little boy. >> the father entered the water and tried to grab the child, was not successful in doing so. at some point, the mother may also have entered the water. the parents diligently tried to get the child. they alerted a nearby lifeguard who was there in the area as well. but they were unsuccessful in their efforts. >> search crews are using sonar equipment and helicopters to help find the alligator and the boy. the gator is 4-7 feet long. it is important to note there is a no swimming sign near the lagoon. disney world is cooperating with everything going on in orlando. they are putting all of their rescue efforts into finding this little 2-year-old boy. we are all heartbroken about this around here. >> jackie ibanez, thank you. the orlando terrorist's wife

how we go forth fighting terrorism. >> democrats are in trouble because of the failed policies against isis. you know, president obama famously calls them a jv squad, completely ignored them. said that it wasn't something that we needed to address and here they are influencing our own citizens to take action and kill 50 american citizens. so it's a clear problem. it's going to be a problem for hillary clinton. she's tied at the hip with this administration, so sure, they are struggling with it. >> pete, do you think that this is helping or kurt -- hurting donald trump? >> look, i think this is a perfect opportunity for donald trump to talk about what he would do specifically to make our country safer, and do it in a way that brings all americans together versus divides like the president. so far, i don't think he's been able to get that message across. it seems to be all over the map, and really this is a great

opportunity to show him as a leader that can bring americans together. >> pete, have you heard any politician getting it right? anyone that's talking about it in a way that really makes sense to you? >> sure. i think rick scott, governor of florida, is doing a great job. i think ben nelson, the senator from florida, as well as marco rubio. i think all three leaders in florida are doing it right and that's because they are bringing people together, not going down rabbit holes of partisan attacks. >> yeah. interesting that you mentioned florida governor rick scott from what i understand, president obama has called the mayor of orlando but has not called rick scott. >> i simply don't understand that one. the president has the time. i mean if he can lecture the country about their behavior and what they should and shouldn't be doing and lecture donald trump and throw partisan bombs, he can pick up the phone and call the governor of the state that is dealing with this horrible tragedy. >> pretty easy call to make. pete snyder, thanks for joining
