tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  July 31, 2016 1:00am-2:01am PDT

1:00 am
i'm watters and this is my world. right now on "justice." >> just remember trump is going to be no more nice guy. >> and down the stretch they come. >> when he talks about make america great again but he doesn't make a single thing in america. >> the convention's in the rear view mirror. hillary and donald hit the trail and remove the gloves with 100 days left with what will undoubtedly be a historic election. plus, it was supposed to be the speech of her life, but did hillary even hit the mark? tonight, the opening statements that you've been waiting for. you'll get my take. and i want yours. what did you think of her speech? >> i barely could stay awaik. >> get ready, hillary.
1:01 am
street justice is about to be served. >> i think she'd be better than trump. trump talks a lot of mess. >> trump talks a lot of mess but he signs a lot of checks. welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. the democratic convention in philadelphia was about a lot of lovie ideas. unity, inclusion, and global humanity, concepts that we're stronger together. cue the birds and the butterflies and that long library love story of hillary and beau -- i'm sorry -- hillary and bill? they're all wonderful themes. but with all of that and whether
1:02 am
you can believe anything that comes out of her mouth, that kumbaya stuff has nothing do with being a leader. a leader is one who drives the economy, create as strong national defense, and is painstakingly honest. so pull your heads out of the sand and snap out of it. a leader is someone who protects you, who sets the stage you can make a living and feed your family. what does this kumbaya fest have to do with the crisis that's facing americans today? whether you like him or not, donald trump talks about real issues. hillary says he paint as dark divisive picture of america in decline. but ask yourself, are you better off? do you feel safer than you were before these two got into power? is america more united than it was? are race relations better?
1:03 am
is police esteem anywhere near where it was eight years ago? it was during those obama/clinton years that 22 veteran as day committed suicide, not even able to make an appointment with a doctor. whether you like him or not, donald trump is hitting the core issues, asking all the right questions, starting all the right conversations, a man who is willing to take on political correctness that is destroying this nation. do real legal immigrants coming across our southern border include criminals? after 60 years is nato simply an organization in search of a mission? how do we stop isis and radical islam in our homeland? but instead of giving him credit, we denounce him. so who are you going to believe? the one who says she has the best of intentions and a heart
1:04 am
of gold? don't be so naive. even a hard boiled egg has a heart of gold. and the last night of the democratic convention was all theater, political theater. even hillary's video was hollywood orchestrate d who eda rhimes who write as tv hit "scandal" about a president who has an affair in the white house and while the flag was going on in the convention center, the american flag was being burned outside. hillary, the washington insider tells you she will be your savior. >> in my first 100 days, we will work with both parties to pass the biggest investment in new good paying jobs since world war ii. didn't obama already do that?
1:05 am
and i still haven't met one person who got one of those shovel-ready jobs. and then the next day -- >> i think we've got to have more good jobs, we've got have more good wages, we've got to tackle inequality, giev tot make equality work for everyone not just those at the top. >> oh, good. except we can't believe a word you promise. you said the same thing when you ran for the senate in new york including farmers suffering from a defeated economy. not only did you not deliver any of those 200,000 jobs, but new york suffered in that loss of 6,300 jobs. hillary and they make the economy work for not just those at the top? aren't you the one at the top? you take your money of insane amounts from wall street. how did you go from being dead
1:06 am
broke to being worth more than $200 million while in government? how about that tax-free alleged 501(c)(3) clinton family foundation that's gotten more than $2 billion since you've been in office, that so-called charitable organization where it's estimated 85% of it is for travel, airfare and operatives leaving 15% for charities. and i'm not even going to discuss the human rights hating countries ghav you that money and what they got in return from you. but since more than 60% of americans don't believe a word that comes out of your mouth anyway, let's move on to somebody else. general allen, you've got to love that four-star kick-ass marine drill sergeant barking at the convention. >> to our enemies, we will pursue you as only america can. you will fear us. and to isis and others, we will
1:07 am
defeat you. we know that she as no other knows,000 use all instruments of american power, not just the military, to keep us all safe and free! >> say what? did she lose those instruments when her ambassador and the men in benghazi needed help? it was her use of american power as secretary of state that started the disaster in libya that culminated benghazi. it was while she was in charge of the foreign policy that the jtv i vis barreled through iraq and onto our homeland. it was her as the reason for the middle east leading into flames. do you support the rules of engagement that ties the soldiers hand behind their backs
