tv Outnumbered FOX News July 6, 2016 9:00am-10:01am PDT
9:00 am
jon: we're back in an hour. "outnumbered" starts now. harris: beginning with a fox news alert. president obama a short time ago announced he would leave more u.s. troops than originallily planned in fan began toward the end of his term. this is "outnumbered." i'm harris faulkner. we have the kennedy, host of "kennedy." julie roginsky, and today's hash #oneluckyguy, antonio sabato, jr. >> good to be back. >> i have crazy facebook friends literally acting like 13-year-old girls. >> don't out me.
9:01 am
sitting right here. harris: any of your facebook friends. >> we'll work as a team. harris: ready to talk to politics? >> i'm ready to talk. let's go. harris: the president said while we ended our combat role in afghanistan officially, our troops are play aggravate tall role training afghan forces and undertaking smaller but dangerous counterterrorism missions against the islamic state savages as well as the remnants of al qaeda and the taliban. while he touted u.s. accomplishments there he admitted the security situation is tenuous and afghan forces need more help. so he will slow down the scheduled drawdown of our troops >> i'm announcing an additional adjustment to our posture. instead of going down to 5500 troops by the end of this year, the united states will maintain approximately 8400 troops in afghanistan into next year through the end of my administration. the narrow missions assigned to our forces will not change.
9:02 am
they remain focused on supporting afghan forces and going after terrorists. but, maintaining our forces at this specific level, based on our assessment of the security conditions and strength of afghan forces, will allow to us continue to provide tailored support to help afghan forces continue to improve. harris: you know on the show i talk a lot about timing. that was going on. and then there were some testimony by military aviation leaders going on too. you and i were talking in the green room about it as it was happening. >> right. harris: you know what? there are some examples of troop erosion in our readiness around the world looking specifically at the 100 101st airborne, givig support in afghanistan. i wonder if the president was talking to the military leaders? >> i think the president made huge mistakes in last seven 1/2 years. the military needs to come home. first i wanted to leave iraq and wants to go back.
9:03 am
afghanistan is a mess. we need to pull out complete lit. at this point it is too late. i don't think he listens to the commanders in chief. knowing soldiers myself, fighting for greatest nation in the world to have this leader as president has to be really tough for everyone. harris: kennedy, as the president was speaking i was taking notes on my phone talking about how we are doing with the taliban and on the other hand they are ruling over 38 districts and contesting 41. he says all the major areas are controlled by afghan forces. i'm doing the math on that. >> yeah. kennedy: it is interesting. if you listen to the president talk about military strategy, whether the taliban specifically or isis in iraq and syria, they're spreading to northern africa and they are certainly relentless, no longer jv. i think he would admit. but every time he talks about
9:04 am
strategy, can go as far as economy and jobs numbers, makes it sound we're doing so amazingly well. the hyperbole he uses to describe failure, it is really phenomenal. he should get into fiction writing after leaves office. leaving troops in afghanistan is huge admission of a failure. he was the president who would have a complete drawdown as antonio suggested. harris: it was going to 5500 level. staying at 8400 level. that is not just a big deal as kennedy pointed out, meghan. meghan: he ran on platform he would pull us out. he pulled us out of iraq in 2009. rise of evil of isis is direct result of that. he said 8400 troops was recommended. it was not. it was 9800 troops. for him to do this is is last thing he wants to do in the administration. even liberal obama who ran on this, understands the rise of
9:05 am
isis is immediate threat. everything that happens in the news, every single week last four weeks, terrorist attack from isis he has to recognize it is agreeing and we have to do something to combat it. >> he has to call it isis. stop calling it isil. it is isis, mr. president. there is reason for that. it is only growing. you're not depleting it. last week, this week, it will keep on growing until we do something about it. the entire country and entire world have to get together to fight it. harris: can we talk about legacy points with you, julie. this was a huge one for the president. this is our longest running conflict in american history at 14 years. the president is concerned about legacy. let's take a quick look at what he said about his successor. >> the decision i'm making today insures that my successor has a solid foundation for continued progress in afghanistan. as well as the flexibility to address the threat of terrorism as it evolves. harris: your thoughts? jewel.
