>> now for decades, controversy has been swirling around hillary clinton and her family, but time and time again, well, they've been given a free pass by the r liberal media. during the cbs, nbc, abc network news, evening casts, well, they devoted four times more air time covering trump's so-called controversies than they did reporting on hillary clinton's numerous scandals. now, unlike the dishonest media, we have not been afraid to inform you, the american voters, about clinton's controversies. earlier this week donald trump delivered a major speech and focused a lot on hillary clinton's scandals. take a look. >> hillary clinton and as you know she, most people know, she's a world-class liar. hillary clinton may be the most corrupt person ever to seek the

presidency of the united states. hillary clinton has perfected the politics of personal profit and even theft. she ran the state department like her own personal hedge fund doing favors for oppressive regimes and many others, and really many, many others in exchange for cash. together she and bill made $153 million giving speeches to lobbyists, ceos and foreign governments in the years since 2001. they totally own her, and that will never, ever change, including if she ever became president, god help us. >> now, earlier i spoke with the editor-in-chief of "life set" fox news contributor, laura ingram about this and much more. >> start with the overview of the speech trump gave the other day. like world-class liar. probably the most corrupt person

to ever seek the presidency. using the state department as her personal hedge fund to enrich herself. you know, $153 million, all of that. how does that resonate? if i'm a democrat i'm thinking that's really corrupt, old and corrupt? >> yeah. i think he painted her successfully as yesterday's news, and more of the same. it's the election, sean, turns out how are you doing today thersz seven years ago or how you like foreign policy, trump does well and effectively painted her at the status quo, which we see in every poll, 65% of country thinks we're going in the wrong direction. hillary clinton is part of that. served in the first term of the obama administration. he did that really well and combined that with an appeal to the bernie sanders voters and an appeal to an unusual demographic, which is the latino and the african-american vote, unusual for republicans, and i

thought very powerful. i said, look, i'm going to put more money in your pocket. you'll have jobs that are better paying, because i'm putting america's interests first. that means, you first. not me. you. i thought that was a powerful pitch. >> and said that, i'll end the special interest monopoly in washington. what you're really saying, if the campaign becomes about donald trump's temperament and he doesn't counter that argument with a strong narrative that he's presidential, has solutions to the problems if it becomes about issues, she's loses. if it becomes about corruption and how washington is failing, she loses. so the only weapon, seems, in their arsenal, is to question donald trump's temperament, where they seem to be going. >> yeah, and seem to be doing very clever little clip jobs, sean, the republicans who have criticized donald trump. not just during the heated primary season but afterwards. so they're using romney, they're using even marco rubio and others to lay out the case against trump, which is why it's

so -- it's so incredibly frustrating to say the least for a lot of these republican leaders not to stand strong against hillary clinton, and for trump, because they're coming at him with everything they have, and it's not her record. it's about him and whether he's suited for the presidency, despite her lack of any real accomplishments. so we need republicans to stand strong. >> how is the issue of 1,000 foreign donations going to resonate? how is the issue of $153 million in speech money that her and her husband get, and that's from wall street, that's from big banks. that's from insurance companies, and it's also from foreign countries. how does that, you know if you want to be a leader and you want to be independent, get rid of corruption, there seems to be a very anti-washington sentiment this year, the year of the outsider, bernie and trump. does all that begin to weigh down her campaign? >> yeah. i think most people think washington's a corrupt place, and she is of washington. she's been around this town for

you know, 25 years. and more often than not, the clintons are part of the problem, and he's made that case very strongly. in the end,this, this election, though, is going to be about the economy, and jobs. that's his sweet spot, because more people believe he has experience creating jobs. he's not perfect. no one is. had a couple bankruptcies, but i'd say the biggest bankruptcy of all is the bankruptcy of accomplishment on the part of hillary clinton. she has no accomplishment. that's powerful for him. >> think about this. she's secretary. the v secretary of state. isis takes mosul, fallujah and tikrit, didn't challenge syrian president assad, a vacuum there, financial resources of oil because we pulled out too early. add to that the disaster of libya, odd to that the disaster of supporting the muslim brotherhood, mohammed morsey and