1:08 am
in afghanistan. and while you're at it, you talk about our precious muslims? did you make one peep about our precious veterans dying, waiting to see the doctors at the veterans administration? with all due respect, general, you belittle yourself. and how about the rest of the convention? i get that we're stronger together. but do you really think it's a good idea to showcase those who came here illegally at a national presidential convention and to showcase the mothers whose sons were killed in law enforcement confrontations, not the least of which was the mother of michael brown. michael brown was a thug who had just committed a strong arm robbery and reached for a cop's gun and during a moment of silence for cops killed by african-americans because they were white, the chance of black lives matter disrespected the
1:09 am
silence at the democratic convention. now, hillary clinton and her husband are fundamentally dishonest, and whether or not you buy the liar's convention theme of stronger together, you still have to deal with the issues confronting america. so let's get rid of the birds chirping and the butterflying fluttering and the long white flowery skirts that hillary wore. it's all political theatateatre folks, with unity and oneness, just to prove our point jeopardizing america with her private e-mail server. for all of you females out there who they're lengthing a female president will lift us all up, just ask yourself if electing an african-american president lifted african-americans in this
1:10 am
country or made race relations better. it's time to face reality and the ugly truth of the world we live in and how we survive in it. and that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page or twitter #judge jeanine. with me now, my political panel to open with me the latest bragging news. boris epstein and democratic strategist sasha byrnes. all right, guys. let's talk about the convention. hillary clinton clearly had a very hollywood orchestrated convention. donald trump had more of the ordinary people, would you agree? >> he had two soap opera stars and scott buy baio. he couldn't get george bush,
1:11 am
george h.w. bush, he couldn't get john kasich, so was it normal people? it's because republicans doan want to be near him. >> isn't the fact that donald trump liked bernie sanders as an outsider and hillary clinton is the ultimate insider establishment? that's a yes or no question. >> sane incompetent. you don't have to agree with her. sane incompetent. >> here's the bottom line. 750% of people in this country feel the country's going in the wrong direction. >> 72%. >> so it's actually between 70% and 80%. certain polls have it as high as 79%. barack obama, biden, hillary clinton, bill clinton have taken us in the wrong direction. of course, they're going the cry and say, well, somehow it was negative. it wasn't. it was realistic. i was at both conventions.
1:12 am
it was the voice of the people. democratic convention? kumbaya crowd. >> the truth is the democratic convention was more star-studded. i don't think there necessary any question about that. when you say donald had his children, i think they are his strongest weapon. >> then leekt them than donald trump because they seem slightly more sane than he does. >> do we even hear donald trump's presentation at the convention? >> of course, did. he thinks america is a hell hole. he think's that our military is terrible. >> did donald trump say it because hell hole? >> yes. >> did he say it was a hell hole? >> he said america is a hell hole. >> he didn't say that. >> wait a second. stop. your statement to our producer is you hadn't seen trump's
1:13 am
speech. >> no, i did. i, of course, watched trump's speech. that was somebody else. >> you said it was idiotic? >> that was a press conference the next day. >> but you saw trump's speech. >> yes, i did. >> you saw trump's speech and you think this is man who's not painting a picture that's accura accurate. >> here's what's accurate. american exceptionism. we're the greatest country in the world. our military is the greatest in the world. we don't need a whiny manchild. >> the democrats are so sad. >> oh, because hillary never gets insulted? give me a fact. >> fiv me a break. >> the previous was 0 president 8. the democrats have failed. they don't get another shot. >> what's the fact that hillary
1:14 am
clinton and at the convention talked about how she was going to defeat isis and basically defeated everything that obama is doing. what's so great about that? >> complete failure. >> what do you think trump is going to do? what do you think he's going. >> no, no, no. this is what hillary clinton did for the whole convention. all she did was talk about donald trump and how bad he was. here's the thing. she's going to do the same thing obama did. add more money to no shovel-ready job and do the same strategy on isis. >> 9/11 happened on bush's watch according to your nominee. does it take a while to defeat isis? yes, it will. >> guys, stop. bhie are they so close in term os testify numbers? 43-3 versus 43.3 versus 43.7.
