are made in trump tower grill. i love hispanics. that's all for campaign flash. see you tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. right here on fox news channel. welcome to "red eye." let's check in with andy levey to see what exciting stories we will be discussing. how does donald trump celebrate cindo de mayo? i'm sure it includes defeating the mexican army at the battle of puebla. or eating a taco bowl. 78% say yes and 147% say no. and finally, kfc is selling nail polish that taste like chicken. sorry, guys. i will keep my nail polish.
12:01 am
back to you. >> thanks, andy. when she gets drunk they call her sloppy joe which never happens. joanne nosuchinsky. if he is here, who is fronting the smash mouth cover band? >> great one! >> comedian jimmy falla. she trains as a boxer so she can beat you physically and mentally, megan mccain. and the only thing he has in common with hillary is he keeps hot sauce in his bag. let's start the show. >> cindo de mayo today. i am talking about trump. happy cindo de mayo, the best taco bowls are made in trump
12:02 am
tower grill. i love hispanics. that's a good closer. he loves hispanics. benny johnson took a closer look at the photo and noticed something interesting. he tweeted, donald rump is eating a taco salad on top of a bikini clad photo of his ex-wife, marla maple. yes, it is really his eke wife -- his ex-wife marla maple. the picture of marla came from a n issue of -- an issue of people magazine. we zoomed in on some of the objects. take a look at what is by his desk. it is a shrine to joe bu. just don't steal his rum. we also look closer to the photos by the window. he has obama's birth certificate, frames -- that is interesting. and a framed picture behind him. i am honored, mr. trump.
12:03 am
>> what do you think, lou? >> i thought that was a charming photo. he loves hispanics and he is telling the truth. >> he keeps things around he finds most attractive and appealing. that's normal. >> those are real pictures. the picture of marla maple, i don't know why he had bikini clad pictures of his ex-wife under his taco bowl, but he did. >> people magazine decided to publish it. >> was it the latest issue of people? >> that's a great question. >> was it a really old -- it was a recent issue? >> i sense in your questioning desire to create tau -- tamult. trump tower is -- >> a lot of people say he is doing so terribly. i even said it in my set up. republicans don't get many hispanic votes.
12:04 am
who is to say he won't do better than the last guy? >> actually in new york and every district in which there are 50% more hispanics he won a majority of them. it is interesting. he has won women in every contest and everybody talks about he has so much trouble with women. it is just not true in the universe of the republican party. >> men love trump, right? half of hispanics? men. he will do well with hispanic men, don't you think? >> no, well we can't -- what you are talking about is a little different. the funniest part is the taco bowl is not sold at trump -- >> trump cafe. >> i i have a friend who went there -- well i follow somebody on instagram who said i can't find the thank you co.
12:05 am
can't find the taco. it was trending all over today. >> i don't know if it is trump grill or trump cafe as far as far as he is concerned. >> it was a special item. it actually looked good. this is why he will win. he is interesting and in a way she isn't. if you are staring at them in a split screen there is a lot more excitement and it matters. it is a long race. >> can anybody go there or is it for the employees? >> i just read somebody's tweet saying it was trump cafe, but he has so many successful businesses it is understandable why he would confuse a few of them. and he is doing a great service by showing this particular meal on cindo de mayo. you want to know why? it is not a rice bowl. a rice bowl comes in a paper plate.
12:06 am
with the taco bowl, you eat the bowl. >> the pizza box the other day. >> what would you give to hear chris matthew. >> i don't go for the bowls. >> i don't. it is like i think i am going to be healthy and i try to say it is a salad, but it is not. give me more sour cream. fine, i will go all out. >> next story, a republican senator and with the bow day shoes billionaire being the nominee he did what politicianses have been doing since the ancient roman times. he went on a tweet storm. it seems he wants another choice beyond what the two parties are offering. the two political parties are
12:07 am
like an old married couple arguing what color to paint the living room and meanwhile the house is on fire. next one, there are literally dumpster fires more popular than trump or clinton. why are we confined to these two terrible choices? this is america. we reject them and go bigger. that's what we do. i am not sure why they think we are confined to two choices. there is andrew wk and the party party. he is a choice for many, isn't he, lou? >> i'll take your word for it. >> you don't have to organize too many letters in his name to understand what he is. the man is out of control. he is a troll of the worst order and a senator of the least talent and the biggest mouth. this guy is a joke.