getting rid of an ally in egypt and china trade deficit. where's the success as secretary of state? what do you point to? >> right. that goes back to, it's not working. it hasn't worked, and i think trump said very clearly the other day, look, this is a stark choice for america. we can continue to lose ground internationally. lose influence as china is rising and threatening us, frankly, as is russia, or be a strong, sovereign independent nation where america's interests are put first. i think that's music to the ears of a lot of the bernie sanders voters. i think they -- >> so if every exit poll shows that 65% of americans feel that she's dishonest, untrustworthy and lies, and most people feel washington is corrupt, i don't even know why this election would be close on paper if they're looking for that change agent? >> i think trump -- why trump has to be careful in the way he runs the campaign. why he can't make unforced

errors and give them ammunition to use against him. that's why i think he has to be, like, a laser beam to used a tired cliche, on the economy, on america, and putting america first. on a strong military and foreign policy. he hit that note this week and i think hit it powerfully. people can say, well, he's not perfectly polished on the teleprompter. the speech too long, the criticisms i've heard. that's fine. the content i think was very, very powerful for that middle america voter and independent voter. >> and so explain lindsey graham giving a speech this week saying that he thinks hillary's going to win. explain the reluctance and resistance of paul ryan. here we have the orlando attack. here we have everything trump laid out against hillary, and her failed record. i've never heard paul ryan be as hard and as harsh against hillary. >> never. >> and the corruption and lies and cover-up, as he is against donald trump. it seems that, you know, people that are viewered as mainstream

republicans are sabotaging the campaign. why would they do that? >> well, because in the end, they agree with hillary on more issues than they agree on with trump. >> you really believe that? on immigration? on open borders? globalization? >> i believe if hillary clinton becomes president, in the first 100 days, paul ryan and mitch mcconnell, if they're still head of their respective chambers were work with her on trans-pacific partnership, meaning millions of jobs will go overseas and push for immigration reform compromise. they think they want that monkey off their back. they do that, latinos and other immigrant groups will love them. as they've done, gone a long way to destroying the republican party already, but i think it's over. i think the republican party as we know it is over. it's not trump destroying the party. it's the people who refuse to learn about what the people and the voters want. >> laura ingram. thanks for being with us. >> great to see you.

choice. >> joinings now, chief counsel for the american center for law and justice, jay seculo and judge pirro. did i clean it with liningke a cloth? very cute. and turned out to be false. >> right. >> how vulnerable in terms of a criminal referral at least from the fbi director? >> on the criminal referral side, especially sean you mention, i have a copy of some of the documentation. called portion marking. the classification. made that position. i've not taken anything, received anything classified, that proved to be false. actual e-mails released were marked classified. so the criminal referral is easier to see happen than the actual indictment, which is kind of the position since the beginning of this that i've had. the fbi goes through the evidence. through the evidence, make a determination based on that

evidence what is a criminal case or not. package it up, give it to the justice department. i think the criminal referral is more likely than the actual indictment. i just don't see, doing an indictment. >> as big a political scandal. it's very -- isn't the mishandling alone, judge, isn't that in and of itself a crime? >> yes. i don't know what everybody is dancing about here. jay is absolutely right. the truth is that the fbi will probably make a criminal referral. the issue is then whether they will have access to a grand jury. now, she -- the woman, you know, sean, i have to tell you. watching that intro, every time she opens her mouth she lies. i don't think she even knows the difference between the truth and a lie. did it for convenience. meanwhile, two blackberries, an ipad, all of this other stuff. >> i don't want to disrupt you but i want to play something. then i'll let you finish it out. she said she had a personal

they could be indict fundamental there were access to a grand jury. let me tell you, sean, this woman, the problem is primarily that she was communicating with barack obama on those private e-mail server and he knew about it. in order for him to be -- if she's to be indicted they'd have to call him as a witness. >> jay, let me go into that and also show this week we learned that hillary clinton's server caused security concerns. within the federal government. >> right. >> but i want to play her in 2015, actually now state department staffers wrestled for weeks in december of 2010 over a serious technical problem that affected e-mails from then secretary hillary clinton's home's e-mail server causing them to literally temporarily disable security features on the government systems. let's flash back to march of 2015. she contradicts herself. watch. >> there were no security breaches. the use of that server which

