place that clinton violated laws including she sent and received 110 e-mails containing classified information. including some that were marked top secret. that is why house republicans want to know how and why they decided not to recommend any charges? >> we still want to get to the truth. i am confused by his conclusion. if you look at the fact pattern you would be led to believe she violated the law and consequently will be prosecuted. we want to know the difference between gross negligence verses extremely careless which is synonymous. we want to stick to the facts and understand what hand in this case. >> yesterday loretta lynch said she would follow the fbi's recommendation. saying late this afternoon i met with james comey and prosecutors and agents who conducted the investigation of hillary
