go to facebook.com/the kelly file. tell me what you think about tonight's show. thanks for swatching. i'm sandra smith, in for megyn kelly tonight. thanks for joining us. this is "the kelly file." tonight -- >> donald trump and a potential new controversy. >> they cannot support donald trump because he lacks self-control. >> donald trump may have spoken clumsily. >> the liberal mainstream media trying to take down donald trump. laura ingraham is here tonight with reaction. then a drug report raises new questions about hillary clinton's health while the press ignores the story. dr. benjamin carson responds. and a major scandal from clinton's past resurfaces. hillary helps a man accused of raping a 12-year-old avoid major charges and then brags about it later. judge jeanine pirro, monica crowley and lisa boothe have reaction. >> i call president obama and hillary clinton the founders of
7:01 pm
isis. >> plus trump calls president obama and hillary clinton the founders of isis. lieutenant colonel oliver north weighs in. "hannity" starts right here, right now. welcome to "hannity." tonight the mainstream media are on the war path. what do they want to do? take down the republican nominee, donald trump. now, in recent weeks, dozens of so-called reporters, high-profile anchors, so-called journalists, they claim they're unbiased, fair and balanced and trustworthy. they have now revealed their true colors as they now blatantly try to discredit and malign donald trump. now, just take a look at some of the recent examples from the past week. remember, these are all people that claim to be unbiased. they're members of the press, the mainstream media. take a look. >> we ought to start at home with donald trump and a potential new controversy simmering tonight after a remark that at best was a joke and, at worst, was an implied threat of violence. >> meantime you've got these 50 national security officials in republican administrations who are saying they can't support donald trump because he lacks
7:02 pm
self-control. he'd be the most reckless president in american history. >> the former cia director michael hayden said, when you are a candidate, you are not only responsible for what you say but for what people hear. donald trump may have spoken clumsily, but his words inspire. >> what he said yesterday, barack, hussein, obama, that's the president's name but we know why he uses it that way. >> why not accept his explanation. >> he didn't give one. >> yes, he did. >> he said the media is rigged. they twisted my words. are the taxes a big deal? no. but his decision to not release them now becomes a big deal. you have to be careful about what you insinuate about these situations. trump does that a lot. it undermines confidence in him. >> pretty amazing. now, if you thought that was bad, there's a website called the daily wire. they put together a ten-minute montage of trump surrogates getting cut off, shouted down, on all these liberal news outlets over and over again.
7:03 pm
let's just take a look at some of the most egregious expects. >> i'd like to bring hillary clinton's actions into it. >> absolutely. >> when she was given the choice between standing with a serial sexual abuser -- >> all right, stop, stop, stop. stop, stop. it is just a cheap shot that -- can you please stop? can you stop. please shut him off, please. thank you. >> we're not going to relitigate that. >> let me talk. >> not if you're going to invent things, okay? you can say -- >> i'm not going to invent things. the fbi also said. >> no, ma'am. no ma'am. ma'am, no, ma'am. >> that she has not turned over and she didn't turn over all the e-mails. >> no ma'am. you cannot invent things. >> they don't know the women that have accused bill clinton of sexual improprieties and say they have been threatened and intimidated by hillary clinton. a girl who was raped by a pedophile that hillary clinton bragged about -- >> come on. >> let me finish.
