have a security package and access to the cockpit of a plane. how dgó these people, dr. gorka, get clearance, get a security badge? >> well, it's a failure of the vetting process. the fact is that it's not just about technology, it's about human intelligence. counter terrorism is about

guys. i think with all the media coverage it would be hard for people not to know about this watcher house. but, do the owners now, do they need to disclose? >> listen, there is no statute right on point that says if your house is being stalked by somej@ sort of a whacko you need to tell the buyer. unfortunately for the sellers i do think they need to let people know. it's a material defect. it effects the home. one of the things watcher was saying i see your youngblood. i'm watching your children through the windows. >> creepy. >> especially if you have young children. the thing is in these types of trials, juries like the golden rule. they like people to be treated the way they would want to be treated. people would want to know this type of thing especially if they have kids. >> how do you know the stalker is targeting the house and not theúj family. >> caveat emptor. buyer beware. there is no duty as heather pointed out with regards to local legends, notorious past regarding property. >> some people don't even believe in it, right?

>> sure. look, there is a theory out there that possibly the buyers of this house are using this as an opportunity to try to get out of house. i don't know if that's true or not. who knows. it's sort of an urban legend out there. the duty to disclose is usually limited to structural environmental damage. things of that nature. >> termites. >> some states have laws that say if your house is haunted you have to let the buyer know. here it's not really haunting though. it's watching. there is actually a title question because the watcher is saying that this is their house. and this is a house that they should have access to. and they are actually suing the title company as well because it's their job to actually go back and look. >> keith, how long was this happening before the couple moved in the house. >> interesting. only started about a week before the sale. thed6first letter to the seller was fairly innocuous. creepy talking about the young blood and this person has young children. not the house i would want to live. in where do you draw the line? it becomes a slippery slope

if you enact statutes that require disclosure of urban legends. what if someone died peacefully at 100 years of age or had a divorce when someone lived in the house. are those things that would freak out the next buyer and mandate disclosure? what if there are kids who egged the house on halloween is that a disclosure? >> you have a theory about this though that some locals have been kicking around. >> the idea that some people are saying as keith said that perhaps the buyers want to do back out because the letter to the sellers came a week before the sale. so it's awfully close in imtoo. i think ultimxxuáñ in this case they are going to have to really investigate and find out hot watcher is when those letters really came. then it's going to be would a reasonable person getting that letter before you are supposed to sell it to the house disclose it to the people buying it and would the reasonable buyer want to know? ultimately, if you are before a jury, there is a good argument to be made that most buyers would want to know this type of information. >> you know who they need to call, right? ghostbusters. i mean, it's a serious thing when you think about how the family is worried about their security and money.

trying to figure out what drove heavily armed gunmen to shoot and kill state trooper4: chad dur denies myer at a bus station. anyone suspicious as part of a training exercise. he went up to 34-year-old alleged gunman james brown and that's when brown allegedly opened fire. the x con has extensive wrap sheet including attempted murder charges. he was carrying 143 rounds of ammunition at the time of the shooting. brown's aunt says he was angry with the police and always vow to do fight them until the end. and a mother terrified after her 4-year-old picked up a makeshift bomb on his way home from school. this all happened in washington state. the woman says the boy grabbed what looked like a water bottle with wires out from underneath a tree. she immediately knew something wasn't rightbñv and called 911. the bomb squad came out and told her it was an old device and she shouldn't worry. that mother said the neighborhood, which is packed with families is on

>> you would think we would learn our lesson after each controversy he only benefited from it i think this time is a little bit different though. we are starting to see him have a base of support but a ceiling to that base. in wisconsin, his support has stayed pretty flat over the past month and ted cruz and john kasich have gained. so i think this, you know,úñ comes ahead of wisconsin, all this controversy and it also comes as the delegate count is on. i mean, the delegate hunt, i should say. ted cruz is going to be in north dakota this weekend trying to scoop up delegates. they are all in this race. it's very competitive. >> john, i'm sure you saw what newt gingrich said yeah, it's bad, but we have called thent race over before and we were wrong. is this different this moment? >> no. i think the speaker is right. that granted he was off message this weekend. think about it. you had brussels. had you things going on where the president was in cuba doing the wave while americans were being killed in brussels and the candidate who should have been talking about that should have been trump and he was off message. he was too busy attacking

cruz. if he gets back to his themes of making america great again and strengthening us on the economy and defense and security, he will go up again in the polls. he has a lot support for that reason. proves one thing we wrote for national review online this week the one guy who could beat trump is trump when he is off message. that's his vulnerability. >> he is his own crep continue cryptonite. he has a lot of support relatively speaking. doesn't that point out the resonance of his message if you aim your message at the middle class which he is doing it kind of works? >> yeah. agree with what you are saying, carson. what it continues to show here is wisconsin, a state that was designed for him to do well in, and he does, you know, he alienates then voters by going after scott walker, a very popular governor there. he is completely unaware of

two conservative radio hosts that he gets on who are part of the not donald trump, you know, movement. >> never trump. >> never trump, right. it just continues. i think the problem that he has is that he is just tone deaf when it comes to politics. i have worked on political campaigns for almost 13 years, 15 years. the thing that we would never do is allow as a staffh' allow our candidate to go into a state and not understand the politics. >> that's true. because the campaigns you worked on had staffers. caitlin, you saw the former first lady -- former secretary of state hillary clinton at an event recently and she was asked by a self-described activist about taking money from the fossil fuel industry, whatever that is here was her response. >>

beginning of a trend? >> that's the big question. if it's the beginning of a trend and ted cruz will try and claim there is a lot of momentum behind him. there are delegates being selected this week in north dakota. is he likely to pick up a lot of those before new york votes we have final delegate selection in wyoming and colorado. ted cruz should do well there. if ted cruz can say this is the new normal. then he has a real shot at stopping donald trump and becoming the republican nominee. big questiong though, will other republican leaders do what scott walker has done and be so strongly supportive of ted cruz? >> and how much will it matter? it appears to be really helping him in wisconsin. do you think nikki hagel marco rubio in south carolina how much did that help them? >> in south carolina that was earlier in the process that was a lot more noise. a lot more candidates. remember, wisconsin is a state that's having its election all by itself. nothing else for two weeks ahead of time and only three candidates left. so people have been hearing from the individual candidates more. they have heard from scott

walker more. because there has not been this other noise around the entire process. >> because this process has been so close and so bitterly contested, we are learning a lot about it. is there -- how direct is the link between the number of votes a person gets and the number of delegates he gets? >> how democratic is this process? >> it's a little bit like that line from the pirates of the caribbean. the votes are really not setting rules. they are more guidelines. that's a rough approximation. unfortunately we have a politicalá process that is not designed the way james madison envisioned it to refine and enlarge public opinion. we have a series of rules and gimmicks that can be manipulated by political leaders. right now there is a problem. if trump does not get to 1237, what we're likely to see is another fight at the convention, a different level between ted cruz forces who say hey i'm the outsider who has done best. i have won all these votes and establishment republicans who are saying no.
