terrorism as a possible motive in today's deadly shooting rampage. >> oh my god. they're all shooting back and fight. >> orlando we have shots fired on scene. requesting you stay back and don't enter the scene. >> gun fire erupting inside an orlando nightclub. >> i can just smell ammo in the air. this is a gun. this is not fireworks. >> we know enough to say that this was an act of terror and an act of hate. >> now, unfortunately, the. >> translator: attacks are just the tip of the iceberg with the threat that isis poses to america. the numbers are shocking. according to the fbi, there are isis related cases now in all 50 states over 1,000 active investigations. now, since 2014, 90 people have been charged under federal law in isis-related cases. and five of them to people

convicted by juries. same time frame, 27 isis-linked plots to attack america. and these numbers are disturbing. 250 americans have traveled or attempted to travel to syria to literally join the islamic state. and 300 americans or u.s.-based individuals are spreading isis propaganda online or are engaging with isis aligned individuals on social media. here with reaction tonight, fox news middle east analyst and foreign policy adviser to donald trump and fox news strategic analyst lieutenant colonel ralph peters. all right. we have had 94, colonel, 94 americans on american soil killed since 9/11. department of homeland security bans the term jihad. the department of homeland security says those right wingers pose the same threat as islamic extremism. jey johnson thinks guns are an

issue. in the same time, the u.s. as resettled nearly three quarters of a million migrants of countries that execute gay and lesbians, overstaying the visas almost never get caught according to homeland security and in orlando the muslim population has grown tenfold in the past decade. is this a problem we're not paying attention to? >> well, we're certainly not paying sufficient attention to any of the problems you cited. and what we have got you said in the bans on -- in our government and the military of using terms such as jihad, islamicist terror. that is sensorship. that's double speak and actually hampers the efforts. we need to get serious, sean. here's what we must do. stop focusing only on individuals. the terrorists hides in the swamp of the people. and we need to go after not just

individuals we need to crack down on the hate mosques, on the mullahs and imams that preach and if they're not set sevens get them out and we absolutely, absolutely right now need to crack down on jihadi porn. the websites and chat rooms we know, 100% know, that they are inspiring americans to kill americans. >> thoughts? >> well, look. not one attack, six bloody attacks so far by jihadist linked individuals and groups. not six attacks only. 60 atempbs at us over the past few years. the heads of the department of -- or the fbi and others have been concluding that we are, you know, we are facing up to 50 activities in 50 states. it's not that we are at war with the jihadists. they are at war with us.

from these countries. he has the courage to say we won't take people from your country because of the horrible practices against minorities. walid? >> well, what concerns me, of course there's an issue of donations coming the private foundation. that has to be investigated, of course. in terms of favors done and what concerns me is policy of mrs. clinton when she was at the state department. policy of backing islamist militias in tunisia, backing the muslim brotherhood regime in egypt and oppressed people and the iran deal and we moe what they're doing to minorities, to women, gays and others. >> you raise a good point. control knell peters, 150 billion to iran. the vacuum for the emergence of isis in iraq and syria. they let gitmo terrorists go free. they give money to the former muhammad morsi, former muslim brotherhood president.

mistreatment of women, the mistreatment of gays and lesbians, christians, the mistreatment of jews. how do you make the case when she has been sold her soul for this money from these countries? >> mrs. clinton has a lot of overwhelming challenges and problems going into this general election but i think one of the biggest ones, one is incredible hypocrisy and pointing to a major issue she has to address. the clinton foundation accepted between $13 million and $40 million from regimes that routinely persecute and oppress women. >> women, gays, lesbians, christians and jews. >> correct. she's always positioned herself as a champion of women and girls so on this particular issue, and gay issue is just as important, donald trump is talking about that, but on the women's issues, since she positions herself that way, these are regimes that you teenly persecute and oppress