7:04 pm
hillary clinton is on tape bragging about, as a lawyer, getting off on a technicality. that woman now says hillary ruined my life. >> i'm going to leave it there. no, no. thanks. >> god forbid that i should we' enough not to understand that and believe the spin coming from the surrogates and from people like you. you should be ashamed of yourself. >> don, frankly i'm ashamed that you're talking to me as if i'm a child when 12 years of my life -- >> no, you're treating me as a child because you're telling me what i'm supposed to hear, and you're sitting here on television lying to the american people. >> you don't know crap about this, don. you're a tv guy. i was a secret service agent. now, cut off my mike. do what you want to do. >> wow. now, of course, the contrast in the media coverage between donald trump and hillary clinton, that has been stark. one of the most appalling examples of this could be found in how the media covered the orlando terrorist father, seddique mateen showing up at a
7:05 pm
hillary clinton rally earlier this week versus -- remember the coverage of david duke's unsolicited support of donald trump? let's compare and contrast. >> the clinton campaign quickly pushing back on the idea that they embraced seddique mateen's report. stephen, could this be something that republicans try and jump on and make an issue of? >> will you unequivocally condemn david duke and say you don't want his vote or that of other white supremacists in this election? >> the campaign has advanced people, often very young people, who go through the crowds at these events and they look at people, and they pick people to go up on stage. these are young people who do it, and clearly the people who did it at that florida rally did not recognize seddique mateen. >> a lot of people i think who are critical of donald trump generally look at praise like that from somebody like donald duke and wonder if he is a gateway drug. >> i think donald trump would be well served to repudiate all of the racists and the bigots on the periphery of this campaign. >> is that unbelievable? according to the media research
7:06 pm
center, the david duke unsolicited endorsement of donald trump, that got sixes times more network coverage than mateen's support of hillary clinton. now, if you want more proof that the mainstream media is utterly biased, abusively biased against donald trump, we have that too. another study from the media research center compares yesterday's coverage of hillary clinton's latest e-mail scandal to the days' old controversy over trump's second amendment. the big three networks, abc, cbs, and nbc, quote, throughout all of their news programs, both morning and evening, well, they gave the e-mail story a total of 6:59. in stark contrast, they dragged out trump's second amendment people comment with a whopping 25 minutes and 54 seconds. a brand new "time" magazine cover has a drawing of donald
7:07 pm
trump's face melting, and the caption says meltdown. of course that pales in comparison to one new york daily news cover that shows trump wearing evil clown makeup, and another suggesting that donald trump is the, quote, anti-christ. last night right here on this program, gop vice presidential nominee mike pence summed it up best when he said that he and his running mate are running up against this. >> the father of the terrorist who took 49 lives in orlando attended a hillary clinton rally, was on television for more than an hour, said later to the press that he was there because he thought hillary clinton was, quote, good on national security, and that got a fraction of the attention that was paid to statements that donald trump made in support of the second amendment and in support of people that advocate for it. so it just shows you what we're up against. but as i said here in dayton today, you know, it's two on one. the media is going to continue to do half of hillary's work for her. >> here with reaction, fox news
7:08 pm
contributor, editor in chief, laura ingraham. why are you smiling? because it's so blatant. it's so abusively biased examples. by the way, every one of those people that are shouted down or have their mikes turned off are friends of mine. >> you know all of them. i do too. sean, the hillary media, as i call them, are really post-american. i say they're post-american because they don't really care, it turns out, whether america goes down the tubes. i really don't think they care because if they cared, they would actually be covering the relevant stories of the day. and i'm not saying they wouldn't cover any of these other side issues. trump said this, hillary said this. but on the main issues that are affecting the lives of most americans, about america's economic decline, our foreign policy, great challenges in national security at the border with these trade deals that we're being cheated on, they would actually be covering these stories. they would actually be suing in
7:09 pm
court to get these e-mails that hillary clinton -- many of these e-mails she didn't turn over to congressional investigators. has anyone ever asked why is it that judicial watch has to always go after these documents? >> that's such a good point. >> where is "the new york times"? where is cbs news? where are all these people? >> seriously. you know, later on in this program, we have a serious investigative topic we're doing, and that is we've got the video -- this was released first in 2014 to be clear. but hillary clinton defended a 41-year-old man that raped a 12-year-old girl, was interviewed about it in the 1980s, and she literally is acknowledging the man's guilt, laughing and bragging that she got him off on a technicality. imagine for a second the same media -- >> they'd crucify him. >> what if it was trump? >> they would crucify him. sean, this is why the never trumpers, the republicans who are throwing in with hillary
7:10 pm
clinton, really are so disappointing because they know what's going on, and they are kidding themselves if they think that rubio or jeb or kasich wouldn't have been put through the meat grinder of the left-wing media in a similar fashion. they did it to romney. they did it to mccain. >> poor mitt romney. you know what mitt romney did? he had a binder of women's resumes who he wanted to hire. what a horrible human being. >> they would have done it to any of these people. so hillary clinton literally put her own personal interests ahead of the nation's national security, and the media -- they do not care. they do not care. >> last night, we had you on the program discussing all these republicans, arrogant, sankty moanious, self-righteous, sabotagining trump, not supportg himg.