1:15 am
>> the country has always been divided. >> it's never been as divided as it is today. that's what's created the outsider. >> since when have we had a presidential that hasn't been 50-50. let me talk right track, wrong track, because that's an interesting one. there have been three times it's ever been above 50% that now it's 70%. >> do you really feel that this woman can protect you when isis grew under her watch? >> absolutely. >> why? >> absolutely i do. because she's competent and experience stho experience. >> stop. what has she done as senator from new york? >> senator from new york has nothing to do with defending us against isis. >> whoa, whoa, whoa. answer my question. >> she worked. >> answer my question. >> she worked with members on both sides of the aisle. >> that's great. what did she pass?
1:16 am
what bill did she sponsor that was passed. >> she -- >> you don't know. >> i do no. >> what are they. >> education. >> there are three bills she sponsored. one was roe v. wade, one was the post office -- thanks for being with us. another issue front and center, the economy and which presidential candidate will help your family the most. with me now is donald trump, economic adviser steve more. all right, steve. i understand that you, in fact, were with the candidate today, is that correct? >> well, the meeting was suspended because he was coming back from colorado springs and didn't get back in time. so we'll be meeting in the next few days. but, you know, i have been working with donald trump for the last couple of months. we are going to put forward this week, judge, either this week or early next week a very pro-rose
1:17 am
economic platform. by the way, you nailed it when you said look at hillary's program and you said this so well. there's nothing new. in other words what she proposed was raise minimum wage, raise taxes on rich people, more shovel-red programs. it doesn't work. >> e want to ask you about some of the things that were said at the convention by her. >> yeah. >> she says that anyone willing to work in america should be able to find a job to get ahead. how is that going to happen when for the last eight years that hasn't been the case? what will she do differently? >> that's the whole point. nothing. you know, what's really interesting, if you listen to that speech, there was very much an anti-rich people,
1:18 am
anti-business, anti-employer theme to that speech. and the problem with liberalism, you can't have more jobs if you don't have businesses. the idea of bashing our businesses to create jobs, how does that add up. >> you know what i can't believe? she's part of that 1%, but that's another subject. she said the economy isn't work because democracy isn't working. what does that mean? >> i wish i knew what that meant. it's true the economy isn't working. just look at "the wall street journal" front page today, judge. worst economic recovery since the 1930s. that wasn't the editorial page. that was the new page. i actually think right now, judge, we're not in a recession but the businesses are. the only thing keeps the economy afloat is the consumer and as their wages stagnate, how much longer can consumers do this. >> quickly, quickly, because we're up against a break.