9:06 am
>> let's talk about mission statement which is interesting to me. you talk about pulling out troops in afghanistan. we'll not get remnants of al qaeda there now actually reconstituting themselves. if isis spreads into afghanistan, i'm not sure what they will, reality, nobody has, i said this for months, nobody on either side with the sole exception of your father, john mccain, lindsey graham, kelly ayote, very few people want to have honest discussion with the american people what it would take to defeat the taliban or reconstituted al qaeda which are also on the border of pakistan and actually in pakistan as well and reconstituting there, going as kennedy pointed out with isis into north africa, into the sinai peninsula, into syria. harris: so what is your point? >> my point is this. we can talk continuously 9400 or 8400 or 5500, whatever the number is, but nobody is having honest discussion about the numbers it will take to defeat these people. harris: what will that look like real quickly? >> i don't know the answer to
9:07 am
that. >> we're having honest conversation. realities turns off a lot of american people but i think people are realizing as isis grows, and every day we wake up to another terrorist attack not only united states but europe as well this is cancer growing. we have the most liberal president in my lifetime saying we need to increase troops in afghanistan? this is very big deal. harris: one thing for sure, we're fighting them both places, so we don't get it twisted isis was found on the ground in afghanistan. >> no question. harris: we'll move on. new fallout in the hillary clinton email protect. fbi director james comey now to testify on capitol hill tomorrow about the agency's bombshell recommendation not to charge the former secretary of state. that decision coming even after comey admitted clinton endangered our national security by sending and receiving classified material on her private email servers and devices plural. contrary to what she told the
9:08 am
public. house oversight chairman jason chaffetz is demanding emergency hearing on email investigation. here he is. >> she created this convenient email server with herself in her own home and i think that goes to the intent. i want to ask the director, what was the intent? i particularly want to know from the director, he indicated there was purposeful destruction of the hardware that was housing this by the attorneys. what is the consequence of that? i mean, to do it intentionally so that it couldn't be put back together? that is pretty troubling. harris: on fox news we played this as it was happening a short time ago. house speaker paul ryan stepping up pressure on fbi to release all of its findings to the public. >> director comey's presentation shredded the claims that secretary clinton made throughout the year with respect to this issue. we have seen nothing but stonewalling and dishonesty from secretary clinton on this issue. that means there are a lot more questions that need to be answered. harris: one of the things that
9:09 am
makes this frustrating, antonio for people, they wonder why some of these other voices didn't speak up earlier? well there was trust and understanding that the fbi director, who said he was personally watching over this case and would make sure no politics got involved, that he would, well, do all of that. and now they feel, people are saying that they feel like, well should others spoken up even though the fbi director promised fairness? >> so passionate about this because what she has done for so long. as you can see things she is doing. you can't get this woman. she is, should behind bars right now. i mean, with benghazi, emails, the last 20 something years, taking all the money from saudi arabia, and so much more and people want to vote for her. you know, go out there november vote for donald trump because he is only way -- this lady will take this country and destroy it more than she could ever do in the past. like i said, now she is out of it. fbi couldn't put her behind bars. she is above the law and it is crazy to me. that is happening to the
9:10 am
greatest country in the world. everybody knows it and nobody is doing anything about it. harris: so some political on searchers are saying today, kennedy, something kind of interesting. that this actually is not a good thing for hillary clinton, in the sense that no one believes that this puts to bed having comey come out and say he doesn't recommend charging because what he did say was damning? kennedy: it was absolutely damning. i think he methodically and logically took apart claims she had made, her defenses against email server and they were very effective. the problem when you shoot too high with the clintons as we found out during the president's impeachment. it emboldens them. if she were overcharged and overindicted could have helped her certainly politically. she has such a trust issue i think some of what he did eroded it but in my gut i feel like this is what the death of justice looks like. i do feel like the rule of law was not applied here and certainly not fairly and it is really, in a way depressing.
