was clear, a lot of those demonstrators weren't only there to protest the republican frontrunner, but to target his supporters as well. and as many of those supporters tried to head home, crowds of protesters followed them, harassing them along the way by yelling, spitting and throwing bottles at anyone with a trump sign or wearing a trump shirt. several trump supporters were attacked, sucker punched and left with bloodied faces while police in riot gear stood by. this woman in a trump shirt tried confronting one large group of protesters by herself and was cornered by the group before they threw eggs at her. watch that seen play out here. >> egging them on. >> she's an idiot. >> egging them on. >> oh, my god. searching for four soldiers swept away by the raging floodwaters at ft. hood in texas. an army tactical vehicle carrying 12 soldier was out on a training mission it was swallowed up by the rising floodwaters. five of those soldiers are confirmed dead. three were rescued and are now in stable condition. the soldiers' names have not been released yet. ft. hood no stranger to tragedy. the scene of that terror attack that left 13 dead back in 2009. we are all praying for those families this morning and for a good outcome for those missing. the blue angels a fighter jet explodes into a fireball leaving the pilot dead. >> oh, no! no, no, no! god bless his soul! no! >> the pilot of that plane marine captain jeff cut was killed after taking off. the blue angels were practicing

for an air show. they've since canceled that appearance. he leaves behind a wife and two young children. also around the same time there was another military tragedy outside the air force academy's graduation ceremony in colorado. a thunder bird pilot crashing moments after flying over that event. the air force jet landed in a field on its belly. major alex turner managing to avoid homes, ejecting himself, parachuting down and luckily walking away. boy, it's been a tough day. and then a 7-year-old boy, as piece of good news, has been found alive after spending six days deep in a bear infested forest alone. his parents reportedly kicking him out of his car because he was misbehaving. when they came back a few minutes later to get him he was gone. this happened in japan. a massive search was conducted. he was eventually found curled up on a mattress inside a building in the woods and hungry as thirsty but otherwise okay. his parents say they went too

release t.a.r.p. which goes to the debt, printing money. what has that done? >> it's been very problematic. look at the stimulus as well, which $860 billion it failed to produce the mamamount of jobs t president obama promised us. that had a significant impact on the national debt. we will add that to federal government spending here and that's worse. we've seen federal government spending increase pretty significantly, the amount of the national debt has increased significantly as well as i mentioned with programs like the stimulus which is really failed. so now we're going to get to unemployment, brian. unemployment we've seen a dip in the unemployment rate, that being said, that doesn't give the full picture because you have under employment, the lowest work force participation rate since the 1970s. >> i will do same or worse nearly based off of looking at the rate which has dipped but it's not the full picture. >> almost cut in half. really probably in the better category. >> all right. >> sure. >> median income, that's been a struggle. >> we've had actually a slight

million worldwide, so clearly a sequel had to happen. megan fox is back. this time the turtles are fighting shredder and b-bop and rock steady, characters from the turtles universe. casey jones making an appearance as well, know him from the show "arrow." the movie delivers what it's supposed to. it gives you great action, having fun, the comedy there, pizza, makes the turtles so much fun. the script is not an oscar-winning script. issues with the storytelling but the overall experience is fun. here's the cool thing, though, and we have some video here of the turtles, when they film the turtles in the movie they're done, so people are on set filming the scenes with big shells behind them with dots on their bodies and cameras in their faces. that's how they create the turtlesy did the movie with andy for "lord of the rings." the really cool scene where steven is skating and the cars are blowing up to the left and right of him, they actually had a massive truck that had these

plows on i that was lifting the cars off the ground. that's exactly why the movie works, because the action is so well done. i gave it a three and a half out of five. not as -- sorry, slightly better than the first one, not a masterpiece, just a fun movie to watch. >> one of the big things you said teenage ninja turtles will not be up for an oscar. >> the kids love it, though. they loved it when we were growing up and still love it. >> it's awesome. >> so much fun. >> how many stars? >> i gave it a three and a half out of five. lot of fun. >> what about "me before you." >> "me before you". >> yeah. this movie, i know this is going to sound strange, it's beautifully devastating. if that makes sense. it's a very, very tough movie to watch, but also a very beautiful love story. it's about a young woman, amelia clark, plays her, know her from "game of tloens" plays a character that falls in love with a paralyzed man, they are phenomenal in the movie

including his daughter. terry said it's okay if he's charged in that attack because he knows he did the right thing. a terrifying case of road rage caught on camera. a nearby driver catching the scene as a truck drives that red sports car with a teenage couple right off the road and into a guardrail nearly missing another car. this happened in oklahoma. the person filming even saying, quote, someone looks like -- looks like someone is about to get murdered. the teenagers only suffered minor injuries. the truck driver speeding off. police are looking for him. it's still unclear what sparked that road rage. students at yale university demanding the english department cut ties with writers like william shakespeare. why? well because they say literature from white men is, quote, hostile to students of color. english majors are required to spend two semesters reading from english poets. a petition reads, quote, it is unacceptable that a yale student considering studying english

literature might read only male authors. it has more than 160 signatures. yale hasn't responded yet. this story is unreal out of the northeast. a town sparking outrage for forcing its firefighters to remove the american flag from the back of its fire truck because it makes them look like terrorists. a city official in rhode island says that the american flags waving from the back of the trucks look ridiculous and this person went so far as to compare them to those flags that fly off the back of isis trucks, writing, quote, like isis in syria, going to take over a city, i don't think they need that big flag on the back of the truck. that's not american to me. those are a bunch of terrorists. firefighters now actually have to get permission in order to fly a flag. those are your headlines. unreal. one of the best things of new york city when you see those monster flags off the back of our fdny fire trucks.

