tv Justice With Judge Jeanine FOX News July 24, 2016 12:00am-1:01am PDT
12:00 am
including postage and a digital scale. go to stamps.com/tv and never go to the post office again. right now on "justice," i have to say senator cain kaine is everything that donald trump and mike pence are not. >> she's got that right. i talk to one about tim kaine and his questionable record. plus explosive new evidence. did the democratic party plot against bernie sanders to help hillary? and where have we heard that one before? >> we're in a rigged, rigged system. >> and later see what happens when "street justice" rolls into
12:01 am
cleveland with bikers out to support donald trump. "justice" starts now. welcome to "justice." my name is jeanine pirro. what statements do you see? it's real simple and it's not about your eyesight. >> our convention occurs at a moment of crisis for our nation, the attacks on our police and the terrorism of our cities threaten our very way of life. any politician who does not grasp this danger is not fit to lead our country. >> and within hours our president as he stood with mexican president enrico pena
12:02 am
nieto comes out and says this. >> this vision of violence and chaos everywhere, doesn't really jive with the feelings of most people. >> the president actually said donald trump's vision of america was wrong and says there's much less violence in america than 20 or 30 years ago. i don't want to rain on your parade, mr. president, but the number of fire arms in the united states has doubled in the last 20 years. maybe that's what's actually making us less violent. but i digress. and in a manner reminiscent of his reaction of the beheading of americans the president nonshall lamently concedes, well, there might be an uptick in murders. really?
12:03 am
we're seeing an enormous increase in large cities like milwaukee, cleveland, las vegas, and even his hometown of chicago where kid are so used to the report of a gun that they don't even run when they hear gunfire. so let me see if i get this straight. an uptick or a rise in murders shouldn't worry me because violent crime is not on the rise. so if i'm murdered, i should thank god my home wasn't burglarized? the president continues to paint a picture of birds chirping and children playing ring around the rosie as donald trump recounts children murdered by illegal aliens. >> another 180,000 illegal immigrants ordered deported from
12:04 am
our country are tonight roaming free to threaten peaceful citizens. no more. one more child to order asacrif the order and sacrifice. >> the rate of illegal immigration in the united states today is lower by two thursdays than it was when ronald reagan was president. we have far fewer undocumented workers crossing the border today than we did in the '80s or the '90s or when george bush was president. that's a fact.
12:05 am
it's probably because criminal records have been released from prison but the president said immigration is much less a problem than it was just 20 or 30 years ago. he says the rate of illegal immigration into the united states today is lower by two thirds than it was when it was when ronald reagan was president. he said it's fact there are far fewer crossing the border today than there were in the '80s or '90s. really, mr. president? with all due recollect how do you know? you've got border control agents changing kids' diapers during a mass influx from central american, agents whose hands are tied which might explain why the national border patrol council endorsed donald trump and not your protege. and by the way, how does one measure the number of illegals who cross the board, the ones
12:06 am
who aren't caught can't be counted. so if the numbers are determined by those apprehended by border patrol, your policies welcome them. you even give them a free plane ride into our town, any town usa, but even the united states supreme court had to block you when you tried to prevent the legal deportation for a million of them. and if the number is decided by those living here, again, how do you know? you're the one who keeps telling us that they're living in the shadows. so how are you counting them? but does barack obama even matter as we enter the general election period? it's about hillary clinton/tim kaine and donald trump and mike pence. hillary clinton promotes herself
12:07 am
as an advocate for women and children, as a doer, as an experienced candidate. but ivanka trump made quite a different case. >> at my father's company there are more female than male executives. women are paid equally for the work that we do. my father will change the labor laws that were put in place at a time when women were not a significant pork of the work force achbltd he will focus on making quality child care affordable and accessful for all. >> the facts. and hillary clinton's foundation, women are not paid equally. in fact, they're paid 83 cents on the dollar that men make. and speaking of her foundation, she is notorious for taking money from countries where men have the legal right to beat their wives, where homosexual acts are punishable by death, where women are stoned for adultery, and so whoo is this
12:08 am
self-proclaimed advocate for women taking the money from these countries, and what do they get in return? the true facts? well, while a member of the united states senate, hillary clinton sponsored three bills. of those three became laws. one was a bill to name a post office, another was a bill to rename a highway. every bill that she sponsored for the betterment of women if which there was always a tremendous amount of press, every one of them died. take a look. some effective legislator, ain't she? and that's a woman coming right out of the white house. but we should all applaud one of her successes. and that success, senate resolution 511 from the 109th congress commending and supporting al mahe ba.
