you can't support me on the first ballot, would you support may on the second ballot? they have been planning this for a long time. even democrats are saying that cruz's organization freezing rain structure wise is very good. donald trump blaming the delegate process it works for him because he is the antiestablishment candidate. is he the outside guy. >> and he is actually just penned an editorial and the title is this: let me ask america a question. how has the system been working out for you and your family? no wonder voters demand change. i heard governor huckabee "on the record" last night and he basically said donald trump is spot on with this because is he shifting the narrative from the rnc is not being fair to me, to the political system is not being fair to the american people. >> also shifting the narrative from i'm losing in the delegate count to the delegate count and the way5" it's done is not fair. then he said he would like to -- if he becomes president in the op-ed that he would change the system.

couple weeks has not been hiding his frustration with the nomination process as a whole specifically how delegates are awarded in some states. and yesterday he made those concerns very clear in an editorial in the "wall street journal" titled let me ask america a question how has this system been working out for you and your family. in editorial he republican rival ted cruz what we are seeing now is not a proper use of the rules but a flagrant abruise because of the rules. delegates are supposed to reflect the decision of voters. the decision is being rigged by party operatives with double digit delegates who reject the decision of voters. later in the day, at a rally in connecticut, trump continued those same lines of attack and threatened that millions of voters won't show up in november if he is not the nominee. >> they are very, very angry. and they are disenfranchised. and then we have a rigged system on top of it. but, despite the rigging, i think we get there before

the convention. i think we do. >> republican national committee is pushing back against trump's criticisms arguing all of the campaigns knew exactly what the rules were back in october and didn't have any issues with themn; until now these are the same rules that have been around for 160 years. the problem is most people never really cared about our rules and how we nominate someone for our party and now everyone is paying attention. it is different than, you know, what we normally are used to when you don't pay attention to it. >> donald trump and john kasich will both be campaigning in new york today. ted cruz, meanwhile, will be in wyoming for a state convention where 14 delegates are up for grabs. back to y'all. >> critics of the process that think that it is rigged and side with donald trump is something this resembles ola oligarchy instead of a

with there with the rnc, with you and reince priebus, are you thinking about an independent run again? >> the voters aren't voting. colorado, wyoming, they're not -- you saw what happened yesterday in colorado. they had a massive rally of people and frankly, if it didn't rain, they would have -- i mean, it was big anyway, but they would have had tremendous numbers of people. and that's lapping in a lot of other places. did. >> mr. trump, you're right, it is being mirrored in wyoming, they have 14 delegates up for grabs and it's republican power sitters that are sticking -- >> that's right. >> it is the rules. it was that way from the beginning. from the cruz campaign they say we put in the efforts and over the long haul and that's the way you win a presidential campaign and donald trump is a deal maker and doesn't letting my get in his way, why didn't you know the

rules? >> i don't want to waste millions of dollars knowing the system is rigged. i don't want to waste millions of dollars going out to wyoming, many months before to wine and dine and to essentially pay off all these people because a lot of it's a payoff, you understand that, treat them, take them to dinner, get them hotels, the whole thing is a big payoff. i've understood this for a long time, never said anything because frankly i wasn't involved in politics other than on the other side. i used to be establishment, but when you listen to reince, two things, first of all, i kill ted cruz when it comes to votes. that's why he doesn't to want go to vote. i beat him all the time. he's going to lose to hillary so badly. i'm the only one that's going to beat hillary clinton, but ted cruz can't beat me when it comes to voting. and that's why i have 22 states, and he has, what does he have nine or ten or something, and millions of votes ahead. despite the rigging of the system, many delegates, now as

far as reince is concerned, he said the system hasn't changed. it did change. when i announced in june the system is one way. after they saw that i was going to win colorado, in august, they changed can the system. and he keeps saying it wasn't changed, but when they saw that i was going to win colorado like i did, florida, like i did arizona, and like i did many other states, then what they did is they changed the system. it's a crooked deal. it's a rigged system. >> i want to get your take on what ted cruz slammed you for during the march debate when he was criticizing you for this, let's take a look at -- well, back in march, he was criticizing you during the debate for asking your supporters to raise your hand and say that you would pledge to support donald trump. well then when we received a campaign pledge that's been released from the ted cruz campaign in wyoming, i want to read it to you, it says asking people to pledge their support. by signing the promise to support senator ted cruz until i am released by ed buchanon of