7:11 pm
i have what i call the reasons i support trump because the differences in what they are advocating are deep and profound, and i'll put it up on the screen. hillary's open borders. donald trump will build a wall. he has stated again and again we have a dilapidated military. our education system is failing, we'll send it back to the states. i want to keep coal miners working and i want america to be energy dependent. he thinks he can do that in four years. on this one issue of judges alone, originalists. he's going to cut taxes. he wants to reduce the size of government. he said he'll repeal obamacare. he can actually say the word "radical islam". >> oh, but he's not a conservative. he's not a conservative, sean. >> and he says he's pro-life. >> can i chime in on the judges question? you know i clerked for justice thomas and i clerked on the second circuit court of appeals. this is an issue that we as conservatives claim that we care
7:12 pm
about. constitutional interpretation matters, statue tory interpretation matters, are these people who are sideline cheerers for hillary clinton, do they understand that title 9 and title 7 and the clean air act, all of these statutory, you know, items, they can be read by the supreme court to validate all sorts of climate change legislation and to wipe away any good reforms or good issues, helpful issues that someone like paul ryan is in favor of? do they understand that once they have the court, it's over? >> generations. >> do they not care? >> and all these arrogant people, and including republicans that promised they'd support the winner, whatever decisions hillary makes if she were ever elected president, they own it. i blame them as much as anybody else. >> sean, this has been a clarifying moment for the republican party, very clarifying. and i think it had to happen. and donald trump has served a
7:13 pm
great, great service just in clarifying where everybody is. >> i agree. well said. laura, good to see you. quick programming note. this coming tuesday we will be in milwaukee, wisconsin. we will be with donald trump. we will be with him for the entire hour. we're going to give you more details tomorrow night. coming up, the drudge report raising new questions about hillary clinton's health. is she fit to serve as commander-in-chief? dr. ben carson and the fox news medical a team are here to react and much more tonight on "hannity." g preparation h. for any sort of discomfort in yours. preparation h. get comfortable with it.
7:14 pm
7:15 pm
live from america's news headquarters, i'm joel waldman. a top republican lawmaker is expressing concerns about the fate of his party's power come november. senate majority leader mitch mcconnell admits gop prospects for keeping control of the senate after the general elections are, in his words,
7:16 pm
very dicey. mcconnell concedes his fellow republicans are going to be on defense in this year's election. his comments come amid growing concerns about presidential nominee donald trump. and word tonight that a powerful earthquake has struck about 330 miles southeast of the pacific island nation of vanuatu. the shallow quake reportedly has a preliminary magnitude of 7.6 and struck at a depth of about six miles. that has triggered a tsunami warning, but the u.s. geological survey says there's not a pacific-wide threat of a tsunami. i'm joel waldman. now back to "hannity." welcome back to "hannity." so as speculation swirls about hillary clinton's health, today the drudge report had a headline saying, quote, 59% say release medical records. what's wrong with her? so why won't the mainstream media talk about this story, and will the clinton campaign release hillary's full medical records?
7:17 pm
joining us now, medical correspondents dr. marc siegel and dr. david samadi, and former 2016 gop presidential candidate dr. ben carson. dr. carson, i'll show you the different examples. she's falling. you've got this sort of twitching thing that she does in front of reporters that was really bad. there's been a number of incidents and reports that she fell, and then she had this really long incident where she was out of commission for quite a while, recovering, her husband said. she's on anti-coagulants. number one, do we have a right to know? and, number two, what do you make of this twitching thing that she keeps doing? i'll run it again. >> well, you know -- >> why are you laughing? you're the brain surgeon here. i'm just a humble little host. >> it just looks funny. you know, certainly as a person gets older, you know, the number of medical conditions that we have to watch for increases, which is one of the reasons that
7:18 pm
we strongly suggest, as you get older, that you have at least an annual examination. if you're going into a very important position like this, it's critical. >> right. >> and that information should be something that we should have access to because it's very important in terms of making that decision. also recognize that the presidency is not a 9:00 to 5:00 job. it is extraordinarily grueling, and you need to have everything going for you. and also the mental capacity. you know, there are standardized mental examinations, many mental exams, about 30 questions. you could get a very quick assessment in terms of what's going on. these are the kinds of things that should be open to the public in making such a critical decision. >> let me go back to this video, dr. siegel, that's on the screen now. we'll put it up again. i mean it's a violent, violent, repetitive jerking of the head here. you can see it's uncontrollable.
7:19 pm
watch the reporter like pull back as she -- the reporter got scared, and she keeps doing it. what is that? >> well, it's an involuntary movement. i first want to say we heard from one of the top neurosurgeons in the history of the united states, not just a political person. number two, secretary clinton hit her head in 2012 -- >> would it cause this? >> well t would cause the kind of brain damage possibly, possibly. w we've been studying this over the last two years. that can have long term effects, that can have effects on gait, on balance. that's a possibility we need to see the records of. we need to see the records of anyone around the age of 70. >> what about the so-called -- how do you say this? >> the blood clot. >> well, you've got the blood clot. >> she's on lifetime couple adin. she had a blood clot. she has a family history of stroke. that blood clot as dr. carson will tell you can sometimes be accompanied by a stroke. not in this case because a mri afterwards was negative.