9:11 am
>> it is. meghan: great week for trump though. the whole basis of election is anti-establishment, washington is rigged. people are in office can abide by a different set of rules than average americans and trump had a rough week. i still don't think he is doing exactly right things in his campaign. all this does is help him. she and director comey wrote his next attack ad. if anything this only helps republicans. harris: some of what you said is not breaking news and very reason why they say don't like process. they hate politics. they don't trust congress. don't trust the media. you can just check all those boxes but you know there were a series of events in the last few days, julie, even i heard you say, okay, so the loretta lynch, head of the doj met with a former president who is the husband of the person who is investigated. there was some stuff that was really smelly going on. >> inappropriate on every level. i will never defend hillary clinton behavior with emails. i haven't from day one. i will be consistent.
9:12 am
i have to defend jim comey here, there has never been any indication either side of the aisle partisan hack does something he wants to preserve his career. in fact during the bush administration he was deputy attorney general he almost resigned because he felt warrantless wiretapping was illegal and wouldn't be a part of it. for people who said jim comey is most up standing guy in washington to go malign, regardless what she did or didn't do to me is unconscionable. a man believed considered what he did was right. i agree with you completely eviscerated her case legally. will not prosecute her or jim comey is intimidated or in pocket of or threatened by, his term runs through 2023. he can't be fired. impossible to get rid of fbi director unless he is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. harris: what is next for the american public? they go to the polls? between now and then what is
9:13 am
next if this is politically damaging for her? kennedy: i think it is politically damaging, people already find her wildly untrustworthy. this doesn't help her favorables. i said to julie before, without indictment i think she becomes next president of the united states and i think -- >> stop it, kennedy. kennedy: that should be sobering for a lot of people. is that really the best her campaign can do? well, at least she wasn't indicted? didn't go to jail. meghan: nothing positive to say about her accomplishments. >> i don't agree. donald trump had great day yesterday. fantastic day. he sits on his own story. praising saddam hussein, immediately stepping on his own story. >> he was talking about iraq and talking about mistakes -- harris: there is iraq report. >> if you're explaining to me right now you're losing. if he is explaining he is losing. problem for him, instead of staying on message and hammering her on this, he is defending himself charges that he praised
9:14 am
a dictator -- >> last night he was hammering her a lot. he also talked about what the president didn't do iraq. he talked about everything, all of the above. harris: it will be interesting to see how much he talks or is asked about this whole thing. we are awaiting hillary clinton's remarks where she is expected to slam donald trump's business record and he usually live tweets these events. so we'll be on that too. she said to include some of his casino bankruptcies in atlantic city, new jersey. this just one day after she and the president teamed up to take on the gop's presumptive nominee. will all of this resonate with voters? and right after the show, tv version of us wraps up. we pop up live online with foxnews.com/outnumbered. click on the "overtime" tab, you can see our live chat sitting there. through your facebook and twitter get into the conversation. this is something shiny and new like a new penny, we're on facebook live. outnumbered fnc. go to both placed and get in.

say she will talk about trump's record where she claims he stiffed contractors while pocketing cash. talking about the bankruptcies of casinos in the '80s and '90s. she joined president obama on the campaign trail for the very first time. her former boss taking shots of his own at donald trump, his obsession. >> everybody can tweet but nobody actually knows what it takes to do the job until you sat behind the desk! i mean sasha tweets but she doesn't think that she's, thereby should be sitting behind the desk. even the republicans on the other side don't really know what the guy is talking about. [laughter]. they really don't. they really don't. you ask them, they're all, i don't know. [laughter] kennedy: what is it the dirty
9:20 am
10:30 at chuckle as comedy club. antonio? >> yes, ma'am. kennedy: the two of them are power duo, wonder twins, dream team. >> look how they used to talk to each other. look at them now. those two are going back and forth. now they're a team. that is pretty gross to me. that is just disgusting. kennedy: he is far more popular than she is. >> a little bit i guess. but, to be running together now, under the circumstances, getting on the plane, doing what they want, i mean just goes to show you they're the law. they can do whatever they want. for hillary to talk about trump's business what he made, what he lost, trump is given thousands of jobs to a lot of people. he created jobs. he built stuff. he had a million dollars. he lost the money. he gained it back but overall he has been really successful. what is, what has she done in the last 20 some years? what kind of job -- kennedy: what has she done ever? >> that is the problem, people on the left can't answer that question. what is hillary clinton's biggest accomplishment.