12:09 am
the first and only radio station of the women of iraq. i think she got a check from anyone over there? and as for tim kaine t man who received $160,000 worth of va indication, clothes, tickets while a governor macdonald got convicted, which conviction was overturned by the united states supreme court. i told you this before. the rules are different. the candidates have exact opposite opinions and positions. someone is lying and someone is telling the truth. you've got a couple of months to figure it out. and that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page or twitt twitter #judgejeanine. and with me now, cpac chairman
12:10 am
and chris hahn. let's talk about the fact we've got the guy tim kaine, all right? tim kaine is from a swing state. i get it. smart move. more of a swing state than mike pence is from in term os the election, but at the same time hillary is, i think, in bad sha shape. you've got the bernie sander supporters and the v.p., far right. she talks second term abortions, third term abortions. this guy is more republican and that most republicans. >> careful, judge. in a couple of weeks you're going to be calling her a wishy washy liberal. you might want to take that back and calm down. >> you calm down and answer the question. >> look. i like tim kaine.
12:11 am
he wasn't my first person. >> why not, chris? >> ihickenlooper. >> no, no, no. i don't care about hickenlooper. what don't you like about tim kaine? >> no, no. i like him a lot but i don't think he's exciting. when you're a v.p. candidate, your first job is not to harm the candidate. i don't think he can harm her. the fact that he can speak spanish and go on other spanish-speaking stations is a big plus for hillary clinton. he ooh going to be a very beg person once he becomes vice president. he's going to do a good job governing. >> what was that, judge? >> what's your take on tim? >> you know, i actually think he's a reliable liberal. he has a zero congressional rating in our acu ratings. i think as the governor of virginia,y you're right, he's been pretty moderate. as a senator, he's left wing. but you know what? he doesn't get any credit
12:12 am
because nobody knows him. in the state of virginia, he has a 53% approval rating. >> he's under water, chris n his home state. >> that goes for the vice president on the other side too. but that said i think tim kaine is going to bring up the vote in virginia. that said, as i said on twitter a while ago, virginia is not a swing state and i don't expect it to be this year. >> i want to move to wikileaks. this is a real problem, you know? right now we're finding out that in the dnc it appears that they tried to rig the system for hillary against bernie. chris, answer this question. going into the convention on monday, all of these claims of unity, i don't think they're going to ring so true, do you? >> i think it's go doing be very unified, all three of us. know passions run deep. >> no, no, no, no, no. we're talking about the chief financial officers who talks
12:13 am
about the fact that my southern baptist peeps would draw a difference between a jew and an atheist, talking about his religion. matt, you take it from there. >> they have a very serious problem. it sounds like the chairs of the democratic party and the chair of the democratic party are taking steps to throw this to hillary. it's going bridge the rules of the dnc. we're not reading about it yet but there's warfare going on. couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people. >> you know, it was mostly people talking back and forth on e-mail. they didn't want a hostile takeover. >> chris, hold on a second. you cannot deny that she is very iffy with those millennials, those sanders millennials, and tla believe it was rigged and it came out for her. these are not regular voters, so now they hear that the dnc in addition to the primary being
