the way they're walking around. it's a real sense of devastation. keep moo mind many of the victims were so young. some 19, 20s in and 30s. the autopsies on all the victims have been performed. the body returned to family members and already we're seeing the start of what is going to be a long string of public viewings and funerals for those who were mag kerred sunday morning. the local cemetery here has offered free plots to family members who are in need. families have expressed interest in that. you get the sense here that people are trying to do more, to do anything they can to help these people. more than $3 million have been raced. there's memorials popping up all over the place and there's a sense people are trying to ease the burden a little bit. >> steve, harrigan, thank you.

today trump has taken on an iron chef just ott not in a kitchen. trump facing questions from attorneys for celebrity. he you have seen him on the food network. in august trump sued the chef and another chef for backing out of plans for restaurants in trump's new washington, dc hotel. they did that after trump said mexico was sending criminals and rapists in the u.s. the lawyers for the chefs say trump's comments doomed the restaurants before they could open. trump's attorney says a deal is a deal. from here's peter barnes on the story live outside the law offices in washington. what's at stake here, peter? >> reporter: well, money and reputation for all these men. but for donald trump, the highest, the biggest cost here is time. he had to take time off the campaign trail and off of the fundraising trail to come down here and give a deposition.

trump sued both chefs for breach of contract when they backed out of deals for the hotel and sued them each for $10 million in lost potential revenue and other revenue. now, trump had tried to get out of this deposition today, said he had turned his -- the businesses over to his kids, they're running it and could give the depositions, but the judge agreed with zakarians attorneys who said it was trump who made the estimates another immigration and mexico and the wall and has to explain the statements and only he can explain what they could have -- what impact they could have had on the restaurants. >> peter, there were protests there today. right? >> reporter: uh-huh. yeah. wherever donald trump goes, protesters sure to show up and they did in force, 75 to 100 of them. one of their leaders said that