9:21 am
no one has any answer as senator or secretary of state. beyond that i want to say this talking point, this twitter talking point, i find laughable. he is the social media president. who became president as a result of popularity of social media. he and his wife can't stay off vine or a late-night show. now idea it is bad for republicans to being doing this is laughable. kennedy: it's a little bit hypocritical. >> poor sasha. kennedy: exact same proximity to the oval office as hillary clinton had. family member of the president as hillary clinton is. >> i will mention a couple things. hillary clinton was senator, i know this, i'm from new york -- kennedy: she paid her female staffers 76 cents on the dollar. that is true. >> chief of staff, press secretary. we'll not talk about. harris: kennedy has details how much she paid. >> helped to rebuild, refinance the rebuilding of ground zero of worst tragedy we had in the city
9:22 am
in our history. harris: there were hundreds of people who worked on that. kennedy: on both sides of the aisle. >> you asked as a senator. kennedy: chuck schumer rolling in political grave. >> chuck schumer. listen. meghan: her biggest accomplishment is her husband. people call me sexist. but that is true. >> on atlantic city, he ran that town into the ground. go down to atlantic city. trump taj ha haul. before the rest of the city went down, making money on boardwalk. three or four of his casinos. more importantly he left the poor people lost entire life savings for him destitute. harris: when you hear others talking about the jobs he created, flip side of that story, are you calling them something other than truth tillers. there are people who had different experiences than what you're -- kennedy: maybe the problem -- >> wait a second.
9:23 am
i'm telling you experience of atlantic city where she is today. i don't need hillary clinton to go down to atlantic city to explain to me what went on there with donald trump. i lived it. i saw it. i know these people. he left them all on the hook. should be doing what she did. i do not need talking points from hers. kennedy: she has no idea what it takes to run a business. absolutely common. i can't stand people like this, such a dangerous person, not only no goosep of economy she puts her husband in charge of, hawkish woman, no offense, meghan who will get men and women killed across the globe. some unwith no military experience and strategy. likes the idea of blowing stuff. >> donald trump has it? kennedy: donald trump far less interventionist. >> we could take their oil. how will he do that, being nice to them? of course he wants to put military in there. kennedy: difference opening up half a dozen more theaters. meghan: i'm not in minority here because i go on tv as
9:24 am
isolationist e a lot of people agree with me. that is growing. harris: would add -- kennedy: maybe people don't gamble because they're so pure. harris: this news release came out before we hit air. it is from the hillary campaign. sounds a lot like bernie sanders. hillary for america, to unveil further measures debt-free college to all. not only is she going to talk about the business practices of donald trump, she will try to give away free money too. kennedy: she is doing exact same thing she is accusing donald trump is doing, stiffing these people who loaned college students money in good faith on promise they are going to repay it, now those people get stiffed in the exact same way contractors all -- >> party everybody wants and looking back, they want party back that doesn't exist. talking about a socialist country. no socialist country has succeeded. if you want to live in china, go to china. go to south america, you're tree to go. this is united states of america. we need to bring what is right for country. they want to give everything free.
9:25 am
there is no such thing is free. kennedy: found that out in scandinavia where they made ton of free market reforms and places like sweden and norway, that form of socialism doesn't work. i don't want to find that out the hard way and break up greece. >> you preferhave casino owners to use bankruptcy laws and enrich them rip off little people literally living hand to mouth? >> giving thousands of jobs to those people. >> go down to atlantic city. i dare you go to the atlantic city on board walk. harris: woman in blue pant suit and lecturn or podium. who she is the woman we're talking about, running for president on democrat side. kennedy: she is the one in the brown jacket. >> she will be reading prompter. she is good at. harris: she will talk about some of the things she has been it hads on. she will be hitting donald trump she says on his businesses in atlantic city. there she is. as soon as she talks to talk we'll take her there live.