12:14 am
rigged in terms of those people who were already primary super delegates, now it looks like they're turning away from him and trying to get negative attention from bernie. >> you know what, judge? i give millennial voters a lot more credit than that. i don't think they're just for bernie or hillary. they're going to make decisions based on issues that support that. >> what do you think in. >> this gives donald trump a tremendous opening. this is an outsider. this all stinks. what happened, they were throwing it to hillary. you had super delegates, they voted to keep that system. i love when democrats actually act like the elitist. i think it means a lot of these voters who arecy sick of this are going to give donald trump a second like. >> i like you both. i don't want you to get your hopes snup running up against
12:15 am
the clock. thanks for joining us. >> thank you. >> all right. with me now, one of my favorite people to battle it out with, cocoa sue dak. okay, cocoa. >> hello, zbluj did you hear my open? >> i did. >> okay. what about the fact that in her term as the united states senator there were only three bills that she sponsored that passed this self-acclaimed advocate for women, one naming a post office and one for naming a road? what has she done? >> she's done an enormous amount. >> that comes off her husband's coattails, cocoa. come on. the fact she maired a guy who became president doesn't mean she's an advocate for women. >> she did that. started the violence against women in the justice department. >> i never heard that. are you kidding me? i never heard that in my entire
12:16 am
life. >> she's an advocate for all people and women, okay, and she's done an enormous amount. she's a tremendous leader. besides the adjectives, why don't you give me a affect or two. >> say it again. >> aside from the adjectives, give me a fact. >> why does she take money from countries where beating your wife and marries children is legal? she doesn't. they mike take dough nations from countries, that's a totally different thing. >> no, no, no, no. cocoa. $25 million from saudi arabia which she conveniently left off her disclosure. come on, cocoa. you know that that's the case. this is a woman who's walking around with the princes and the kings and that money is not coming from people. it's coming from the government. >> honestly, this woman is
12:17 am
walking around -- >> what i do twhanlt to give this woman money. >>? >> this woman is walking around with people who are serious about policy and public service. >> she's putting money in her family's foundation. >> they have a charitable purpose and -- i'm not looking at the 990. but it hasn't -- wait a minute. but it has -- it has an a rating from charity watch. >> you know what? 15% is for the clinton operatives iechlts for people who used to work for her, people in the campaign, travel, hotels, meals. this is one huge worldwide foundation taking care of all of the ex-political operatives so she can run for president. why do you think carter wants to give her money? >> it's definitely a collaboration for people in
12:18 am
public service to continue to do their good works. they fund aid medications in africa and venereal praks. e oom just saying you guys might paint it. the clinton foundation is something nefarious, but it's a group of people working together to do good around the world. >> cocoa, i thought you were shafrper than that. here's the bottom line. the clinton foundation is a money landering operation. >> it is not. >> that has violated rules not just in the united states in the not for profit but around the world. it's joke. and whelp bill clinton gets in the middle of deals where h hillary does benefits, then you know what? that's -- >> didn't happen. it it all the accusations are false. >> who said that?