california not that far from here. we saw the same process basically in ferguson and baltimore where rioters ran amuck and the cops did nothing. is this the new normal sh. >> it is the new normal. the hardest thing is crowd control for police officers, trying to find the balance between safety and separating people. this lady probably got separated from her crowd, probably separation between the protesters and people there supporting trump. that's the hardest thing. you see people are afraid to make a decision like joe mentioned and that's the true, is that now there's a camera in your face so if you do something incorrect you're second guessed, put on the news, youtube and people are afraid to make a decision just to the fact that they may be wrong. >> also, isn't there political pressure too. police departments are overseen by politicians and tell their police departments stand back. >> absolutely. and then you question what exactly are they protesting? just protesting authority in general and that's where we see people protesting in general and it's against the police officers as well.

few miles away from hudson, florida. 61-year-old william durdsen had been treading water for 20 hours at this point. it took a helicopter and swimmer to pull him to safety. authorities say trouble started wednesday. he left his summer home off the houma sass sa river and boarded a 22-foot boat and took off on a fishing trip. day turned to night and he didn't come back so his wife alerted the coast gird. about three hours into the search a fish and wildlife group spotted the boat in the key. . a coast guard air crew located the fisherman, his team completed that rescue by transporting him here to the air station in clearwater. medics checked him out and they did not find a single injury. so he certainly escaped with an amazing story to share and he credits his military training with what to do in this type of situation. he is a navy veteran, guys. back to you. >> his training saved his life.

the army truck the soldiers were riding in overturned at a low water crossing yesterday. five bodies have been recovered downstream from the truck in the swollen owl creek. three were rescued alive. and are in stable condition at an area hospital. four soldiers sadly still missing this morning. aircraft, k-9s, boats, you name it, everything being used to try and find those four who are unaccounted for. they all belonged to the first cavalry division, stationed at ft. hood. this now brings the death toll to 11 across the state of texas. 11 people who have died in this unprecedented flooding over the last week. the commanding general of the first cavalry releasing this statement. it reads in part and i'm quoting here, your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated during this difficult time as we care for the families, loved ones and fellow soldiers of those

remember that face? they lost 13 people in the deadly attack in 2009 because of that guy. now another tragedy strikes ft. hood, texas. >> a dozen soldiers swept away when their vehicle is swallowed up by the raging floodwaters and now the frantic search for survivors. >> casey stegall is on the ground in richmond where the sun is now up and the search continues for the men. casey? >> reporter: good morning to you. the soldiers were on a routine training exercise at the time when the 2 1/2 ton truck that they were riding in became overwhelmed by fast moving floodwaters. as they tried to drive across a swollen creek. a road, a low water crossing. the army vehicle then overturned, according to officials at ft. hood. five soldiers lost their lives. three were rescued and are recovering at a local hospital. four troopers remain unaccounted for this morning. the problem is, emergency crews say that the area where this happened on post is extremely

all right. day two of deliberations are under way in the case against three minnesota men accused of plotting to join isis. >> tom lyden was in the courtroom for the closing arguments. he has more on the case. what's the latest? >> reporter: well, guys, originally we started off with nine people who were supposed to go on trial. but the others all struck deals, pled guilty. now we are down to three young men, ages 21 and 22. this is an exhaustive case.

three weeks of testimony. more than 300 exhibits. in closing arguments prosecutors say that these were young men who made exceptionally persistent efforts to try to join isis. they tried to get fake passports, tried to fly out of new york and then mexico to avoid suspicion. but the center court of the case is the horrific videos showing mass executions and beheadings. for these young men prosecutors say these were like blockbuster movies. that they would talk about these videos. they would sort of fantasize about them doing the things in these videos as well. the defense said hold on a minute. these are actually young men just bragging, just talking big. the defense said these young men were essentially entrapped by three informants who testified. one of these informants who is paid $119,000 for his activities. one of the defense attorneys

said that these three inform ends were sort of like a three-legged stool. he wouldn't let his own child sit on. so essentially they said they might have been talked about fighting the assad regime or talking about going to syria. even a caliphate. muslim state. but the defense said they were never intentionally going to join isis. >> it's called the minnesota nice now, getting famous for the terror plots. is there a public debate in minnesota about the wisdom of refugee resettlement and maybe drawing a connection between that resettlement and the terror plots? >> there's no discussion about that. i have to be honest with you. i think that's a long tradition of resettlement here. we had them many, many years ago and this is a community -- we don't have an exact tab on how many, but probably more than 100,000. the census has been very good about that, but by and large, this is an exceptionally productive community in minnesota. they have lots of small businesses. they have really integrated in
