hi, i'm bill o'reilly, thanks for watching this special edition of "the factor", the trump phenomenon. we're focused on discussions i have had with donald trump here on the factor since his announcement of running for the presidency. it has been a whirl wind campaign. mr. trump tapped into the fury being felt by millions of republican voters. we begin in indiana after winning the primary. >> i want to congratulate ted. i know how tough it is. it is tough. i have had moments where it was not looking so good and it's not a great feeling. and so i understand how ted feels. >> for months it was lyin' ted.

what happened? >> he was a great competitor and it worked out. we had an amazing day in indiana and a tremendous victory and he competed hard and tough. so i respect ted. >> marco rubio saying good things good you and he may have been in the sun too much. you know, he's in miami and it's hot. would you consider rubio as vp? . >> i don't want to talk too much about it. i'm considering a number of people and we do have a really good, and i would consider him. >> you would? okay. >> but we do have a lot of candidates. >> with this campaign slogan be

vote for big don and little marco? no? >> no. it would be vote to make america great again. you know what happened when cheney got to be vice president. that possible here? >> ben is a terrific guy. he's a friend of mine. he gave me a warm endorsement early on. he's been so helpful, he was making calls and making speeches, doing a lot of television. he's a terrific guy. dr. ben carson, a terrific guy. >> before you get to cleveland you're going to try to consolidate the republican establishment report by doing the following. appointing rudy giuliani the homeland security chief and

appointing ben carson as huge and human services chief. >> i have not made that decision, but they'd be popular and i think they do a phenomenal job. all three would be very good choices and very good positions. >> it's the timing of that. would you do it before you win it? so you'd have a squad? >> i like the idea of doing some of this. >> tone. tone. if history is a barometer, are you going to respond to that?

if hillary clinton takes the high road and doesn't do that? if she wants to go the high road, i would be fine with that. >> you're fine with the low road. most people don't want to go on the low road. >> i have to handle it if i have to do it. >> okay. >> unfortunately, children who are seen demonstrating against you in california, roll tape on this. that was in fort wayne, indiana. what do you think about that? >> the parents ought to be

tonight getting to know donald trump. back in june, 2015 trump announced he was running for president and you just tell me and this there is tremendous popularity in russia. they love what he's doing. >> so we have a president who is absolutely, you look at him, chemistry is so bad between those people. i was in moscow two years ago. and i will tell you, you can get along with those people and get along with them well, you can make deals with those people. >> you can make a deal with putin? >> i would be willing to bet i would have a great relationship

with putin. >> based on what? i mean, based on? >> based on a feel. >> come on. >> bush didn't have the iq. >> you are buying putin. >> i would be able to get along. i think i'd have a good relationship and it's important for this country to do that. and one of the things that i heard for years and years, never drive russia and china together. and isis? >> i will hit them so hard, i will find the proper general, i would hit them so hard, your head would spin. i have a way that would be very effective but when i watch obama get up and talk about it, two weeks of doing this, three weeks

we're doing that. >> american ground troops in to chase them around? >> take back the oil. they have nothing. >> you have to go in. >> you bomb the hell out of them, then, encircle it, then, you go in. you get mobile go in and great oil companies go in. once you take that oil they have nothing left. >> would you make a nuke deal with iran? >> i would make a deal but not that deal. that allows them to do whatever they want. inspections are going to be a disaster, as sure as you're sitting there, they're going nuclear. you've got to put on sanctions big deal and make a deal from strength. look. the biggest problem the world has is nuclear weapons. our big problem is the maniacs controlling weaponry. it's never been like it is

today. once they have the weapon, hillary don't have the strength anymore. >> the problem with sanctions is that you don't have cooperation. >> you have to get them to work with us. you have an obama that wants to play golf. part of being a leader is to get everybody in line. >> i've made a fortune in foreign countries. >> i laughed when you said you're going to build a giant wall and mexicans are going to pay for it. >> the mexicans are the new china. >> they're not going to pay for the wall. >> you have to let me deal with that. okay? they are ripping us badly. >> i'll charge for the products coming into this country. mexico is living off the united states. >> you can try to strangle them economically unless they pay for the wall? mexico will start beh.

mexico is not our friend. >> or you'll break them economically? >> they will not be thrilled. and china, the power we have is that we have rebuilt china. they've taken our jobs and manufacturing and everything from us. we owe china $1.3 trillion. they charge us tariffs. we don't charge them. the largest bank in the world is under this floor. >> china is going to have to okay you destroying mexico and okaying you putting a tariff on china. >> bill? >> do you think you're going to get it through? >> absolutely.

i've been dealing with politicians all my life. they're all talk, no action. they're controlled by donors and special interests. when i tell somebody to do something, i'm not going to get a lobbyist calling me saying don't do that. i've been going through them all my life. this building was supposed to be 18 stories tall and it's 68 stories deal. i deal with politicians. >> like putin, you're going to be able to make congress your friend, too? >> i think so. >> all right. >> now, let's turn to domestic issues. the reason we have incoming equality, you make an enormous amount of money is because you're very well educated. in harlem, you have bad parents in terrible public schools.