7:20 pm
>> do we know that for sure? >> well, we certainly learned that from what records we got. but i'd like to see the full records. >> dr. samadi. >> well, i think like everything, it pretty much started based on all the facts we know. in 2012, she had the concussion. 30% of the patients can have symptoms of mini seizures. they can have vertigo. they have have forgetfulness. >> is that vad we're showing a seizure? >> it certainly could be. >> watch it right here. watch it closely here. watch the reporter back right there. you see the -- look, and it goes on and on and on. that is, to me, bizarre. >> there is certainly somebody neurologic issue going on depending on when it tape was taken. but 30% of the patients that have some sort of post-traumatic injuries, they can have cognitive issues, forgetfulness. sometimes they can forget words, et cetera. but what she has also, let's talk about this blood clot because that blood clot and the mri that they got, it actually saved her life. they got an mri. they saw this blood clot near
7:21 pm
the sinus transfers behind her right ear. and that's probably one of the reasons why i think she probably has some vertigo. that's one of the reasons why she has all these falls. >> that's why the falling takes place. in terms of not speculating, i want to be very clear on something. i'm more concerned about the video that shows her inability to catch expressions and words and changing the topic she was on. >> you mean when she sort of has these brain freezes? >> yeah. >> let me show one of the braise freezes. >> i talked to a top seizure specialist today that does not think that's a seizure. so i want to be clear. we need the reports to be able to make those determine nations. but the one where she was searching for words -- >> let's play that. >> we do not need another big contentious debate about health care. we need to make what we've got work really well and improve it and get the cost out of -- an
7:22 pm
upward spiral. i want to mention two other things. >> a little bit of a brain freeze there. i may actually be more sympathetic to that as somebody who has been a public speaker. >> that could be all it is but we need more investigation. >> dr. carson, let me give you the last word. >> there's a lot that can be determined, you know, by medical experts if we have access to the records. and for such an important job, here's no way we should even consider doing it without having a look at those records. >> the speeches, copies of the speeches that she gave to big investors and insurance companies, and i don't think we're getting this either. i think she's going to keep it undercover, which is probably by design. >> i think dr. carson is right. i think the record we have is the most -- the last one was july 2015. it's a year and so after, and that picture that you showed going up the stairs, people helping -- >> you think it's vertigo caused by brain -- >> it was an honor to look at senator mccain's records.
7:23 pm
it would be an honor to look at her records. it's her life. i want to see it. and donald trump's as well. when we come back, we have more coming up straight ahead on "hannity." >> he took a lie detector test. i had him take a polygraph, which he passed. >> wow, hillary clinton laughing. disturbing clinton scandal resurfacing reported by the daily mail.com. back in 1975, hillary literally helped a man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl avoid major charges and then laughed about it and pretty much indicated she thought he was guilty. also tonight, according to a new report, department of justice stopped the fbi from investigating corruption ties between the clinton foundation and the state department during hillary clinton's tenure as secretary of state. in other words, the state department was for sale. judge jeannine pirro, monica crowley, lisa boothe.

that's charmin ultra strong, remidude. cleans so well... ...it keeps your underwear cleaner. (secretly) so clean... you could wear them a second day. tell me i did not just hear that! (sheepishly) i said you could... not that you would! ...charmin ultra strong with its washcloth-like texture, helps clean better than the leading flat-textured bargain brand. it's 4 times stronger, and you can use up to 4 times less. it cleans better. you should try it, "skidz." we all go. why not enjoy the go with charmin?
