[ sirens ] >> they're after at that guy. they're after at that guy. guns. gunshots, gunshots. >> shots fired. >> we have 14 people that are confirmed dead in this incident. >> the fbi will not rule out terrorism as a possible motive in today's deadly shooting

rampage. [ gunshots ] >> oh, my god, they're all shooting back and forth. >> we have shots fired on the scene. they're requesting you stay back. >> breaking right now, gunfire erupting inside an orlando nightclub. >> i could smell the ammo in the air. this isn't fireworks, you need to leave. >> we know enough to say this was an act of terror and an eight act of hate. >> that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the threat isis poses to america. the numbers are absolutely shocking. according to the fbi, there are isis-related cases now all 50 states, including 1 thousand active the investigations. since 2014, over 90 people have been charged under federal law in isis-related cases and five of those people have been convicted by injuries. in the same time, there have

been 27 isis-linked attacks plotted. 250 americans have traveled or attempted to travel to syria to join islamic state. here with reaction tonight, middle east analyst and foreign policy adviser walid phares and colonel ralph peters. our of department of homeland security bans the use of sharia and jihad. and jae johnson thinks guns are the issue. that's now a homeland security issue. now in the same time, the u.s. has resettled nearly it 250,000

migrants. and in orlando, the muslim population has grown ten-fold in the past decade. is this a problem we're not att? >> well, we're certainly not paying sufficient attention to any of the problems you cited. and we've got, you cited these bans on our government and the military is using terms such as jihad, islamist terror, that is censorship. and hampers our effort. we need to get serious. here's what we absolutely must do. stop focussing only on individuals. but nwe need to go after not jut individuals but crackdown on the hate mosques, on the mullahs and

imams who preach the hate. and we need to crackdown on jihadi porn on these websites and platforms that we know that they are inspiring americans to kill americans. >> walid phares? thoughts. >> well, this is not one attack, six bloody attacks, not six attacks only, 60 attempts against us over the past two years. the heads of the department of the fbi and others have been concluding that we are, you know, we are facing up to 50 activities and 50 states. it's not that we are at war with the jihadists, they are at war with us. my concern is that the penetration of the jihadists, not just isis, all kind of jihadits, it's not just over the past ten years.

it's been happening since the late '60s, '70s, waves of muslim brotherhood have been moving, and this is creating the structure. >> and they got from hillary clinton and president obama, tanks, f-16s, mohammad morsi referred to jews as the descendants of apes and pigs. we give iran $150 billion. but i want to shift to a political question. and bear with me as i go through this list. because hillary clinton as been bought and paid for by countries that abuse the rights of women, gays, lesbians, christians and jews. we'll put up on the screen, i'm talking about saudi arabia and kuwait and brunei and qatar, how they treat gays and lesbians,

courage to say that we're not going to take people from your country because of the horrible practices of these countries. >> there are private donations coming, that has to be investigated in terms of favors done. but what bothers me is when clinton was in the state department, backing the muslim brotherhood and all of that, the iran deal, and we know what the iranian regime is doing to minorities, gays and others. >> and lieutenant colonel peters, they give $150 billion to iran, created the vacuum for the emergence of isis in iraq and syria. they let gitmo terrorists go free, back into the battlefield. they give money to the former mohammad morsi, it is, how could you be so wrong so often and the issue of syrian refugees on top of it? >> well, you can if you're an id

ripple in the pond, in syria in a way to get their identity or interest reflected in the database, we can query until the cows come home but we won't -- there's nothing to show up because we have no record on that person. >> there is some fear that some of these refugees may be posing as refugees but they might actually be al qaeda or isis terrorists trying to sneak into europe or the united states. what do you make of that? >> certainly that's a possibility. you dismiss that out of hand. >> we should be conscious of the fact that daesh may try to embed agents within that population. >> the group probably exploring a variety of means for the west. including in refugee flows. >> here now with reaction is bridget gabrielle, an expert and analyst.

election, but i think one of the biggest ones, one is incredible hypocrisy and pointing to a major issue she has to address. the clinton foundation accepted between $13 million and $40 million from regimes that routinely persecute and oppress women. namely saudi arabia. >> women, gays, lesbians, christians and jews. >> correct. she's always positioned herself as a champion of women and girls so on this particular issue, and the gay issue is just as important, donald trump is talking about that, but on the women's issues, since she positions herself that way, these are regimes that you routinely persecute and oppress women. they can't run for office, vote. they can't drive and be out in male escort and no problem taking money hand over fist from these regimes while on the other side of her mouth saying that she's some sort of pioneer and champion for women. if you really believe that, they should have resisted taking money, refused to take another dollar for any of these kind of