donald trump trying to use the fbi director own comments on hillary clinton against her, slamming her and saying the civil is riggedded. can he ride this all the way to november? we have to see the polling now in the next week. after all of this has happened to see how people are really feeling. plus trump says he does not need the republican party to win in november. so how big of a deal is part unity after all? how could all this play out at this month's republican convention. watch. ♪ [ guitar playing ]

[cheering] maybe we could really get new jersey's economy again. [cheering] now here in atlantic city, and across america, we have got to create more good-paying jobs with good wages. we have got to make the economy work for everyone everywhere, not just those at the top in some places. and that is just one reason why this election is so important. and as the people of atlantic city no better than anyone, donald trump can not do the job for american workers and businesses. [cheering] now let's just look at this for a minute. donald trump says he is qualified to be president because of his business record. [booing] now three weeks ago he said, and
9:32 am
i quote, i'm going to do for the country what i did for my business. [shouting] now, you know when he says things like that, he is probably hoping nobody will check up on what he has said. because what he did for his businesses, and his workers, is nothing to brag about. in fact, it's shameful, and every single voter in america needs to know about it, so we don't let him do to our country what he did to his businesses. [applause] [cheering] >> lary. hilary. hilary. hilary. >> now, that is why i'm here today. we're standing in front of the old trump plaza casino and

hotel. donald trump once predicted, it will be the biggest hit yet. now it is abandoned. you can just make out the word trump where it used to be written in flashy lights. he had the letters taken down a few years ago. but his presence remains. and not far from here is the old trump marina hotel casino. a few years ago it was sold at a huge loss. [laughter] just down the boardwalk is the trump taj mahal. donald once called it the 8th wonder of the world. it filed for bankruptcy in 2009. things got so bad, the new
9:34 am
management canceled workers health insurance and pensions. [booing] and now those workers are on strike and we should all support them in getting a fair deal! [applause] now ask yourself, according to "the donald" isn't he supposed to be some kind of amazing businessman? so, it is fair to ask, since he is applying for a job, what in the world happened here? now his excuse for all of this failure is that atlantic city just went downhill. that it is not his fault but don't believe it. his businesses were failing long before the rest of the town was struggling. [applause] in fact, other businesses here
9:35 am
did worse because donald trump acted so irresponsibly. he calls himself the king of debt. and he earned that title right here in ac. his bad decisions hurt the whole city and here's what he did. he intentionally ran up huge amounts of debt on his companies, hundreds of millions of dollars. he borrowed at high interest rates, even after promising regulators that he wouldn't. what came next? he defaulted on those loans. didn't pay them back. and in the end he bankrupted his companies, not once, not twice, but four times. and here's what he said about one of those bankruptcies. i figured, he said, it was the bank's problem, not mine.
9:36 am
what the hell did i care. i'm guessing, many of you have had debt at some point. student loans, mortgages, credit cards. you couldn't just tell the bank that you didn't feel like paying, could you? and here's an important thing about how donald trump operates. he doesn't default and go bankrupt as a last resort. he does it over and over and over again on purpose. even though knows he will leave others empty-handed while he keeps the plane, the helicopter, the penthouse. he convinced other people that his atlantic city properties were a great investment. so they would put in their own hard-earned money. but he always rigged it so he got paid no matter how his companies performed. when this casino collapsed,
9:37 am
because of how badly he managed it, hundreds of people lost their jobs. shareholders were wiped out. lenders lost money. contractors, many of them, small businesses, took heavy losses and many themselves went bust. but donald trump? he walked away with millions. and here's what he says about the whole experience. he actually brags about it. atlantic city was a very good cash cow for me for a long time. the money i took out of there was incredible. think about it. the money he took out of here. that says everything you need to know about donald trump. it is not about what he can build. it is about how much he can take! [applause] you know he did it again this morning.