12:19 am
>> politifact. >> cocoa, thank you so much. >> that's it? >> charlie is here with a convention that just wrapped up. plus donald trump said it's a system. news that the democrats were plotting against bernie. later i ride along with some bikers for trump in cleveland during the gop convention. i even stop by the rock and roll hollywood
12:23 am
breaking tonight, a shocking dump of new e-mails threatens to cast a shadow over their convention. wikileaks posting thousands of leaks e-mails between top democratic party officials some of which suggests the dnc favored hillary clinton over bernie sanders. with me now democracy for america and former surrogate
12:24 am
kneel neil soroka. did you read these? >> yes. >> you laugh. you think it's funny? >> no. >> back up, back up. we're not going to be. >> it's true. >> when somebody talks about another person's religion and saying that because he's a jew it's not going to really help him with his southern baptists, don't you think that's ugly? >> no, i do think it's ugly. >> do you think that's laugha e laughable? is that laughable? >> here's the thing. >> it's a yes or no question. >> it's not a yes or no question? >> is it? >> i'm not sure. >> it's not laughable. we've got the problem at the
12:25 am
dnc. >> hold those people responsible for what they've said and move forward. >> all right. >> because at the end of this day is about peting a bie ing b billionaire bigot. >> you have moved from sanders to hillary. >> i'm with sanders who's standing for hillary clinton. >> i can't wait to see roy's going on at that convention this week because on the one hand she picked someone who is far more right and then the e-mails come out. he never liked debbie wallserwan schultz. let's not kidd ourselves on this. and then what's amazing to me, this is according to wooesher who spend days on melania trump and then this super rigged system and the dnc and everybody wants to say it's funny and we're all together. how's that. >> we're all together because we
12:26 am
watched the circus of hate in cleveland this past week. there is too much at stake in this election to let these important discussions that we had during the democratic primary get in the way. >> you mean about her e-mails? what did you discuss in the democratic primary? i mean, really? let's back up. why did 75% of the people who listened to donald trump's speech, why did they find that it was a very favorable speech? that's according to cnn. it it flipped them out. >> where are we going to get the money? >> we actually talked about the issues and not this nonsense. >> really? how about security? are you of the belief that we don't have a problem with security in this country? have you got any relatives in dallas? orlando? san bernardino? >> i believe we've got a problem
12:27 am
of cops killing people of color. >> really. >> and you've got to figure -- >> you don't think it's a problem when cops are targeted, five, three, one? >> i've got a problem with that. >> you don't have a problem with that? >> i have a problem with both things and we have to o work together. >> no, we don't have to work together. >> yes, you do. >> people need to listen. when a cop tell dwrous surrender, you surrender, you don't fight with them. that's the first person you call when you have a problem. we don't need to discuss that. you know what? i'm amazed. you're going with hillary after you were a bernie supporter. i'm stuped. >> there are millions of them like me. >> we'll see. thanks for being with us. i am riding on the back of a street bike on streets of justice and you're going to get charlie black's take on justice
12:28 am
12:33 am
"justice" with jeanniudge jean. >> he's not going to have 1237 and the uncommitted delegates are largely unavailable to him because they know he cannot win the general election. >> charlie black on justice back in april saying donald trump definitively cannot beat hillary clinton. has he changed his mind. let's ask him. joining me now presidents reagan and hw bush and charlie black. have you changed your mind, charlie? >> i absolutely have, judge. he's provenmy wro en me wrong. he's proved last week he has
12:34 am
great chance to win after his fabulous speech that gives him great momentum going into this speech. >> i don't care about cruz but kasich not even showing up for the convention. are the establishment republicans, is it over for them. ow have kasich, cruz who i think buried himself and then you've got the bushes who didn't show. i mean are they like irrelevant right now? >> well, listen. ted cruz did bury himself and he's certainly not establishment. governor kasich had a very principled position but at least he did not show up. >> what was his prince pa palled position. the guy was delusional. he kept saying he was going to win. he only won in his home state. by the way, charlie, where did he get the money? who was funding him? >> he didn't have any money. listen, he didn't spend much money in the remaining primaries but he has very strong views about immigration and
12:35 am
comprehension reform and he's a big free trade and he things he might take the country in the wrong dekz. he did an excellent job. i'm with him 180% of the issues. that's enough for me. can i just say one thing pair threaticly? i think this is a good time to offer both thanks and honor to roger ailes who was one of the great champions of freedom in this country over the last 40 years not only in his indispensability to ronald reagan's election and george h.w. bush's election but the genius of providing balance. to this network. thanks for letting me say that. >> thank you. but let me talk about kasich. i don't think that his dissing the thousands who were at that convention was a smart move, whatever he thinks of donald trump.