12:08 am
he is the arbitor of all things political and he need to hang out in his home state to get a better grip. >> he is becoming a national figure. it is not a bad plan. do you think his analogy was correct? the house is burning and both people are arguing over the paint. isn't that what trump is saying too? >> he is social media savy. i laughed out loud and said is this a parity account? he is up in the middle of the night like donald trump and that is getting attention, and he is doubling down which you have to expect because people are waivering. >> which level? >> for those that are never trump like megan sitting next to you. it is an awkward moment for lou daabses and i. >> it is not awkward at all. >> i will say, paul ryan says
12:09 am
i can't support donald trump yet. he is waivering right now and he is making a choice and sticking with it. >> what do you think about ben ace -- dash sac. >> if you care about the party it is not doing anything to help the party. it is almost too little, too late. if you were so concerned you are doing this now. and then again i only heard of him today. maybe he has always been anti-trump. >> i will give you his argument. he thinks if they support trump they will lose the house in the senate. >> trump is going to be a unifier. >> i think his hometown has an arsonist on the loose. there are dumpster fires and house fires. >> he is obsessed with fire. >> there is one argument i can't stand of we deserve better than trump or hillary. we had 22 choices and we did
12:10 am
not suffer from a lack of optionses. we have had socialists and we have had lincoln chaffey's and we have had everything. we had 22 candidates. we voted for this. the idea that america deserve better, it does president. it it doesn't. let's talk about paul ryan. >> they could have been separated at birth. >> he is not saying never though, right? >> he is not. jay do you think paul ryan is worse? paul ryan seems to be hedging his bets i guess. >> i think megan has a definite argument for that. the fact is that there is so little distinction without a difference. you have two precious people living off the public trough making a name and they say so cute and so clever.
12:11 am
at least megan is right. at least sass is saying never. >> let's defend paul ryan and say he is just waiting. the convention is -- actually it is coming up kind of soon. he has until then. then when the streamerses are coming down paul ryan can say you know what? he is a great guy. >> there is no question. so far all he has done is break his word and violate the neutrality that is the tradition for the chairman of the convention. he has made a ben sass of himself. >> will he parachute in and act like the savior? lou and i are on different sides. is he playing politics or is this what he thinks is the good of the party which a lot of people are confused by. right now the republican party is in disarray and chaos.
12:12 am
choose one way or the other. >> it is the establishment of the party that is in chaos. by the way we have to exscrement ryan previs who i give credit, the chairman of the rnc, for saying we have definitively a presumptive nominee. there is an accelerating acknowledgement of what trump has done here. megan again is right when she talks about the establishment being in disarray and trying to swallow bitter pills. that is the reality that the american people have had a belly full of them. this will be an anti-establishment election. and it will be a tsunami when it hits washington. >> isn't that what paul ryan is doing? where does paul ryan have a problem? >> he is trying to hold on to his job. he decides that he is the greatest thing since john boehner. i mean, come on. >> he is scared and he saw what happened to cantor. he has to run for re-election
12:13 am
at some point. >> not even cantor unders what happens to cantor. these guy are so entrenched in the scat toc quo -- status quo. they have no reflex. you actually heard paul ryan say he needs another 30 days to come to terms with reality. i mean that kind of leadership is what we really need. >> next story. a new york real estate mogul is in the news and it is not trump. barbara corchran is defending advice she offered on twicer. she wrote "i find running a business in a man's world to be a huge advantage. i wear bright colors. yank up my skirt, get attention." feminists took hombrage. she is not backing down. >> i totally believe what i said and i am surprised by getting any reaction. it is so obvious that if you are a woman or a man, it has
12:14 am
