who could fix that economic equation. then he went on to do something more important. he gave what may have been the most remarkable important policy speech of his generation. he did it by making his success and trump's success relatable and offering conservative policy prescriptions in order to help voters feel they could achieve that success, too. he did it by talking about school choice and about less regulation and about judges. it makes it relatable for people who we haven't gone and seen the republican party yet so far. it was a historic, magical speech. >> one thing is how close the trump family is. if you are hillary clinton and her camp what would concern you the most after watching last night? >> i would agree it was that speech from donald trump junior which was the break out performance of the night. aside from what we were

expecting which is sort of causey family stuff, i love my dad and he has been so great for us which is what you anticipate from children of the candidate. there was a move toward a political and policy based speech that was unexpected for a number of us and was very strong. this was a man speaking my language as a conservative republican. there was one other thing he did that really impressed me. when you are the child of a billionaire and one of the biggest celebrities on the planet, it can be difficult occasionally, i would image, i wouldn't know, but to relate to average people. what donald trump, junior was able to do in my view from the stage last night was to recognize and acknowledge his extraordinary privilege in life, but he did it without apologizing for it but also without flaunting it in an obnoxious way. yes, we are super rich, yes, we are billionaires but we don't apologize for it. here's how we can still

>> what we talked about earlier was really bringing confidence back to the u.s. economy. trump did release a tax plan during the primary. he said he is going to release the new tax plan. he hasn't received the plan. he talked about lowering the corporate tax. that is something that changed from the party platform agreed on lowering the corporate tax cutting this rate shth cutting the overall rate, cutting rates to zero, but really what fundamentally matters is ceo's and business owners and workers around the country are still confident. she gave the word, spoke of the word uncertainty over 20 times.

it is in our economic and business and politics and in the state of our country right now there's a sense of uncertainty. there's what has to be changed the next president. >> that's why this election cyc cycle there are folks wanting to hear the specifics. how much will he make his speech about that and about a tax plan? >> well, i certainly hope that he brings it up. i think that we have it. his son gave a very effective speech on the economy. paul ryan hit on a lot of the same things talking about social security. i am a millennial. i don't think there's anybody in my generation that can count on the ponzi scheme at this moment in time social security. you can't rely on it.