12:36 am
but i worry about ohio. do you think that donald can win ohio? >> sure he can. he's very popular with blue collar democrats. there are a lot of those in hawa ohio. by the way, everyone who works for kasich, who works for the state party in ohio are working very hard for donald trump and he's not only unleashed them to work for donald trump, he's asked them to. >> what is donald going to have to do? we all agree the speech he gave was phenomenal. it was phenomenal. he spoke to every american. you know, charlie, what i loved most about it was the sensitive moments when he talked about, you know, the mother who lost her child and then he went off script and said i'm so happy you were cheering about the lgbt community. >> it did. >> that was the donald trump i knew. a serious straight talking, you know, focused smart sharp, razor
12:37 am
sharp and just cuts to the quick on everything. >> we got see the real donald trump that i've known for 30 years the other night. listen. here's how he wins. 25% of the american people like the status quo the way things are going in washington with the federal government, 75% don't. donald demonstrated the other night that he understands the concerns, has solutions to the problems, and that he's the leader who represents change. the democrats will say, oh, he's risky change. this election is going to come down to among the swing voters, does his view of change, his vision of change overpower the riskiness stuff. >> you know what, charlie? i think there's another piece. the other miss is what happens in meramerica and around the wo, the external events that will impact them. you have the president who says the birds are singing and all
12:38 am
that stuff. i'm not so sure most americans feel that way. >> they don't. he knows hillary clinton is the same thing. if you like the way things are going under barack obama, that's what you'll get from hillary clinton. donald trump laid that out. the american people do not want that. >> thank you so much, charlie. >> appreciate it, judge. >> street justice is coming up and i'm jumping on a motorcycle. we're talking about whether gop goals were reached in cleveland, next.
12:43 am
welcome back to "justice." my panel. all right, guys. i was stunned when i had that sanders surrogate kneel sur raqqah who thought it was laughable all the wikileaks stuff. i have to tell you i'm very offended. party doesn't matter but when a group in plate cal party says we've got to go after this guy and figure out -- he skated on saying he is of jewish heritage, i think i read he's an atheist, this cold make a difference with my people, my southern baptist people. so what you've got is people trying to jackpot him and trying to mock his heritage and then
12:44 am
there's jeff weaver who's the campaign manager who said someone has to be held accountable. what do you think, chris? >> this ain't bean bag, judge. >> no kidding. >> politics is a night fife and th knife fight. >> the dnc is not about politics. it's about the democratic party and when you've got the party picking one candidate and, you know, making it seem rigged, that's not fair. >> we're talking about individuals within the party. >> yeah t head of the finance committee and the dnc. that's not some low level volunteer. >> absolutely not. they felt very passionately. i don't know that they ever use thad inform snoogs matt, what's your take on that, matt? >> i think the anti-semitism is disgraceful and disgusting, to take it to the top of the -- >> that was not anti-semitism. >> to say that someone's --
12:45 am
>> to say that someone's an atheist? >> to say he's a jew. he said he's a jew. >> please, don't defend this. >> no, no, no. he said southern baptists would be concerned if he was an atheist. >> baloney. we've said he's surprised no one in the democratic party, this party of all the people, the big tents has even reached tout him given the conduct, quote, that was disclosed in the e-mails. several of the e-mails show the dnc staff called weaver names including a liar. but let's move on. let's talk, matt, about the republican convention. was it a success? >> the great thing about conventions, you'll get to see it in polls. i was there. i was there every component on it. they have very open disagreements with people like ted cruz and others. i think we roll out of cleveland with a very clear message and i
12:46 am
think people feel very good about trump. they feel very good with the speech and reaction to the speech. they feel great about mike pence and the platform. i think when you look at everything, it was a home run. >> chris, your take. >> you know, i knew he was a reality star. i didn't think the show he was on was called fear factor. i couldn't sleep. the only thing that made me special was ivanka's speech and was very liberal. >> ivanka's speech if you want to go there, chris, showed all the difference between donald trump's experience in terms of promotion of women in terms of company, there are many executives that are women than men. that's not the case in the clinton foundation. and the fact that women get paid the same. he promoted women where clinton suspect her life trashing women. >> i don't think she has trashed