1:19 am
what can donald trump do that's going to change things. >> right out of the gate, we're going to reform the tax rate since ronald reagan. we're going to lower the tax rate so businesses come back. number two, we're going to have a pro america energy policy to produce oil, gas, and coal. we have more than any other country in the world. we should be using that. hillary is zbnlt that. again, we're going to repeal obama care. dealership know about you, judge, but i am not save 2g$,500 a year on my health insurance. >> steve moore, thanks so much for being with us. >> thanks. >> want to know about hillary's america? we've got the guy who wrote the book and did the movie. next, writer and director of "hillary's america" is here to talk about the movie you have to see if you're at all worried about putting hillary clinton in charge of the country. and later -- what about the fact that 77% of america thinks
1:20 am
she lies. >> they all lie. >> they all say the same thing. i all lie. >> i'm out on the street and i want to know what you think about hillary clinton and that historic acceptance
1:21 am
1:22 am
1:23 am
1:24 am
when you follow the money, there are very, very few coincidences. >> what is the goal of the democratic party is to steal the most valuable thing the world has ever produced. what if their plan is to steal america? >> that's a clip from my next guest's new documentary "hillary's america: the secret history of the democratic party." it clees clearly the top grossing documentary, the number one documentary of 2016. the author and creator joins me now. first of all, i guess congrats are in order. you are killing it with this. >> well, the movie's timely. you know, we opened it last weekend so you had to whole big
1:25 am
song and dance routine of the democratic convention and we had the do-- to counter the narrati of that nonsense. they were giving their story, we were giving the real story. >> if you watched the two conventions it appears that the democrats are trying to claim that they're the party of the people, the party of the underdog. is that true? >> well, first of all, i'm a nonwhite immigrant to america. came to this country with $500 in my pocket and i look for a country that has a ladder of opportunity where somebody who works hard can move up the ladder. now, the democrats initially always talk a good game, welcome to the country torque the democratic party, we've got something for you. what do they have for you? what they do is let down a rope. they say we don't believe into the ladder. the ladder of opportunity. hang onto this rope. what they do is pull you up a
1:26 am
little bit and you hold. you're dependent on them. they intention amelie don't pull you all the way up because then y you're going the walk off and you won't need the democratic party. their only interest is getting votes and making them politically dependent. >> how do you prove that? one of the questions that was asked in that little clip is what is the democratic party? what if they weren't really doing or saying what they say they're doing? what are they doing? >> well, let's look at what they've done historically. in a nutshell what they've done, the democratic party was the party of slavery, segregation, jim crow. every segregation law was passed by the democratic party. the ku klux klan was a member of the democratic party for 35 years. this is facts. the progressives are really good at writing the history books and
1:27 am
covering this all up. today if you went to the black person, they would say, it's trump. clinton, they've been on the make since the arkansas days. look at bill, that i were rentings out the lincoln bedroom, selling to big time fell ons. she talks about commercial diplomacy. >> let me ask you. as someone who's an immigrant. you say you came to this country with $500 in your pocket. does it crush your idea of america when you hear someone like jim comby after everything you know, when he says she didn't have any criminal intent. >> you know i gave $20,000 to a college froerchld my running for the senate and i was locked up for eight months in the
1:28 am
confinement center. no america has been locked up for doing what i did. then i listen to comey making a statement of listing all the stuff she did and then say, well, i don't find the requisite intent. it's so frustrating there are two systems -- >> frustration is a very polite word given what you've been through. do you worry about retribution? >> i do a little bit because i believe the clintons are unscrupulous. there's a gangster element to them. there's gangster element to obama too. at the end of the day he's an ideologue. he'll skirt around the laws ignore the provisions of welfare reform. with hillary and bill, i think it's all about them. they come first. that's why they ignored ben zba city. national security comes scored. the welfare of clintons comes first. they'll put themselves ahead of everyone. this is so obvious and well known that there's no one who can camouflage it.
1:29 am
>> congratulations on your film. >> my pleasure. >> "street justice is next. aisle get your take. and next, black lives matter and the general election, kevin jackson joins me live about how the lack of respect for the rule of law could have an impact on this race.

