each way. but i think newt gingrich is uniquely qualified for a few reasons. number one, i think the former speaker of the house is going to be able to engage the traditional -- the traditional republican base which donald trump needs to consolidate in order to win. he is someone that obviously has an extensive history in federal government and mr. trump needs a partner to be able to engage congress if he wants to move forward his agenda. while it was a love fest in indiana sitting where i am sitting in ohio as former minority leader who loves collective bargaining the right to work record of government another mike pence will hurt.
