listen to this. a new fox news poll shows fewer americans are proud of their country. >> patricia is here to break it down for us. >> when we asked americans if they feel proud of our country today only half said yes and that's down from the 69% who said they had pride five years ago. the number of people who say they are not proud of the country has nearly doubled. jumping from 28% in 2011 to 46% today. of that 50% who say they have pride, only 19% think our founding fathers would agree but those that say no still think the founding fathers will be happier today than in 2010. and when it comes to the presidential candidates, 63% of voters say they consider donald trump to be patriotic compared to 60% who say his rival,

i want to show you areas that could be active today and could potentially see severe weather because it's a busy kwoecorridot there. across portions of the central plains, isolated severe storms will be possible not only today but even into tomorrow. we could see also heavy rain out there. flash flooding will be a concern, four to six inches of rainfall and heavier amounts across kansas, oklahoma, missouri and also into northern portions of arkansas, so staying active out there across the center of the nation. other parts of the country are going to remain dry. we are telling you already for several weeks how dry it has been out west, and ongoing wildfires and temperatures were hot and temperatures should not be an issue across southern california here into independence day, but still going to be dry out there, and that's something to consider and many places do have fire work bans. temperatures should not be too