world, something we could all learn from. i'm jackie ibanez. now back to "justi"justice withe jeanin jeanine"." what kind of impact will law and order have on the general election annals who will americans vots for in november? joining me, kevin jackson. he's now a fox news contributor. all right, good evening, kevin. >> good evening, judge. >> there was a moment at the convention i understand it was a fought for moment, a moment of silence for the police officers
1:35 am
killed in the line of duty and there were chants of black lives matter. now it appears to a lot of people that the democratic party was more focused on those who were killed in confrontations with cops as opposed to cops who were just recently in dallas and baton rouge killed because they were cops. >> right. well, you know the last time they had their convention, they booed god, so i guess this is a step up if you think about it. it was pretty crass. i think it's funny to me. the democrats, the timing of this, as they like to say in politics, the optics coming off the shootings in baton rouge, to something like this to have the women up there, the mothers of in some casesing like michael brown, the kid who was a thug and the mother raised a thug. there's so many things i think about when i think about the buing or the statement with the cops but also the fact that
1:36 am
these people were invited to speak and that was representative of black family. i mean when you juxtapose that to trump who had his family there and the democrats were derideding donald trump for having such a strong presence of family in his election psych >> i've got to tell you, kevin. we just had a guest here tonight who was doing the same thing, deriding trump because he had his family talk on his behalf. they're like his strongest weapons. they're real. they're proof of the pudding but i digress. >> but i watched that lunatic you interviewed. you did a great job with her. but the fact of the matter is, judge, they want to denigrate family when that's the strongest thing america has to offer. when you're doing things right in this country, it is built on strong fallies. when donald trump's dad gave him a million dollars. the left had a ka nipgs. that's what fathers do.
1:37 am
he took it and made a success. that's what everyone parent wants for their child. look at what he did. it's incredible. >> kevin, will it many ask you this. doesn't black lives matter that had its genesis in ferguson with mike brown and trayvon, that they're being targetted to create the opportunity to round up the vote, get everybody charged up? >> absolutely. absolutely. it's yet another dog whistle with people who have no direction because they lack the support system that says don't fall for this nonsense. my kids would never go for something like this. they wouldn't be ginned up because some kid like michael brown got shot. even in the cases where police officers do shoot people erroneously, it doesn't mean you have to go burn down your city. look. when you think about black lives matter, judge, none of those
1:38 am
people can name you the last cop that was killed by name. we're talking about the one that got killed the other day in san diego and now like a total of ten in the last couple of weeks. they couldn't name you one. they couldn't name any child in the city killed by other black people. >> what i find amazing, kevin, is they had the mayor of baltimore at the convention. she was at the helm. if you recall, she was the one right after baltimore when they were burning and looting and the arsonists were out there and stealing and robbing from their own community, it's report thad she said, you know, let them blow off some steam. >> right. well, you know, she's the susan rice of burning down cities because she'll probably get promoted. as you see, she was featured at the democratic convention for being a failure as a mayor. she's already paid the family of freddie gray almost $7 million, nobody has been indicted and
1:39 am
obviously won't at this time. >> they were all convicted but the charges were dropped. >> it was a hung jury. it's over. the city gave them $6 million or $7 million before there was even a conviction. >> $6 million before anything hit the streets not to mention what is the toll to the taxpayers of baltimore for the people burning down the city? so look. it with us built on a lie. it's a terrorist group is what it is. >> all right. kevin jackson, thanks so much for being with us tonight. >> my pleasure. >> all right. i take down hillary's street in this week's street just cities still ahead j and next, how can donald trump capture the all important millennial vote. i'm joined by a

1:44 am
the gloves are off. could the millennial vote be one of the most crucial in this extreme willing tight race between donald trump and hillary clinton. let's ask author and millennial sal malenstra. the millennials, tell us who they are? >> 18 to 35-year-olds. they got president obama into office. you know, they've grown up since then and coming into 2016, they're looking for jobs and they're looking for safety from terrorism. >> okay. now, bernie sanders had the majority of them and there's been a lot of talk this week about whether north, you know, they're going go with hillary or whether they actually would go
1:45 am
