country today is absolutely one of the great insults to law enforcement and let's see what happens. but she is being totally protected. i think if something was going to happen on the crimes that have been committed, i would have assumed it would have happened already. don't you think? >> now, whatever else is said about donald trump, he is the most provocative presidential candidate perhaps in american history. there is no question that president obama not winning the hearts and minds on the terror front. that's because his methodical approach to neutralizing isis has not worked as we pointed out last night. the savages may be losing individual fights, but their jihadi is alive and well. and after watching 49 innocent americans murdered in orlando, most of us want action. do something. >> when are we going to say enough is enough and say we are absolutely going to destroy isis. >> right. >> we're going to stop the evil of radical islam.

we have got at some point say is 49 enough? how many more can there be? >> the governor is correct. but if president obama and by extension hillary clinton continue to hold power there will not be, not be drastic action taken by the u.s.a. against isis or anybody else. it's just the way it is. donald trump has capitalized on that. his two big issues are the economy and terrorism. he says the u.s.a. must ban muslims, at least in the short-term from coming to america if they live in areas that have terrorism. talking points does not believe that kind of ban would make us safer. we need the jordanians. we need the gulf states. we need morocco to help us fight the savages, especially in the intelligence area. however, as i told in trump earlier this week, every refugee seeking asylum in this country has to be vetted extensively. no one have a terror area can just take up residence here without ice knowing exactly what they have done in their lives. by the way, even with extensive vetting, doesn't

mean terrorists will not get in. they will, they have. they're here. and in european countries some of the refugees have already committed terro acts. so this is one big mess. and there are no easy solutions as everybody knows. but with president obama hesitating to use the words radical islamic terrorism, the perception in some quarters is. he is not as tough as he could be on the jihadi. and that gives a big advantage to donald trump and his quest to become president. and that's the memo. now for the top story. radicalization. with us here in new york city eboni williams and monica crowley. you said on this forecast that you believe president obama actually wants hillary clinton to be prosecuted in the email situation. now, it doesn't look like that's really the case. >> the fbi has not weighed in yet. okay. that's number one. when donald trump was saying in that clip that you showed that the fix is in and he may very well be right. i have always said on this program and elsewhere about this whole investigation is that what i believe we were witnessing was a negotiation between the president and

mrs. clinton. and what i have may have done is under estimated the leverage that she has on him. what we now know is that there were at least 18 email exchanges between the president and mrs. clinton that they will not release, okay? we assume that those emails were not involving her yoga schedule, highly sensitive material going back and forth between the president and the secretary of state. what we also know is that the president knowingly sent or received that highly sensitive information when he knew it was going through an unsecure, nongovernment email. >> how do you know he knew that? >> because we have the admissions. >> by whom? >> we now know this is andy mccarthy has written on this and he knowingly said. this because her private email. >> right up to there i was following you. i don't think -- >> -- her private email addresses were coming him he was aware. >> for the record, i don't think president obama has made any admissions in any of his emails to hillary clinton, which he wouldn't do personally. it would be done by his staff there have not been any admissions made.

prison. right now she is being scrutinized by the grand jury and the fbi is looking at the situation as well. joining us from washington is catherine herridge. i understand the wife was caught on videotape doing what the husband, catherine? >> well, bill, there is video of the wife and the husband purchasing ammunition prior to the attack on the nightclub and based on our contacts, she's submitted to at least two interviews with the fbi and she is cooperating at some level telling them that she knew he was planning a terrorist attack. that she knew that he had bought the weapons. and that she helped with the surveillance, driving him at least once to the pulse nightclub, bill. >> if that admission is indeed true and on tape, then the woman is going to be convicted of a crime that could send her away for her life. right? >> well, that's right. there are a couple of different options here. there is something called accessory to murder or accessory to attempted murder. that has a pretty high threshold for intent. they would need to show when she drove him to the pulse

the honest answer i think a muslim ban based on religion is counter productive to our efforts to fight terrorism. more importantly, we believe in the first amendment which is freedom of religion. so i really do think a security test, that's what we passed here in the house. we said you can't have the syrian refugee program until you have a security test where you can properly vet every single person and we have passed that bill. it's sitting over in the senate. harry reid is filibustering it. >> meantime president obama is bringing people in. >> we don't agree with that and we passed a bill stopping it but based on not religion, based on security. and we don't have the kind of assurances we want to be secure about this. and that's why i call this a security test. it's not saying look, anybody can come and say they are this or that. if they declare their religion to get into the united states, that doesn't do much, does it? we need a security test. >> we have a problem up in minneapolis, saint paul have a problem there. those are refugees from somalia.