do you think that'll help him get the catholic vote down the line essentially? >> i don't think so, maybe a little bit, it's a long trip and for a five minute visit. you would think he'd stay in new york and campaign. who knows what happens, if you're going to see the pope, you want to talk about a little bit of substance. can't do much in that period of time. >> i want to back quickly when you were saying this was a rigged republican system, you continue to attack ted cruz and tell our viewers, we invited ted cruz on, he was not available. >> excuse me, you know why? because there's no way he can win the debate. the voters don't dig him. the voters don't like him. he's not resinating. more than two million votes more than him. much more, and you'll see what will happen here. in new york he's got like 12% or something. >> here's the question i want yo tow answer, is if this system sl rigged, you say that over and over again, why not leave the republican party and run as an

independent, the party has rigged it, why are you still running as a republican? >> i'm leading by far, i'm the number one person -- and i'd rather do it as a republican, i am a republican, i'd rather clean up the system so that for the future, we can have a much fairer system. it should be a system where the people vote. i'm going to assistant island in a little while. we have a tremendous rally. i'm having 20,000 people, 25,000 people, 15,000 people and i'm going, and the people have been disenfranchised from this whole process. andic that's one of the reasons i have such big crowds. >> mr. trump, there's been a lot of people that have tried to stop your campaign, and now there was an internal poll that had been released, maybe asked by one facebook employee which when they get to sit down with mark zuckerberg, the ceo of facebook, and the one question was asked, and again this didn't come from mark zuckerberg this

was the question they were going to ask mark zuckerberg at his q & a question. who what do you make of that? >> i guess it's sort of going to the fist amendment with freedom of speech, but i like facebook, and i'm successful on facebook. i have guess i have well over seven million people. i think we have 17 or 16 million people between twitter facebook and some other things. so you know, nobody's even close to that. but i think facebook is good and i can't imagine them doing anything. i'm one of their -- again, i hate to say that this stage in my life, somebody said i'm one of the great stars, let's see, i don't think they'll be doing very much. no, no, facebook is a good way of communicating and so is twitter. >> mark zuckerberg said look, we will do nothing to sway the election, he had not been a fan of yours. we need to look passed people who want to build walls in the country. >> i never met him. i never spoke to him and he never mentioned me by name. perhaps he's talking about

remember the obama phone frenzy? now the obama administration is planning on doing more. the democrat controlled fcc voting to expand a obama phone program to include free broad band internet as well. this as we are finding out that at least one company total call has allegedly defrauded the american people out of millions of tax dollars. now fcc commissioner a speaking out saying that he and other commissioners were told not to mention the case until april 1st, that happened to be one day after the vote to expand the program. fcc commissioner joins us now. do you think those dates are a coincidence or do you think there's more to it?

>> i'm not sure, but it's one of the most remarkable coincidences i've ever come across in washington. >> what were you specifically told? >> we were told about this investigation in february and we were also told that we couldn't say anything about it publicly and that even if every commissioner voted, nonetheless the fcc would not release any word until april 1st and question said why is that? we never got an explanation. moreover, we learned of the administrator looked in october of 2014 and thaurnld the law, if we had pursued action, we could have gotten a lot more for the american tax payer and posed a much greater fine. we asked why didn't we take action sooner? never got a satisfactory answer. would you have lost your job? >> i'm not sure. this is untrotened territory. unfortunately i stick by the rules, i play by the rules and if i'm not allowed to release something, i decided not to tegs it. it's one of the cases where after the fact i felt compelled

to say something about it. if this was public before that vote, it would have been a very different public debate i would like to think. >> what would have happened? >> i'm not sure, but at the very least the margins that forced through the expansion of this lifeline program without any budget, without any physical responsibility we have had to answer, why are you doing this at the same time you're proposing to fine this company $51 million. and that company just the tip of the iceberg? >> what do you think the motivation of doing the obamacare, excuse me the obama phone, what do you think the motivation behind the administration is? >> to be honest, i'm not quite sure, you're distributing these kinds of subsidies without any sense of physical responsibility is seen as a good thing. and the point aye consistently made is if it's a good policy, let's be fiscally responsible about it, let's not just open the spig gots and not have accountability whatsoever. >> you want to protect the tax payers, and if it's being opened up to potential fraudulent activity, that's not good. and what we saw there with that woman, he gave us a phone, he's