started with my husband certainly proved to be effective and secure. >> jay, she just contradicts herself left and right. i got to believe -- >> the problem, of course, that statement is incorrect. and unfortunately for the secretary, former secretary of state, the state department's inspector general issued a lengthy report refuting those statements. in fact saying there was not only security breaches but that secured personnel were put at risk, and remember, the secretary of state also had said previously that, in fact, she had relied on state department legal counsel and they were aware and said they didn't even know she had a private server. so the legal department saying they didn't know anything about it. so i think this is, goes back to what judge jeanine said. the end of the day i think making the case from the agents and i used to do this at treasury. make the case and then i have to ship it to the justice department. there is to determine whether to

b -of-abysmally. throws women off the tops of buildings or hung for adultery. she should use this to take a stand saying i wouldn't accept money from people like this. i would return money. instead -- >> donald trump told me last night. why won't she give the money back? >> give the money back. >> she won't do it. peter, i ask myself, on top of the money, what did clinton give in return? two arguments. i've looked hard, researched everywhere. she's never criticized these countries and the practices of abuse against women, gays, lesbians, christians and jews. never spoken out about it. great champion she is, and secondly, she's against coal and drilling and fracking and energy independence. that keeps them in business. did they buy her silence? and did they buy her position on energy? >> at the very best, there's an apparent conflict of interests. at the very worst, she and her husband were bought off by these dollars.

so what donald trump described was a mutual enrichment society. and international bizarre, where the price of admission was contributions to the clinton foundation in order to get business in countries like haiti, in countries like kazakhstan. in order to say we now want to sell 20% of united states uranium to russia. but the argument is, and i've heard people on the left, a talking point, oh, but the money was used for good things. but the money is coming from people that aduesabuse, have atrocious human rights records. >> it's called hypocrisy and for state sponsors of terrorism. look at the 49 lives, the orlando 49 and see what steps could have been take ton appreciate that and you see the country, sponsoring terrorism, now is right here on our doorstep and on our soil, and this is an individual who

completely lacks ethics and morality and integrity to serve this office, and this is an example of it. it should matter. when you follow the money all roads lead to clinton enrichment. >> why does this country? is it because of our need to their oil that we continue to suck up to the saudis and other middle eastern countries? for example, the redacted pages of the 9/11 commission report that we're told might implicate the saudis in terms of financial support for some of the terrorists on 9/11. why wouldn't the public be able to see that? >> i think what -- you're giving better motives than we see here. what donald trump is talking about. you're talking about some public purpose causing us to act in some way. it appears to be more crass than a public service. >> about money? >> that it's about money. about money for the foundation. >> money by silence? >> about $750,000 speeches, about staying silent on discrimination against the gay community, against

throughout her career of being a champion of women and girls and her personal behavior in helping engineer the discrediting and smeerg of women who threatened letter presence, political ambitions as well as her own. we know of reporter over many years that mrs. clinton along with her primary lynch minh sidney blumenthal struck out at these women, legitimate claims against her husband of sexual harassment, a abuse and so on. >> and made the statement earlier in the year, women who are abused have a right to be believed, except in the case of those that make allegations against her husband, and there are so many, you can understand maybe one instance, two instances of people maybe going after a public figure, but when there's that much smoke and i've interviewed them, they all have credibility to me. doesn't there have to be fire? >> yes. mrs. clinton has a lot of challenges and problems but one

of her biggest issues is her hypocrisy. and yet with the women closest to her husband, arguably, in many ways consensual and some not, she sought to destroy those women and ruin their lives. this is a track record that she should be held to account. by the way, trump is the first really big conservative, or big republican to tell the truth about mrs. clinton and her husband. >> monica, thank you for joining us.

