10:00 pm
always remember the spin stops right here. we are looking out for you. president obama endorsed hillary for president but probably will not make a difference. heather is at the hannity big board with more on the polls. >> it's a close race between hillary clinton and trump. a new fox news national head to head poll that shows clinton with a slight lead over donald trump with 42% to 39% advantage. it is important to note the lead is within the margin of error.
10:01 pm
other polls may spell bad news for the presumptive nominee. 56% of voters view her unfavorably. the new polls asked about clinton's private e-mail server scandal. look at this. 60% of voters say that clinton is lying about how she handled her e-mail situation while she served as secretary of state compared to 27%. when it comes to putting our national security at risk by mishandling classified e-mails on her server, 57% said yes, she did put the country at risk, 32% said she did not. these are interesting numbers. they could have a major impact on the election in november but we will keep an eye on these for you. back to you. >> can you imagine 60% thought i am a liar. not a good thing. tell the truth. thank you. joining us with reaction,
10:02 pm
editor of chief fox news contributor laura ingram. good to see you. a lot still to come. we learn the cia may have been compromised. she deleted 30,000 e-mails. 60% of people think she's a liar. there was top secret, satellite information, cia compromised and special access program which is above top secret classification found on the e-mails in the mom and pop shop in a bathroom closet. i think the people got it right. how much does it impact the election? >> when you look at the numbers and the polls, especially the fox poll, interesting questions, of course, about trustworthiness and also, sean, when you look at the people following the election, those are majority trump people. he's lost a little ground among independents and three points shaved off from republicans. in that same time hillary hasn't
10:03 pm
grown at all. she hasn't had any increase in her popularity. trump has been hammered by the jj saying a lot of republicans are working for the hillary campaign, even though they claim to be republicans. that has taken some toll. on the question of favorability, honesty, trustworthiness, hillary clinton is a known commodity and people don't like her. people now, when trump gives his speech next week, they will learn more about how he will handle her in this election and that will be fascinating to watch. >> the more important polls, let's be honest, it has to be the electoral votes that matter. i know it is not a big lead but trump leads in florida. dead even in pennsylvania. other states that normally would be blowout states, democrats beating republicans seem to be in play, like connecticut, new jersey. >> massachusetts. >> exactly. i think it's too early to tell.
10:04 pm
i don't think anyone can make a prediction with certainty. >> these are fun snapshots. it's fun to dig in to this question. one of the questions that was funny is when the candidate comes on tv, do you turn up the volume or turn down the volume? turns out that most people turn down the volume for hillary, sean. i know that is a shocker. they turn up the volume, more turn up the volume for trump. i like those questions. you are right. in the end, this is a campaign about status quo versus reform and trump said i'm going to reform washington. i'm going to turn the table upside down on trade and immigration spending. i think that frightens republicans who are in the establishment. they are really frightened, sean, they are not frightened he will lose. they are frightened he's going to win and their influence is diminished. >> it is interesting. she never got to the magic
10:05 pm
number of pledge delegates. if you take away 571 superdelegates and bernie's 48 and i'm a bernie supporter i'm pretty pretty pissed off. she never got to the magic number on her own. she is short. and president obama goes and meets with bernie today and then gives what looks like to me almost a hostage taking video endorsing hillary. let me play part of it. >> for more than a year now, across thousands of miles and all 50 states, tens of millions of americans have made their voices heard. today, i just want to add mine. i want to congratulate hillary clinton. i want those who have been with me from the beginning of this incredible journey be the first to know i'm with her. >> i'm so enthusiastic, i can
10:06 pm
barely get the words out. it is like a hostage video. >> he's really excited when he has those hollywood celebrities come in and do those concerts like paul mccartney and stevie wonder. obama is excited about that. but he didn't seem that thrilled. i completely agree with you on that and he's been hearing hillary trash the recovery. yesterday in those interviews she is saying, i will help these people who are under served in this economy and baltimore, chicago. she ticked off all of these places that have apparently have no jobs and didn't get the so-called recovery that didn't happen. he is probably not happy about that either. >> if you look at the exit polls and primaries and caucuses that we have gone through that we finished as of tuesday, 60% of republicans feel betrayed by the republican party. they feel they are timid, weak,
10:07 pm
ineffective that the obama agenda got past and i understand paul ryan didn't like the comments about trump and the trump university judge case, et cetera. but again he's going out in harsher terms than i have heard on face the nation, when did he say of barack obama, i have a typical black grandmother. >> michelle obama my husband could be shot going to the gas station. all of the comments they made during the first presidency. >> why is he harder on trump than obama? >> because they see trump as a threat to their agendas. on the critical issues that we have hammered on the show, trade and immigration. paul ryan is a guy who thinks most of the trade deals are good deals.
10:08 pm
he is re-examining tpp but because of the rise of trump. if trump wins that is a reorientation of the republican party away from bushism and toward a populous view of policies. that's what threatens these guys. right now, many of these republicans, i'm not saying ryan but a lot of these republicans have more in common with hillary than trump. i think that is okay because now we know where everybody stands. >> isn't this open sabotage at this point? >> it is and voters have a long memory. >> laura, thank you so much. >> great to see you. coming up next here on hannity. >> what's happened is tens of millions of dollars of negative advertising and coverage that has been sent my way. >> hillary ignoring her many scandals and blaming her unfavorable ratings of negative advertising. we have reaction and also tonight -- >> the clinton foundation