9:38 am
he went on twitter and said, i made a lot of money in atlantic city and left. well, he got rich and got out. he thinks that is something to be proud of. he just didn't take advantage of investors. he took advantage of working people as well. [shouting] donald trump has been involved in more than 3500 lawsuits over the past 30 years. that is one every three days. give or take. and today is wednesday. sew he is due for another one. [laughter] [applause] now here in atlantic city you may know about vera coking, the widow who's house on columbia place, right over there, donald trump donald tried to seize it through eminent domain and turn it into a parking lot for limousines.
9:39 am
thankfully he lost that fight. [applause] but there were thousands more. and many of those lawsuits were filed by ordinary americans who worked for donald trump and never got paid. painters, waiters, plumbers, people who needed the money they earned and didn't get it. not because donald trump couldn't pay, but because he wouldn't pay. hundreds of liens have been filed against him by contractors, going back decades and they all tell the same story. i worked for him. i did my job. he wouldn't pay me what he owed me. one person after another after another. we just heard from marti rosenberg. his company was called, atlantic plate glass. they were hired to do a big job
9:40 am
for the trump taj mahal. they worked really hard on it but at some point donald trump just stopped paying. in the end, he owed marty's company nearly half a million dollars for the work they did, under the agreement they made. marty's business barely survived. he did the same thing to a kitchen equipment company, a cabinetmaker, a music store owner. he owed $3.9 million to a company that supplied marble for his properties. that business had to shut down, and eventually the owner had to file for personal bankruptcy. the cost of doing business with donald trump. now donald trump doesn't think going bankrupt is a big deal. but it's devastating if you're
9:41 am
someone who plays by the rules. [applause] i thought a lot about my dad in the last weeks as i learned more about donald trump's business behavior. my dad was a small businessman. if his customers had done to him what trump did to these companies, he wouldn't have made it either. so this is personal for me. it is personal for a lot of people. it is not ancient history. if he is elected president, it is our future and the future of our hard-working people across america! [applause] because, i want you to understand what he did here in atlantic city is exactly what he will do if he wins in november. step one, give a huge tax cut to millionaires like himself.
9:42 am
step two, add trillions to our national debt. step three, he is suggested we could just default on our national debt, like he defaulted on his business debt. it is the same scam over and over and over again and make no mistake, he is not asking for forgiveness. he is just hoping we forget. the people he is trying to convince to vote for him now, are the same people he has been exploiting for years. working people, small business people. trying to support their families. you know this seems to be, this seems to be one move. he makes over the top promises. and says says if people trust him, put their faith in him, he will deliver for them.
9:43 am
he will make them wildly successful, then everything falls apart. people get hurt and donald gets paid. remember this the next time you see him on tv, talking about how america will win big if we elect him president. those promises he is making at his rallies, they're the same promises he made to his customers at trump university. now they're suing him for fraud. they are the same promise he made about another scheme called trump institute. "the new york times" reports that the lessons it sold for thousands of dollars apiece, were page you -- plagarized from somebody else. they were the same promises he made to his customers in trump condos in baja, california. you should hear these people's
9:44 am
stories. they handed over their savings. their calls stop getting answered. the condos were ever built and they never got their money back. the "newark star-ledger" says he, and i quote, excels at ripping people off. [applause] they wrote, again i quote, as a result of his fares -- narcissistic destructive risk-taking with other people's money, his casinos posted huge losses while others thrived. and remember, remember, what he promised i'm going to do for the country, what i did for my business. [booing] well, we should believe him, and
9:45 am
make sure he never has the chance to bankrupt america the way he bankrupted his businesses [cheering] [shouting] >> hillary. hillary. hillary. >> so -- >> hillary. >> i just want you to take all this information and tell everybody you can, because people need to make an informed choice. so when trump says he is for working men and women of america, but trump furniture is made in turkey, instead of lakewood, new jersey, that matters. trump suits were made in mexico, instead of ashland, pennsylvania. trump lamps are made in china, not altoona, pennsylvania. he wants to make america great again. maybe he should start by actually making things in