nothing to do with what sex you are. i happen to have the great legs. i never had the best face or the best body, but i had great leg. if i want to get attention i wear my skirts high and i yank up my skirt at the midriff and i walk into a room and everybody notices me because i have great legs. >> oh my gosh. >> but this is business. aren't you judged by your numbers. >> you are judged by your numbers, but to get to those numbers you have to stand apart from the pack. you will never succeed being exactly like the next guy or gal because nobody will notice you. >> don't go to me first on this. >> i want to hear you. >> the thing a woman answering this you are damned if you agree and you are damned if you disagree. >> this is what i want. >> are you gonna get eviscerated both ways. i don't knock this woman for saying i am going to dress provocatively to get attention. i permanently don't have a problem with -- i personally don't have a problem with
12:15 am
that. do what works for you, but relying only on your sexuality for your career could possibly end up being dangerous. i don't have a problem -- >> oh jeez i am going down a hole. >> i don't mean that -- i mean, we all age. at a certain point -- >> not all of us. >> except for the gentlemen at this table. >> megan, the interviewer asked that question repeatedly. she said hospital women rely on their brains? and barbara said of course. and also the legs or whatever your attributes are. >> i don't have a problem with that. i don't have a problem with women dressing however they want and at any juncture they want and wearing whatever they want to get ahead. >> perfect agreement. >> don't you wear bike shorts on your show because of your legs? >> absolutely. we have so much going. you
12:16 am
try to be somewhat modest. i have to say about barbara, this is one of the smartest, sharpest, real estate folks. she is amazing and a great personality. the people trying to bite on her ankle, go away. come on. >> there is not a lot of meat on those ankles. >> she has written books about this. she says you can think whatever you want in the classroom. in the boardroom you have to use what you've got. >> and what women need most is confidence. so it is not just her dressing for men, dressing that way may just give her the confidence she needs. she knows she has great legs. so when she shows them off she feels on top of the world which could be what it takes to sign a deal, to get numbers , i don't know business terms. >> can i jump in on this and say one more thing? it is awkward to say at a table full of gentlemen, but
12:17 am
if you are a skinny woman it is more acceptable to dress provocatively. if you are a curvey girl, like i am, there is more controversy with what you are showing off and wearing. trust me. i have been living with body for a longtime. >> there is a different response. >> from women? >> from everyone altogether. i am just saying for me because i am a more christina hendricks-style body and there is a different reaction when i wear something more provocative than somebody skinny and toned and in shape. >> the music plays and the heads turn, are you kidding me? >> not positive all the time. trust me. sorry, i am making it uncomfortable. >> not at all. i am trying to evaluate that. it is an interesting proposition . the fact is i think barbara is right. whatever you've got, go with it. it. it is a differentiator. if you are differentiating and can back it up with talent and energy and drive, god bless.
12:18 am
>> you have your wit, right sph. >> stop it. i was going to say first off you are hanging out in the wrong neighborhood. you need to go to 135th street. you are the rose of spanish harlem. are you just hanging out in the wrong neighborhood. you don't realize it. >> it is like the internet is the crazy place. it is a thing that you only -- and joanne, you know. you know when you are a woman and you have pictures and on tv people sometimes are not so nice. >> yeah. >> would you promote a woman based on look? as a man say you are a boss, it is going to affect you you think? this is what we are doing and this is where social media is to be sick is. this is only a story because some people made a life stime of -- style of being mad at things. they want us to use this charade we don't see looks, but at the end of the day we are going to. if you look good, it helps. if you don't, it is usually a problem. this idea that we will start behaving a certain way to
12:19 am
conform on social media so we don't get fired and pillaged, but not change the physical behavior means it is a waist of time. >> that's all she was saying. coming up, 538 strikes out in 201 sick. what does it mean? find out next.

live from america's news headquarters, i'm patricia stark. fbi questioning of top aides to hillary clinton is reportedly underway. abadeen was the deputy chief of staff and the first to meet with the fbi according to an ap source close to the investigation. the fbi is investigating how sensitive information was handled while clinton was secretary of state.