investigation, the fbi investigation, the e-mail, you are saying zero chance this is a problem for you in this election? >> absolutely. that's what i'm saying. that happens to be the truth. >> so is hillary in denial saying sh sh is confident the server scandal will not have an impact on the general election? >> two shocking videos show a 14-year-old boy chased down and attacked and tackled and a woman pelted with eggs for being a trump supporter. this is just outside of a rally the boy's father, the attorney for the woman will be here tonight in a "hannity" exclusive as we continue. he decided to save money by switching his motorcycle insurance to geico. there's no shame in saving money. ride on, ride proud. geico motorcycle, great rates for great rides.

take a look. >> 52% of the american people who participated in our cbs news poll have an unfavorable opinion of you. that's the highest negative impression of anyone ever nominated by the democratic party since we started asking that question in 1984. do you bear any responsibility for that? >> oh, i'm sure i do, but i think when i was secretary of state and serving our country i had an approval rating of 66%. i think it is fair to ask what's happened? . what's happened is tens of millions of dollars of negative advertising and coverage that has been sent my way. >> here with reaction, fox news legal analyst, washington examiner, contributor lisa boothe and leslie marshall. put up the fox news polls. we talked about it earlier. is hillary lying about the

e-mails and how they are handled, 60% yes. did she put security at risk with classified e-mails? we today that in fact cia agents in the field, their names may have been compromised. that means their lives could have been in jeopardy. if you have numbers that high and she claims no big deal. is she playing a game or know something we don't know? >> i don't know. she knows how to deceive pretty well.
10:16 pm
>> she's a pro. >> not as much as some folks do. this is polling, negative ratings and bad commercials now. when you have a history of engaging in conduct like this and over the years people understand it. when you have a server that is a home-brewed server that is susceptible to russian intelligence and chinese intelligence, when you engage in conduct like that, when you engage in all of the conduct with it has an impact with voters. 60% think she did something wrong when it comes to the private e-mail and server. she chalks it up to negative research. we know she has already done sometho the ig report was clear when senior department officials were not asked to approve her private e-mail server. she told a lie about according to the report. she said her staff had to shut down her server, temporarily because of hacking attempts. she lied and said there was never an attempt to do that. that's a contradiction. also if you look, colin powell didn't use a personal e-mail server like hillary clinton and she tried to make that analogy and her production of e-mails was incomplete in spite of of her saying i handed over 55,000 pages. that is after you deleted 30,000 e-mails. those are all specific lies. >> if we are looking at polls
10:17 pm
based on what does the american people think of the two people, hillary clinton actually polls higher with approval than disapproval compared to donald trump. he doesn't have an e-mail server issue or an investigation. >> the inspector general of the state department says she's lying. if you look at her words and compare it to what they say, they are saying she's lying. >> so are we saying the american public would not vote for any politician that may have not been 100% honest or are we concerned there was is a criminal issue, an issue of negligence or recklessness, poor judgment or an actual investigation that would looed to an indictment? i don't think so. >> should i answer that? >> yes, please. >> it's all of those issues and negligence is part of the criminal statute. there's an understanding that hillary clinton created this mini legal community to defend
10:18 pm
her conduct. there's a whole constellation of her aides that have taken on lawyers, that her folks are helping to pay for. the government is paying for, based on her conduct, in not meeting requirements of the law. so she said, you know, i have to speak to the ig because i handled that publicly. she said -- >> she said she is transparent. >> i don't expect problems with this. this is all good. this is not all good. >> but based on that -- >> hang on. go ahead. >> riddle me this. when in our nation's history have we had a major party nominee facing a federal investigation by the fbi? the fact that hillary clinton is the democratic nominee is mind blowing. that's a disgrace to the democratic party's history. having a federal i investigation by the fbi. >> when in our nation's history have we had somebody stand up

population like they did in belgium and paris. that is a fact. more accurate description. >> we're going to engage in straw person arguments. the issue we are talking about at this point is that hillary clinton could potentially, but for the president's intervention face an indictment with regard to her conduct. there's been no explanation as to why apart from criminal conduct you would have such bad judgment that a secretary of state, maybe the second most powerful official in the united states, that you would open yourself up to the world. that you would put your own personal interest above yours and yours and yours and mine and our families. that's what hillary clinton did. that's wrong. >>. >> you don't trust the fbi to do their job.