12:47 am
women. she's fought for women. >> give me one example. >> her whole career? yeah? matt, ten seconds. hit it. >> ivanka trump had a great speech and it was conservative. women are in the work force and with women in the work force it's a positive thing and we ought to have child care needs met. i'm married to a working woman and believe in this. and second of all, hillary clinton and women, i've got -- >> we we've tot go. thank you. "street justice" is next as i
12:50 am
12:51 am

12:52 am
and do what we can to give him a warm welcome in our city. >> why are you here? >> to support the police department. i'm a retired cleveland policeman and love this city. i don't want people coming in from the outside causing problems. >> are you a former law enforcement? >> yes, i am. >> that's a shock. i can always tell them. what do you think of the fact that black lives matter say they are going to come here, protest? >> as far as black lives matter is concerned i don't know their agenda or what their whole purpose is. because we see them destroying things. i mean, to come in and voice your opinion, that's one thing. that's our american right. to go and destroy things, now you're breaking the law. >> seems like everywhere they're at, there's a problemment for them to say they're not here to cause problems sounds like a crock of doo-doo to me. >> i think the law enforcement community on a whole, the 75 or 80 million encounters they have with civilians and one or two
12:53 am
doesn't go the way it's planned is not an excuse for these people, these cowards to do what they do. we are calling them out. >> you plead the second as opposed to what, the fifth? >> the fifth right now. >> do you think the full carry and open carry they have here makes things more safe or less safe? >> i'm a proponent of it. i like open carry. but there should be restrictions especially the numbers that are down there. >> what about the open carry law in ohio? how do you feel about that? >> it's a constitutional right. i'm a ccw carry. i pack my gun wherever i go. >> what are you packing together? >> .40 millimeter. take it ever where like my mastercard. i don't leave home without it. >> you think donald can make it? >> i think it takes a businessman's approach. i think a no nonsense approach, say you're going to do this and you'll be held accountable and there aren't any excuses. >> you got nra on your hat. former law enforcement? >> no. i was a funeral director for 40
12:54 am
years. >> what do you think of america today? >> i think it's going in the wrong direction. we are overtaxed, overregulated and that's one of the reasons i had to get out of business. >> really? >> couldn't keep the thing going. >> i heard people were dying to get to your place. >> you're riding with me on the back. >> how far? >> 15, 20 minutes. >> that's it, right? >> promise me -- >> i'm not going to sue you? >> you won't distract me while i'm driving. >> is this my helmet? that's it. how do i look? >> look good. >> yeah. lie to me. >> it matches. >> are you sure? i don't have thousands left. i don't want to end it now. >> our first line of defense is dialogue and diplomacy. you get into a sticky situation, try to solve the situation.
12:59 am
before we go, i want you to see some of the pictures we took in cleveland at the convention. law enforcement did a phenomenal job from all over the country. they were from an amazing number of states. that's me at the harley davidson dealership in cleveland. that's at the rock and roll harley. and that's me gearing up to get on that bike with my hat on. i took it off later. that's me on a bike with my high heels. i didn't bring my boots. you know what that said? that says hillary for prison 2016. i got 65,000 likes on my facebook page. that is one of the highest liked things. mark geist and antonio sabato in the green room before we went on the floor for the speeches. marcus luttrell and my friends, jerry and bob shapiro and governor rick perry there.
1:00 am
thanks for joining us. that's it for us tonight. thanks so much for watching us tonight. greg is next. see you next week. hillary, is the nominee but are her problems just beginning? with her party lurching farther left. >> no one in this country who got rich on their own. bernie is the candidate we support overwhelmingly. >> sometimes it seemed like she's scrambling. >> i never took a position on keystone until i took a position on keystone. >> will she galvize her voters? >> will she scare some away. >> i never voted anything but