7:26 pm
welcome back to "hannity." so hillary clinton, she calls herself a champion for women and children, but a major scandal from her past proves that is definitely not the case. now, as we told you last night, back in 1975 when hillary clinton was a public defense attorney, she defended a 41-year-old man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl. a few years later in the 1980s, clinton did an interview where she's literally bragging and even laughing about getting this man's sentence greatly reduced. watch this. >> do you remember the case where i represented that guy? it was a fascinating case. it was a really interesting case. this guy was accused of raping a 12-year-old. he took a lie detector test. i had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs [ laughter ] oh, he plea bargained, got him
7:27 pm
off with time served in the county jail. >> now, the daily mail.com has reportedly tracked down the woman. her name is kathy shelton, the alleged 12-year-old victim in the case, and she is now speaking about about the trauma that hillary clinton put her through. watch this. >> it would be very hard for me not to walk up and smack her, and i know that sounds mean. >> i mean she put me through a lot at 12 years old. i mean had to go look through this window and i.d. these guys. i just want to know, you got a daughter and grandbaby. what happens if that daughter of yours, if that would have been her, and they pulled you in at that time to do that? what would you have done? you would have -- i mean you would have protected her. it's horrible, you know, because
7:28 pm
she's supposed to be for women and children, and here she is saying, well, i know they did it, but i defended him anyway. i think she got him off on a technical nick c technicality of losing something, it wasn't lost. how could this stuff get lost all of a sudden? i tried to get the hospital records, and they supposedly been lost in a flood. and as you have told me, you tried to get the police report, and it was lost in a flood. supposedly that's what happened to this, too. i don't think she's for women and for girls. i think she's lying. i think she'd do anything she can to get in the campaign and win. >> now, we reached out to the clinton campaign, asking them for a statement. surprisingly, we haven't heard back. here with reaction, monica crowley, washington examiner contributor lisa boothe, and the host of justice, jeanine pirro. now, here is the whole dnc convention, oh, she was a champion for women and children during this period of time.
7:29 pm
that was the narrative, wasn't it? but think about this. now, this is a 41-year-old guy, we're talking about raping a 12-year-old girl. i had him take a polygraph which he passed, and which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs. she's saying she got a guilty child rapist off and then laughing and cavalierly and bragging about the fact that, you know, she was able to dissect the crime lab's accidental destruction of dna, get him off on a technicality and how proud she was. the laughter, the attitude, the belief in guilt really is disturbing. >> well, you know, the self-described champion of women thinks it's really funny when a pedophile beats a lie detector test. and if you go through the papers here, we're talking about a sixth grader, sean, and this sixth grader suffered so much damage from this rape that she had to have internal stitches, all right? i'm not going to go much further
7:30 pm
than that. but what i will tell you is that this sixth grader could not have children as a result of this rape. and hillary clinton is laughing about it. but what's even worse is the fact that when she talks about the lack of evidence, there was evidence. there was dna evidence, which she says -- >> it was semen and blood. >> semen and blood. but she says she'll get an expert who will testify the way she needs them to testify. and lo and behold, there isn't, quote, enough evidence to get dna evidence from. and lo and behold, he gets two months. she makes up a story, trashes the victim, says she's emotionally unstable, has made up previous attacks, is from a disorganized as she called it instaid of tisz functional family, says that she's made false accusations before and backs none of it up with facts. >> she says these children in early adolescence tend to romanticize sexual experiences,
7:31 pm
adolescented from disorganized families such as the complainant are even more prone to exaggerate behavior. let me bring in monica crowley. monica, if donald trump had done this, same time period, campaign's over. your reaction. >> the candidacy would be over. yes, of course. we know about the explicit double standard, sean. but there are two big points here with regard to this case that are relevant to mrs. clinton's candidacy for the presidency. the first is as with everything with mrs. clinton, hypocrisy runs wild. this is the self-styled champion of women and girls who, when push came to shove, she was willing to set free a child rapist and then years later laugh about it. so she tells the world one thing, and then she does something completely different. the second point, sean, which may even be more relevant to the election coming up is that she clearly will do anything to win, and we've known that for 30 years when it comes to politics, to covering up for her husband,
7:32 pm
to lying to the american people. >> smearing women. >> smearing women, smearing the benghazi victims, lying to their families' faces. she will literally do anything whether it's this kind of court case, or lying about benghazi. she will literally do anything. >> lisa, it does bring home the whole issue of taking money from countries like saudi arabia, up to $25 million for the clinton foundation, $10 million for the clinton library, and we know how they treat women. women are told how to dress. they can't drive. they can't work or go to school without a man's permission. we also know that gays and lesbians are put to death in saudi arabia. and we know that christians and jews are persecuted and you can't build a temple and you can't build a church. so really the narrative is advanced. she claims to be the champion of women's rights and gay and lesbian rights and freedom of religion, and she's anything but if you have a big check to pay
7:33 pm
for it. >> well, exactly, sean. this completely undermines hillary clinton's credibility because she continues to say one thing, but her actions prove the other. and that's exactly what this witness account of this woman who endured this horrible, horrible act and horrible, you know, crime -- that's what this underscores. hillary clinton herself said that every sexual assault victim deserves to be heard, deserves to be believed, but that's not the case. and it also goes to the monica lewinsky incident as well. she dragged her name through the mud. she continues to say one thing, but her actions -- >> you hear the laughter, and going back to the comment that we played for you here, which is that, well, i had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs. then she whitewashes it in her book. >> in her book living history, she talks about -- and remember, sean, these tapes were not located until 2014. so when she wroe living history, she talks about how difficult it
7:34 pm
was to represent a case like this, and she really didn't want to do it. >> and she was really bragging about it. >> yes. >> we have to take a break. our panel stays with us zbloompt when we come back, we have a new report that the department of justice literally shut down the fbi's attempt to investigate corruption between the clinton foundation and the state department while hillary was secretary of state, she was selling access. and also later tonight. >> he founded isis, and i would say the co-founder would be crooked hillary clinton. >> donald trump rightly slamming obama and hillary as the co-founders of isis. we'll check in with lieutenant colonel oliver north as we continue on this very, very busy news night.
