found that alcohol can increase the risk of stomach cancer if you drink more than three alcohol a day you should be really be concerned about this. 1.8 pound of processed meat, almost one hot dog a day can increase the chance by 18% and obesity, a big nightmare, a third of the country is suffering, not only for breast and colon cancer but stomach cancer. >> this is unbelievable. let me first stop. why alcohol? how much and why processed meats? >> is it all processed meats too? turkey bacon, is that okay or everything? >> it's all processed meats and has to do with nitrates in hot dogs and in turkey bacon or in bacon. these things convert to something into your stomach that irritate your stomach lining. is your stomach lining irritated. he talked about the bacteria that irritate it's and inflames your stomach lining, alcohol

option. doctor, what do you think? >> surgery is the last thing you think of when it comes to back pain. it's not what you do first. is this tingling going down your legs or numbness going down your legs? are you weak going down your legs or is this all localized? >> you don't feel weak and tingling and numbness and don't have a foot drop and it just happened, you may be able to treat it yourself with heat and exercise and getting up, we're way to sedentery, my wife preps me, expert on back pain, go to a specialist. if you have any of the neurological symptoms i talk about, they can determine what the cause is, is it a disk, is it a narrowing in the canal? many things can cause it but first question, is it newer logic or not.

>> you get an mri, i've got the tingling and numbness in one of my legs and pt i haven't even thought of spine surgery because pt can usually straighten me out. >> i think physical therapy plays a big role and that's perfectly okay but it depends on what kind of problem you have in your spine. if you have spinal stenosis or this disks that are pressing geps your nerves, you're not going to do well with physical therapy. may need an orthopedic surgeon or spine surgeon to fix it. they fuse some of the vertebrae to make it stable. a lot of times when we talk about laser or minimum invasive surgeries, you can go in without having a big scar and find a bulge or disk pressing against the nerve and take care of the problem and issue. >> what would the laser do? >> in 30% of the times used to take the bone away from the nerves, it's delicate and less invasive but not always being used, it's the judgment of the

be right. according to the american society of plastic surgeons, lip injections and implants are at an all-time high. one of the parts of the research i was reading. a lot of people take selfies and look at the pictures of themselves and think i want to look more like one of the kardashians. people are rushing out to get these fuller lips. good idea? bad idea? >> well, i'm not going to endorse it. i will say this, there's a big difference between implants which you can't reverse and injection which is up 1,000%. botox or a filler that the skin actually makes. it's pretty natural. those wear off. if you see them and don't like them, they wear off. there's a risk of infection and allergies and bruising. all of these things you have to take into account. you have to go to someone who knows what they're doing. i'm not a fan of this. you better go to someone who knows what they're doing if you have them. >> david, who would that be? how would you know if you're going to the right person?

>> make sure that you interview your doctor and the plastic surgeon and make sure they do this on a regular basis. a good surgeon is not just going to inject wherever he can. you see sometimes they put so much in there the lips start to look like donald duck's mouth and it's horrible. look at the symmetry and how much it looks and there are ways to take pictures that really monitor this. if it doesn't look good and you don't like it after a few months, it's going to dissolve. implants are on the rise. takes 30 minutes to do this. you put an implant in the lips. it cost about 3,000 to $5,000 and those are harder. >> what's the stuff they put in there? >> is it like a breast implant? >> very narrow implant that basically goes on upper and lower lip and it will stay there. you can remove it but you have to really make sure. >> you shouldn't have these if you have diabetes, blood