>> big problem, the african american kids are in worse shape now than they've ever been and we have a black president. this not supposed to happen. you have to create incentives for people to work. have you to create jobs and we have to create the kind of a economy where people are making more money than doing nothing. >> but that is the federal government creation. have you to get the private sector to do that. >> you can still you'll yat through incentives. >> to make the kids learn in school? what incentive? >> you've been saying it. you need parents. nothing like parents. it's a huge problem. i sit down with the best and brightest. we have a president that should have been focused on this and sure he cares about it, but did a poor job. if you're an african american youth now you're in worse shape than ever were in the history of the country. >> the culture is driving that.

>> so you keep 10,000 troops there and find a war of attrition against the taliban? pakistan, i hate doing it. i hate doing it so much. but you have nuclear weapons and owe so i would do it. >> pakistan is no friend to the usa. the doctor that helped us, they put him in prison. do you think you can get that doctor out? >> yes. i do. i think i would get him out in two minutes. i would tell them, let them out and they would let him out. they don't have respect for the president. when you say they take advantage, nobody is a friend to us. they take us like a bunch of suckers, bill. >> we talked about isis in june. when you were just launching your campaign. >> i would hit them so hard your head would spin. >> give me a headliner. >> i can't.

allies. we don't have such great allies between us and the rest of the world. in theory, we say we'll use our allies. and so we give them beautiful humvees and the first shot is fired in the air and they start running. we should have never gone to iraq. when we got out, we should have kept the oil. >> correct me if i am wrong. it sounds to me like president donald trump will use ground troops to seize oil. >> two, i would try to use other people if possible. they don't seem to have the capability. >> we've got to get the oil. >> right. >> they've got a lot of wealth through banking channels.

approved. she was not highly respected. the, as you know, the previous senator, a big supporter of mine, scott brown is somebody that gave me a lot of information about her and she has had a big failed record and all of a sudden started tweeting violently about me. every tweet is about trump, trump, trump. i hit her back very hard. >> why is she doing it? why do you think she's taking the time? >> because she sees polls i'm going to beat hillary. she'd like to make sure democrats win. there are polls taken by people that show me beating hillary fairly easily. now, she has, i've never seen, she went on a twitter rant that was sort of amazing. so i tweeted and i haven't heard from her since. >> i have a question from a

viewer. diane ranke from maryland. donald trump says he's pro-life. ask him to name one specific thing he would do to protect the sanctity of human life. can you? >> well, i think that what we're doing, and it's a very important element in what i have done, i've become pro-life. i was in a meek fashion, pro-choice. but i've become pro life. i've seen in my case, one situation but numerous situations that have made me to go that way. i will protect it. and the biggest way to protect it is through the supreme court and putting people in the court. >> you're going to get a judge that would overturn roe v. wade? that is what you're --

>> i'm going to put conservative judges on. i think one of the biggest things happening is that as many as five judges could be appointed so we're talking about five judges and i think probably the most important thing one of the -- one of the most important things is going to be appointment of 4 to 5 supreme court justices. i'll be doing that. >> diane's question is answered. your specific thing would be appointing a supreme court justice that would overturn roe v. wade. do i have it? >> they'll be pro life and we'll see about overturning. i'll appoint judges that will be pro life. >> okay. >> coming up, we'll take a look at donald trump, hillary clinton and womens' vote.

our special continues now. throughout his campaign, we have heard about the impact of the womens vote. i discussed that with mr. trump. >> for you to say if you were not a women suggesting the only thing she has going for her is she's a woman? >> that is the only thing she's got going. she's done a terrible job. you look at libya, and look at the things she's done, just absolutely disastrous. i would say the primary thing she has going is that she's a woman and she's playing that card like i have never seen anybody play it before.

>> she's saying the woman card. that is it. >> what about give me a break. she raises her voice more than i raise mine. >> what about this sexism thing? any time i criticize a woman, i'm accused of being sexist and if i criticize african american in any way, i'm a racist. and any time you criticize hillary clinton you're a sexist. are you ready for that? >> i'm going to bring jobs back to this country. i see it at the alleys.

the women came out in droves. i won virtually every category. i won landslides. i won with women in just about every other group. >> okay. you got about 10 million votes since the primaries began. that is why and said you're unstoppable. that is my opinion. i'm always right. however, you need 153 million votes. so the republican primaries, have selected you.

153 million americans you have to persuade them to vote for you. you're going to have to have a shield to come back. >> i think in my mind i do. i haven't been focused on it yet. 17 people, and 16 came at me, governors and senators and very smart people. people like dr. ben carson and chris christie. they were all coming at me. and then, i'll focus on hillary. i will win against hillary. i'm going to have a stronger military. you look at the subgroups and women are going to go through trump. they want security, safety. they want to have women health

issues. i don't know if she can run. i watch you all the time. i don't know how she gets by that problem when so many peoples' lives have been ruined. so i call her crooked hillary. i think beating her will be easier than beating some of the people i have just run against in terms of this. she has a record that is terrible and a lot of problems. i don't know she's going to be able to run. nobody's running. >> a waters world trump edition, don't miss it. >> what is your favorite step of the night? >> i like the monologue when he first got on. >> they don't have my talent, money or good looks.
