protests today as they await the case of a second police officer charged in the death of freddie gray. officer edward nature was accused of unlawfully arresting gray and unbuckling his seat belt. he died last april a week after breaking his neck in the van. if convicted he could spend up to 20-years in prison. god must have been on their side. nearly 2 dozen members of a church broup are likely to be alive after their shuttle bus flips over in the mountains outside of los angeles. the bus sideswiped a wall on the narrow and winding road before rear ending a car and rolling over. 20 people hurt, six of them seriously. they suspected the bus may have had some breakiake issues. >> by airport and sea. the first is clues from 80 5 expanding this morning. was it a terror attack? patricia stark is here with the latest developments. good morning. >> good morning abby and

4.2 million more americans. it boosts wages to 12.2 million per year and that will be bad news for new businesses. the salary threshold is more than double the current amount of 20,660 a year. that's good for the worker. the question of course is will the push for over time pay be a good thing for everyone. most experts say yes it will. the big worley with companies decide to reduce workers to offset the overall cost. we don't know. we will find out. back to you. the head of the class could be a thing of the past in one north carolina district. they want to end the tradition of naming valedictorians and salud torians because it creates unhealthy competition among students.