office. donald trump wasn't. a record to look at with hillary. what did she do either as a senator or secretary of state for women? nothing. donald trump in his career in the private sector actually did. elevated various women, in the '80s, to top posts. >> yes. >> unheard of at the time. >> how does somebody claim to be or have the mantel of the champion for women's rights, gay rights, lesbian rights and takes all of this money from countries like, let's see, saudi arabia, amman, qatar, kuwait, brunei, where women are told what to wear, women can't drive, women can't go to work or school without their husband's permission. gays and lesbians can get the death penalty in ten states that practice sharia including saudi arabia, takes all of this republican from them, never criticized them, and how do you answer that hypocrisy? it's so bad? to me that's blood money. >> it absolutely is and she hasn't given it back, hasn't apologized for it, explained it. the idea blows our minds

collectively, the american public, there could be someone in office with a foundation where foreign governments could donate money while she was in office. that should never be allowed in the american system. she should be disqualified from running today. yesterday this should have happened. it's horrific. >> this is a thing, though. i don't think women seem to know. the mainstream media ignored it. if donald trump took money from countries that treated women and christians and jews that horribly, why do i believe it would be a big deal and discussed every day and they might even destroy his candidacy? >> oh, it shows we recently saw a report this week, actually, they covered scandals involving trump 4-1. the ones of hillary are glossed over, like that seat she sold, that national security council. pretty much a sold seat, any way you look at it and barely touched by the mainstream media. thanks to this so and others like it we're going to cast light on t. you live in the miami area. a large cuban-american community

iraq, mohamed morsi they supported. middle east, syria, china, go across the board. death, destruction, terrorism. which area of the world got better when she was secretary of state? >> well, you might argue that cuba did, but that was really kerry's claim. it's really sad. venezuela, did nothing about that. they certainly, hillary laid the groundwork for the iran deal. it is -- a litany, a succession of failures, such consistent facials, that, sean, it has no -- there's no previous example of this kind of comprehensive failure in american history. she's been wrong about everything, and you could lay some of the blame and say, well, she's being loyal to obama but she went along, at best, she went along. on top of that, you have this, one thing she does share with obama is romantic view of islam. and i understand it on obama's

part because of his background and childhood. it's hard to understand on hillary's part but it's amazing to me that she has a much 1069er vi softer view of islam and much harsher of christians in the middle east. stuns me. >> let me play -- this is hillary clinton in 2015, pete. she supports a dramatic increase in the refugees. 550% from where obama wants. i want to play her saying that. then i want to play every top intelligence official we have. cia director. fbi director. national director of intelligence, all warning isis will infiltrate. let let's listen to what she said. >> we're facing the worst refugee crisis since the end of world war ii. i think the united states has to do more. i would like to see us move from what is a good start with 10,000 to 65,000 and begin immediately

to put into place the mechanisms for vetting the people that we would take in. >> would that bring in syrian refugees, pose a greater risk to americans? >> it's clearly a population of concern. >> the concern is in syria. the lack of our footprint on the ground in syria, that the databases won't have the information we need. it's not that we have a lack of process. there is a lack of information. >> that obviously raises a grave concern as to be able to do proper background checks of individuals coming into the country. >> yes. >> i don't, obviously, put it past the likes of isil to infiltrate operatives among these refugees. >> we can only query against that which we have collected, and so if someone has never made a ripple in the pond in syria in a way that would get their identity or their interest reflected in our database, we can query our database until the cows come home, but we're not

going to -- nothing will show up because we have no record on that person. >> there is some fear that some of these refugees may be posing as refugees but might actually be al qaeda or isis terrorists trying to sneak into europe or the united states. what do you make of that? >> well, certainly that's a possibility. you can't -- you can't dismiss that out of hand. >> we should be conscious of the potential that da'esh may attempt to embed agents within that population. >> the group is probably exploring a variety of means for i infiltrating refugees into the west. >> pete, i am getting this right? they're willing to gamble with american lives and ignore every top security and intelligence official we have? why would they do that? >> she is now fully baptized in the blame america first, open borders perspective.

let's not forget that. she has clearly not learned any less ons. the reason we have the christ is becau -- crisis is because of their abandonment in the area and in libya. data was released just this week that showed in reality of the 580 terrorists that we have convicted in the united states. >> 380. >> 380 of them, of course, as you know, are not from the united states. we know they're using this. they already have. yet she says open it up, because she clearly doesn't believe in america the way that -- just like barack obama. >> colonel peters. 550% increase from what obama wants. if one american dies, she has blood on her hands? or is that over the top and that's so unfair. >> i'm not willing to risk our life -- >> she and obama already have the blood of at least half a million people on their hands from their malignant neglect of the middle east.