with them than the convention was rigged. more than, that whatwhere do you think they're going go? will they go to a third party candidate, johnson, or will they go to a third-party candidate or will they sit home? >> this is an interesting voting block that is in a bit of a flux right now. johnson went up five points in the polls and after rnc he went back down which shows trump regained some those bernie supporters. there's the pew poll out that says 90% will support hillary. if you factor in johnson, or those who say they won't turn out at all, it brings the supporters to 30%. so a lot of the supporters are looking to fight against the rigged system. especially bernie sanders
1:46 am
supporters. and, you know, that falls solely on donald trump fixing the rigged system and not hillary clinton. it will be interesting to see where it goes. it has to be given attention by donald trump to win those. >> how does he win millennials? what message does he have to send? >> so first it's, you know, building an organization that can target them. he doesn't have anyone winning the vote right now. that should change very soon. >> he doesn't? >> it's all about messaging. donald trump is dealing with, you know, the wall. let's just take that one for instance. what donald trump has to do is relate that back to terrorism which is the number two. when you talk, it's to protect yu and enforce homeland security and that's how you win millennials. if you look at the polls and the harvard iop polling, millennial support, they're not being messaged correctly to win them
1:47 am
over. >> okay. and you would say donald is bringing someone on to organize the millennials? >> i believe he will be. if you look at his florida speech a few days ago, he talked about coming out with a policy in the next few weeks to deal with the student loan dead c cris crisis, so it shows he is looking toward this. i mean the vote will go dramatically down from what we've seen in the last two elections. there will be 50% because of disenfranchised voters but in key swing states where the elections are tied, it will be the key between winning the white house and losing it. >> more importantly, you believe in the independents? >> the independents are a big part of the millennial jen ration. i think 40% identify than with any other party but if you look at the party affiliation, the one and two issues are economy and homeland security which is what donald trump triumphs in.
1:48 am
he has to do the messaging to win them. >> sal la

finally, time for "street

justice." this week i was become on the streets of new york to ask people what they thought of hillary's speech. as always, it got interesting. take a look. >> what did you think of hillary's speech last night? >> it was pretty good. i'm not going to lie. >> what did you think of her speech? >> i barely could stay awake. >> what did you think of her? >> i thought she had a lot to say but not a lot of substance. >> what did you think of her speech? >> she's not very trustworthy as usual. >> yeah. >> and she's -- >> don't you want to hear what a potential president is going to do for you? >> no. she's not going to win. >> who you voting for? >> hillary. >> what has hillary done for you? >> i think it's time. i think it's time for a woman. the alternative is donald and i don't think i can live with that. >> why? >> many reasons. how many hours have you got? >> i like to hear you.
1:53 am
why do you have purple in your hair? you don't know? >> no. it's a nice color. >> has she proven herself to be someone who is supportive of other women? or has she trashed all the women who came into her husband's life? >> no comment. >> why do you want to vote for hillary? >> i don't want to vote for hillary. >> you want to vote for trump? >> yes, i do. i think he would be the best candidate for this country because he's going to be strong on foreign policy. he's a businessman. he's the one who's for change. >> you're not saying anything? >> no. >> did you forget the question? >> no, i didn't forget the question. >> did you put your grcigarette out? >> i did on my butt, yes. >> clinton is old school politics. i think she's, we call her a hood robin'. she steals from the poor and gives to herself. >> who you voting for?
1:54 am
>> clinton. >> clinton? >> i think she would be better than trump. trump talk a lot of mess. >> but trump signs the front of a lot of checks. what about the fact she lies all the time? she lied to your face on television at least 50 times. >> what about trump? >> he hasn't lied to me. >> he lied to a lot of other people. >> who? who? >> he want the mexicans to come in this country. >> he said until we can figure out a way to vet them. he doesn't want to see our heads cut off. >> first of all, she's making history being the first woman. >> or herstory. >> yeah. >> he don't look very friendly. >> why you voting for hillary? >> probably the lesser evil of the two. >> what about the fact that 70% of americans think she lies? >> they all lie. >> they all say the same thing. they all lie. that's like a murderer. oh, they all commit murder.
1:55 am
don't worry about it. >> right now, donald's not looking that good to me either. >> what do you say to the people who say he would be good for the economy? get some jobs and buildings going? >> i think that's crap. >> i think she's not the best person for the job, whether she's a woman or not. >> what about the fact you have a lovely daughter next to you? >> what about that? she might be a better president. what do you think? >> all right. that's good. that's good. do you know anybody who went to benghazi? >> no, not at all. >> you may want to talk to some of them before you make your final decision. we'll be right back.
