president. the clinton campaign immediately started a fundraising drive off of that. trump insists though he was talking about the political power of supporters at the ballot box in november tweeting out yesterday, quote, media desperate to distract from clinton's anti-two-way stance. i said pro two-way city -- 2a citizens must organize and get out and vote to save our constitution. he said last night anything other than that is absolute nonsense. >> nobody in that room thought anything other than what you said. this is a political movement. this is a strong, powerful movement, the second amendment. hillary wants to take your guns away. there can be no other interpretation. even reporters have told me. i mean, give me a break. >> no question we'll hear a lot more about this today. donald trump in southwest virginia. the abington bristol area. unemployment regionally is 7.6%. big problems with the economy, heroin abuse, methamphetamine.

>> all right. but it seems there's a double standard for the democrats. this photo causing concern that hillary clinton is being helped up the stairs at a campaign stop in february. should we know more about her health history? here to discuss this is dr. marc siegel and neurologist dr. fiona gupta. how important is it for us to see the presidential candidates' health records. >> i think it's very important. in 2008 we put the bar at a different level because of john mccain. i looked at the records i said, this is ridiculous. after i did that i said, okay, let's be consistent. especially if they're elderly. guess what, donald trump is 70 and hillary clinton is almost 69. i want to see both their full records. let's be fair. and hillary in 2012, you know, had a huge concussion. she sustained -- she was found to have a blood clot on the outside of her brain. i've been asking since 2012 to see her neurological records.

you know, her internist revealed a statement that after her concussion she recovered, she had an mri, everything was fine. her follow-up tests were okay but no neurologist has ever come forward and we haven't seen her records. i want to see her full records. >> that's why we brought you on, dr. gupta, so you can tell us how the concussion affected her. the time line. and to be fair, we don't have donald trump's because he hasn't held public office. let's start with hillary in 1998, she reportedly had a blood clot in her leg. 2009 fractures her elbow in a fall walking to the white house. 2011 falls boarding an airplane in yemen. 2012 she faints, hits her head and suffers a concussion. diagnosed with a blood clot and 2014 photographed as you saw being helped up the stairs. from a neurological perspective

a lot of this has to do with her brain, her mind, the concussions. what should we be concerned about? >> neurologically speaking, again, as dr. segel mentioned for both candidates, medical history, neurological history has to be a concern. secretary clinton has to have a history leading to a post concussive syndrome and a venous thrombosis. i think follow-up is important and to speculate, that would be irresponsible or unethical but to really get a good follow-up. >> how do you explain the fainting? the concussion, the fainting is not normal. >> falling can be because of a myriad of issues. in her case there was reports of dehydration, gastrointestinal issue. stress of that could cause this, too. >> dr. segel? >> she's also on blood thinners. i would put those two together. whatever the causes of the falls, we have to be extra careful for anyone that's on

hope you're off to a great story. tragic story out of tennessee. there is a special agent seen right here who was murdered in cold blood during an under cover investigation. police say that jeron frazier was with the tennessee bureau of investigations and was in the middle of a drug buy when the dealer opened fire killing frazier. that suspect was later caught nearby. frazier is the first agent to die in the line of duty in tennessee. our prayers go to his family. thousands of dangerous illegal charged with violent crimes including sexual assault roaming the streets free in the u.s. brand-new e-mails revealing that the obama administration released 5,000 criminals. the pressure to move quickly from washington led to the release of violent offenders as well. a high school football coach fired for praying with his team now taking legal action in hopes of getting back on the sidelines. joe kennedy is his name and he

in the two years since, how has ferguson changed the state of policing in the united states? >> well, i would say for the worst. ferguson kicked off this anti-police movement, this black lives matter movement and we've made really very little, if any, progress since ferguson and that's because we're not being honest about what happened there and what happened in other places. we can't fix things if we're addressing the wrong issues and not being honest about what happened. >> and jeff, give us a sense -- you're in charge of the police association there in st. louis county. what are police officers saying? are they going into a back alleys? are they willing to do aggressive policing or has ferguson backed them off as we've seen the violence against police officers and police officers not being backed up by their community leaders? >> yeah. we talked on this program about the ferguson effect. i don't think there's officers who are consciously reluctant in doing their jobs. i think it's a subconscious sort

we have a fox news alert here. a kansas water park reopening this morning after a deadly incident. the 10-year-old little boy caleb schwab died on sunday. there's his picture -- riding down that water slide. it's the tallest water slide. now more people are coming forward with very scary close calls about the same slide, including erica conrad whose friend's harness came off during that ride. erica conrad joins us now with her story who has been at schlitterbahn water park. good morning, area. >> good morning. >> we have the picture of your friend on the slide and you can see the harness is off. he is the guy in the back and he doesn't have a seat belt on or a harness. tell us what happened. >> well, we were standing at the bottom of the slide and we were recording our friend and my husband and my cousin going down. when they got to the bottom, we noticed my friend's harness was completely off and we overheard him yelling, you know, my harness is off and it had been

off from the beginning of the ride. we ended up following him until the end of the ride and he got out and there was a life guard at the bottom who had to have overheard my friend, you know, announcing that his harness was off and then also you could clearly see that his harness was off. >> wow. what did the life guard say? >> well, the life guard didn't really say anything to anybody. there was a time that i had ridden the slide and the life guard -- i was worried that the velcro straps were not going to hold me in and just because i'm afraid of everything. the life guard looked at me and assured me that it's really not a big deal. the velcro straps are just to make you feel safer. they're not technically really to hold you in. they're just to make you feel

she was also conducting business. so we've been getting these e-mails drips and drabs out of the state department as a result of our litigation. the state department got these e-mails last year and they have shown repeatedly that they were getting these batches of e-mails that include e-mails that mrs. clinton never turned over to the state department despite her promises to congress and despite telling a court under oath that -- under penalty of perjury that as far as she knew everything was turned over. obviously that's not the case. >> obviously that is not the case. >> when you look at these particular e-mails that you have released, it's pretty clear. if you want access to the state department officials, big top government people or even jobs, just give the clinton family foundation a lot of money. >> well, that's true. and mrs. clinton, you know, democrats and republicans were concerned about that when she was nominated to the state department secretary of state position, even president obama was concerned. so they extracted these promises from mrs. clinton to stay out of

foundation business. bright line and wall between the state department and the foundation and these new e-mails show that the top state department official doug ban was communicating with the state department to take care of, quote, associates and in one case a major donor who gave between 1 and $5 million to the foundation and pledged a project a billion dollars and they said it's important that this guy talk to your lebanese guy and hue that abdean is like we'll put him in contact with the ambassador who was ambassador of lebanon. it's incredible. >> this guy you're talking about is gilbert who pledged $1 billion. what did he wind up getting out of all that dough? >> he got doug ban evidently to make a phone call and get access to the top official on lebanese policy in the united states government. >> oh, man. >> mrs. clinton promised this was not going to be the case.

you start calling her top aids, how does that fit in with her promise that i'm going to stay out of the foundation business? >> sure. >> if the foundation and her top aids are doing this type of favor granting. and not only that but we saw another donor to mrs. clinton directly to the campaign communicate with her about getting a colleague or a friend a job. she writes to abidin take care of this and get back to me. >> yeah. you talking about raji fernando, he had no experience in the field of the advisory board? >> that's another donor. >> oh, that's another donor. it's hard to keep them all straight. no wonder they wanted all these e-mails secret, tom. >> exactly. you know, mrs. clinton promised she had turned over all e-mails. her campaign website says she didn't really start using this account until march of 2009. a lot of these e-mails are from