10:27 pm
he is appointed by barack obama and he is independent and one of the most ethical guys that i know. >> if he finds wrongdoing. >> he will make a referral. >> and if they don't act on it, will he resign. >> i haven't spoke to him about that. i don't know. but she should be asking for a new special prosecutor to investigate this case because when her boss, barack obama, says i'm endorsing hillary clinton for president of the united states, he's conflicted. when he is already said there was no national security endangered. she was just being careless, that tells me he is putting the brakes on everything. >> apparently he met today after he met with bernie sanders on a schedule he was to meet with attorney general loretta lynch. when he said that, was he sending a code or message don't touch this. >> without a doubt. he has been trying since october 2015 when he did 60 minutes and said there was no risk here at all. carelessness.
10:28 pm
how do you know if you say, mr. president that you are not interfering with the investigation, what do you know? what you know is you have e-mails from her on a private server. you responded. as a result, mr. president, you will be a witness if there were to be a criminal case. >> you are talking about 20 some odd e-mails that apparently obama sent to the secret server. >> she sent to him and he answered. >> we don't know what the substance of those are yet. >> i don't care. he knew she was on a secret server. he knew this was not a.gov and the question ied asked from the beginning, how does a woman who is secretary of state do her job for four years and not have one classified or s. a p. e-mail. what was she doing it turns out she did and she lied. it turns out it was all a lie. the scary thing is, i don't understand why it is taking so long. we have read and others reported that they have expanded the investigation out in to the quid

pro-quo as it relates to the clinton foundation. here's something we learned this week. all of the talk about trump university, the chancellor of laureate university, a for-profit college a guy by the name of bill clinton got $16.5 million in four years. it has been investigated by many third world countries because it is viewed as a money-making scheme. more importantly, the state department gave laureate university $55 million. >> okay. are you surprised? this is all about money in the end. money buys power. what you have got with the clinton foundation. >> isn't that a quid pro-quo. >> it is called pay to play. people go to jail for it all the time temperature i used to prosecute those cases. >> if you use money to funnel money to a university where your husband is president that is a kick back. >> classic conspiracy. >> they get away with everything. >> it's wrong, sean, it's wrong.
10:30 pm
and i wish the american people understood the significance. >> thank you, judge. good to see you. coming up, two shocking videos of a 14-year-old boy chased and attacked by an angry mob and a woman hit in the face wa an egg for being trump supporters outside of a rally. we will check in. that and more and also tonight hillary clinton claims she's for the everyday american, but reality she is out of touch and by the way, does she have the temperament to be president? we have video and audio you need to hear straight ahead. ief, they wont. most allergy pills only control one inflammatory substance. flonase controls six. and six is greater than one. flonase changes everything.