7:35 pm

7:40 pm
clinton was serving as your secretary of state. now, the newest clinton scandal comes as cnn is reporting that during the fbi's investigation into hillary's private e-mail server, the department of justice declined an fbi request to look into this cozy relationship between the clinton foundation and the state department, citing a lack of evidence. how would they know? back with us we have monica crowley, lisa boothe, judge ja knee pirro. if you donate money like gilbert sagare, you donate between a million and five million bucks to the clinton foundation, he has business dealings with lebanon. get what, you get contacts. they set up a meeting with the former ambassador. that's pretty convenient, isn't it? isn't that called pay to play? >> i would say it's scary. there's been a lot of discussion about hillary clinton being dishonest, but we need to have a discussion about her judgment. hillary clinton lacks the judgment to be commander

clinton campaign saying trump's claim is false and he's, trash talking the united states. joining us now with reaction is the host of "war stories", lieutenant colonel it's very interesting because i agree with that. i've said that for a long time. they created the opening, the vacuum for isis because hillary voted for the war. she was part of politicizing that war. they gave back, literally handed back to isis mosul, ramadi, tikrit, fallujah, and they also had the financial resources to spread their reign of terror. but trump is interesting because he was against the war. but he was also against pulling out later. he said once you commit, you got to win. >> right. >> so it's a very unique position, and i think his charge is 100% accurate. we should have stayed. we wouldn't have the problem with isis, the vacuum that was created there and in syria. >> isis would not exist except for the obama administration's failures and bad decisions. there are five irrefutable facts

that hopefully they'll go back to in their so-called mainstream media colleagues. number one, june 2009, obama fails to support the democratic green movement in iran and climbs into bed with the shiite aia toelias and turns sunnis into adversaries. december 2011, obama withdraws all u. troops in iraq in what the troops called at the time the obama bugout. irans moved in to support the shiite government in baghdad. disaffected sunnis flock to havens in syria. august 2012, obama fails to follow through on his phony red line with syrian dictator bashar al assad, and the civil war in syria allows isis to establish their own safe havens in eastern syria. fact number four, january 2014, isis seizes fallujah on the 3rd of january, and three days

later, he describes them as the j.v. team. fact number five, june 2014, isis launches a surprise attack on new territory in iraq and syria, al baghdadi declares his caliphate and declares isis is the protect tors of sunnis against persian and shiite apostates and heretics. it's irrefutable, sean. >> patrick poole says there's now an isis report and it's been picked up by others every 84 hours. i guess the question is how did they not see this vacuum that they were creating? george w. bush warned if we pulled out too early, this would happen, and it's happening. the j.v. team comment, their contain comment, and the islamic state is knot islamic comment. to me, he fundamentally seems not to understand the nature of this, what i think is a clear and present danger to every man, woman, and child in this country and the world. >> now that they've done this

nuclear deal with iran, every sunni on the planet earth knows this is a regime, the obama regime is cooperating fully with the tehran regime, and that's not good for the sunnis. he has literally made adversaries out of people who were once our allies. >> it's interesting because my sources -- i won't mention where -- have said a new alliance is emerging, and that's with the saudis, the israelis, the egyptians, the jordanians because they see this shia threat coming from iran. >> that's exactly what's happening, but you notice who is not part of that old alignment? we're not. because not only has this administration doctored the intelligence which we've now learned about from the joint committee, but the political reality of washington has been since the obama/clinton/kerry team took over in washington, we've not just tilted over