9:46 am
america again! [cheering] and that's not all. donald trump actually stood on a debate stage and said americans wages are too high. [booing] he wants to get rid of the federal minimum wage. >> no! >> his campaign said, let's sell off america's assets. where do we start? the statue of liberty? these bad ideas just keep coming. and he wants to wipe out the tough rules that we put on big banks after the financial crisis. he would rig the economy for wall street all over again. so we shouldn't be surprised. of course he would be for protecting a system where the rich and the powerful stick it to everybody else. he got rich playing by those rules and he wants to keep it

that way. he says he is businessman and this is what businessmen do. well, as cnn has pointed out, no major company in america has filed chapter 11 more often in the last 30 years than trump's casinos. so, no, this is not normal behavior! [cheering] now look, there are great companies in america! men and women who care about their workers and the people they do business with and want to build something that lasts. they're decent. they're honest. some might even make fine presidents. they would never dream of acting like donald trump. in america, we don't begrudge people being successful. that is part of the american dream. but we do, if they get rich by destroying other people in the process. meghan: i'm wondering how well this plays. this is old tune everyone knows. controversy, i'm far from a businesswoman so i don't know details of this. this is things people already know. this is public knowledge for a long time. trump university. i don't know if this talking point flies. it is distraction from everything going on with her and director of fbi. this is low-hanging fruit. she has to hit a lot harder wants to make impact against trump. harris: what is interesting, julie, i heard you say so much about hillary clinton and email scandal and benghazi and several other things come up, post the time she was secretary of state, so much of it is baked in. >> yep. harris: we know a lot of this already about donald trump. so is meghan right, maybe it is baked in among his supporters. doesn't resonate. move on. >> she is not appealing to his supporters. appealing to people undecided. harris: you think that is who showed up in at lan stick city today? >> who showed up in at lan stick city is not who she is speaking to. democratic national committee and supporters.
9:50 am
harris: you have done it before. >> i organized those rally as million times. that is not who she is speaking to. speaking to all of us in tv land. she is basically saying two things. meghan is right, changing subject quickly what is going on with her and james comey last 24 hours. they are trying to do to him what they did to mitt romney, successfully four years ago, take strongest attribute, and swift boating of his business acumen. harris: what is interesting. donald trump wears it. owns it. has not embarrassed about how he got there. mitt romney had issues. we'll go back to it. we're watching donald trump's twitter account. in terms of responding potentially he is in enroute to cincinnati, ohio. he has fund-raising event at 5:00 p.m. may speak there. he may tweet before then. we do know this, crowds expected for his 7:00 p.m. reason rally

we will have couple opportunity to see him tonight. in cincinnati, ohio, she has events at five and 7:00 eastern. what should he say to him. >> should use that quote on her talking about goldman sachs and ucla, all the places where she has been paid $300,000 for a speech on what? what has she ever made? what has she ever done? she talks about manufacturing and it is laughable because, even, even her exploits in politics, you can not point to any comprehensive thing that she has done, said, that is a success. harris: there are dollar signs there. i am a fan of capitalism. i don't begrudge her right to earn. it would be good to know what she said to the groups since she would be taking i assume, fund-raising money from wall street. real quickly, the other money thing would be the clinton foundation. >> all the money she got from saudi arabia, what about that? talk about that. meghan: he needs to look like statesman and as presidential as possible. that is my biggest advice.
9:56 am
he needs to present his family. harris: what does he need to say? >> he needs to go after her and going forward what he would do to fix economy. i don't know about business, bankruptcies are used by business people everywhere. harris: go back to comey. >> he needs to present his family at first family. i would like to see melania up front and needs to look like the first family and as president. harris: speakers are being put together, reports are his family will have presence every night. you and julie were in unison. wheel talk more about it. antonia, thank you. >> thank you. harris: we'll see you on the web in a few seconds. we're looking for you on the web. foxnews.com/outnumbered. click on overtime tab. i'm terrible at golf. he is. but i'd like to keep being terrible at golf