there, being chased by an aeningry mob of protesters through the streets of san jose, eventually tackled and thrown to the ground. that's not all. another egregious video. this shows a female trump supporters getting pelted with eggs and other projectiles outside of a rally. of course you can see the angry mob with mexican flags they are waving. joining us is the father of the boy you saw chased and the attorney for the woman who got pelted with the eggs and a trump delegate. welcome both of you. let me talk about your son. how old is your son? >> he's 14. >> you were with him at the rally. you were being harassed yourself. i'm watching your son now. he's running what appears like for his life away from an angry mob. they are pursuing. high pursuit. he runs and tries to talk to the fire department. then the crosses the street.
10:37 pm
he's being chased by all of these guys. he's running very fast. i give him a lot of credit and he is tackled on the grass by this thug and other people try to hit him there and apparently got cold cocked by a couple of these mob people. tell us from your perspective what happened here and where were the police and why didn't the fire department help him? i would think they would want to? >> i don't know where the police were. they were pushing people off in a different direction. my son and i were walking to the car after the rally and they stole his hat and i tried to get the hat back and when i had my back turned one individual hit my son in the back of the head and my son walked away and they chased him. and meanwhile, i'm accosted and having trump signs ripped out of my hands and spit on and everything else. >> it's got to have been a scary thing. your son got hit how many times? >> he got hit twice in the back
10:38 pm
of his head. he had two big lumps on his head at the end of the night. >> i have to give him credit. you can't fightening a angry mob. i train in martial arts and wouldn't fight a mob that big. you are going to get killed. >> after he got tackled here and got tackled pretty hard and some guy hit him with an orange thing, was he safe after that, where were the police? >> he was half way to the police line and ran to the police line. after he crossed the police line they asked if he was okay and that was it. the police had other things to worry about, i don't know. i seen him go through the police line. i tried to get to the police line and check on his well being and they wouldn't let me through. i said that's my son and the guy said get back, get back. >> the police saw the mob was chasing him. why didn't they break ranks? do you think they were told to stand down?
10:39 pm
that's what i have heard from numerous people, even people who are police officers, they were told to let the protesters protest. these weren't protesters. these were people looking for a fight. there was no one chasing my son trying to exercise his first amendment rights. >> what did the fire department do to him? >> he tried to jump on the truck as you can see him on the videos. they rolled up the window and drove off. >> wow. >> i don't know where they were headed or what they were doing. >> this is chilling. to see how big the mob is chasing your son is scary. if i can go to miss dylan, we saw the video over and over again. your client is surrounded by a mob. you can see mexican flags waved in her face. looks like somebody walks up at point-blank range and hits her with an egg. is that all that happened. >> i was at the event and i can tell you what craig described is accurate.
10:40 pm
there are 250 police officers lined up there. they stayed in formation and didn't do a thing to help the people being attacked. she had trump jersey on. i think that is one of the things that caught the attention of this mob of criminals. they pursued her. they chased her. they chased her to the doors of the marriott. >> did she get punched as well, hit. >> she got shoved and several things thrown at her. the egg is one thing. she was frightened for her life. she tried to get in to me marriott and they shut the doors from the inside, too. >> i i want to give you an opportunity to debunk this. one piece said she was taunting the mob. i don't see that at all. did that happen? >> not in that video. they started it and she probably talked back like saying, hey, go away. she did interact with them before the egg was thrown. >> what did you make -- her opinion is that the san jose mayor, who blamed trump for this which is insane but you believe
10:41 pm
the police were told to stand down and told not to protect the people being attacked? >> i do believe that. that's what i witnessed with my own two eyes. i was with my husband at the event an i'm shocked at his comments and finally the police are beginning to investigate it but they haven't, to my knowledge, gotten to the ring leaders which is why we have a lawyer involved in that now. >> is it more than that. would you feel the city failed in their job to protect the citizens by not being in that location when they knew something was happening? >> it is worse than that. they actually directed the victims in to the line of the mob and towards danger. that is clearly a civil rights violation under the civil rights act. the civil right in question is our right to assembly and free speech. everybody in that crowd was a victim of a civil rights violation and then on top of that -- >> your client wants this mae orr to resign and be out of office, correct?
10:42 pm
>> she signed one of those petitions for that as well as many other people in the group. i think there are also organizers of this mob that should be held legally liable for what happened there. >> craig, are you going to follow up on any of the issues? you feel the police didn't come to the defense of your son? do you believe you are aware of what was happening? what is your plan of action. >> the police chief and mayor need to be held accountable for their actions. what they did is unconscionable. we were directed through the mob. that's the worst part. one thing to let people protest but to make others go through the protest. force them to. we weren't allowed to go away from the protest. >> every cop i know goes against their instincts. they see something like that happening, their instinct is to help. the only reason for them not doing that is if they were told not to do so. i don't have any evidence to suggest that. do either of you have any evidence. >> i have heard from people who
10:43 pm
have spoken to police officers. right before we were directed in to this mob this group of trump supporters was thanking the police for being there. this is a pro law enforcement crowd. not a knock on police in general but in this instance it is shocking to see 250 of them lined up and not lifting a finger to help hundreds of victims. >> we will continue to follow the story. thank you forring with with us and i hope your son is okay and i hope your client is okay. coming up, hillary clinton wants you to believe she is middle-class americans. she's all for them but the truth is she is completely out of touch. we will show you at the hannity big board up next. my belly pain and constipation?
10:44 pm
i've heard it all. eat more fiber. flax seeds. yogurt. get moving. keep moving. i know! try laxatives. been there, done that. my chronic constipation keeps coming back. i know. tell me something i don't know. vo: linzess works differently from laxatives. linzess treats adults with ibs with constipation or chronic constipation. it can help relieve your belly pain, and lets you have more frequent and complete bowel movements that are easier to pass. do not give linzess to children under six and it should not be given to children six to seventeen. it may harm them. don't take linzess if you have a bowel blockage. get immediate help if you develop unusual or severe stomach pain, especially with bloody or black stools. the most common side effect is diarrhea sometimes severe. if it's severe stop taking linzess and call your doctor right away. other side effects include gas, stomach-area pain and swelling. talk to your doctor about managing your symptoms proactively with linzess.
