do you agree? >> i completely disagree. having worked on the fbi on a number of joint terrorist task force cases. they are con stained by their ability to surveil potential terrorism suspects. you have to understand there are surveillance capabilities in the fbi their stur valence unionity is a small portion of what the fbi can do. we have to potentially prevent attacks like this in the future. catching someone like mateen is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
