watch this. >> so lot of people are saying you had your best week yet. how do you keep it going? >> i guess just keep doing the same thing. we're making a big speech in an hour that's going to be amazing. we have 15,000 people waiting. and it's been really an amazing period of time. >> you're calling for a special prosecutor to investigate the connection between the clinton foundation and the state department. why is that important? >> well, just take a look at what's happening. this is out of control what's going on with our country from the standpoint of justice and what's supposed to be happening and law and order. and you look at all of these acts where she is 100% guilty. everybody knows she's guilty. she knows she's guilty. she lied all over the place and it's almost like she can just do whatever she wants to do. i think it's so unfair. it's so bad for our country, ainsley. >> now we're hearing someone with the clinton foundation, the coo was making phone calls and left about 150 voice mails for the chief of staff with the state department when hillary clinton was secretary of state. >> i just heard that also.

it's beyond belief. and all these people -- first of all, they're not supposed to be setting up meetings. take a look at what's happening? take a look at bahrain or wherever it may be, they get a lot of things for this. those meetings didn't take place to say hello. those meetings were -- they want to talk turkey. these people aren't there to say it's a wonderful day, the weather is beautiful. and you just follow up those meetings whether it's missiles or planes or maybe something personal. lot of things happen from those meetings. >> i went to indiana on thursday to interview governor pence and be with his family. i had all these messages saying you were going to baton rouge. we delayed our interview. i want to hear about that experience and what you thought about the president going four days later. was he doing that because you set a precedent? >> well, he went very late. he could have left his golf game. he could have played early. could have played early and gone in the afternoon. i expected that would happen.

and for him to say i want to finish my whole vacation, who gets it? look, who gets it. it's ridiculous and now the waters are gone, the floods are gone, there's devastation. the people are amazing people. but those people deserve to have their president go a lot sooner than he went. and it certainly lost its impact. it was really sad. and it was to play golf. he wanted to play golf. >> immigration. you're here to talk about immigration. we met a lot of families who lost their kids by illegal immigrants. what's your message? when will you roll out your new plan? >> we'll have strong borders. maybe trump won't build the wall. we're building the wall. the wall will be built. it's easy. we're building the wall. you have tough standards. you come into the country, it's tough. when you come in from syria, this is really going to be tough. you know, hillary clinton is allowing thousands and thousands of people -- and obama.

you know him deputy staff of george w. bush. first off, over the last two weeks, karl, you've been a tough critic of donald trump in the past. do you think that they've gotten on track? >> i think they're going more in the right direction, yeah. i thought he had a good week last week. giving speeches from teleprompters, so he could drive home a message for that day. i thought the visit to louisiana was entirely well done. low key, focussed on the people there. didn't try to make a big splash with it. as a result, made a big splash. >> sure. >> i think the new management team, at least kellyanne conway, seems to be moving things in the right direction. >> yeah. karl, it came out today, 85 of the 154 non-governmental individuals who have access to hillary clinton while she was with the state department, they were also giving money -- they were donors to the clinton foundation. what was your reaction about that? >> pretty jaw dropping because realize this is only the first

two years of her -- only half of her term as secretary of state and half of the private individuals, more than half of the private individuals who show up, are contributors to the foundation and they gave over $150 million at least. this is after in january 2009 at her confirmation hearing she promised the senate foreign relations committee that she would avoid even the appearance of conflict. this strikes me as a big conflict. these were in some cases pleading for self interest. she appointed, for example, a guy who was a commodities trader in chicago. she was so -- he was totally unexperienced. totally unqualified and immediately forced to resign. but what was he this year? superdelegate for hillary in philadelphia. >> what are the odds. karl, right here outside one hour ago we had james carville on. of course he's been with the clintons for a decade. yesterday he said that if people

stop giving to the clinton foundation, people will die. he also today defended the clinton foundation and talked about how the clintons have never taken a penny. listen to this -- >> hillary and bill and chelsea clinton never taken a penny from the foundation, given it millions of dollars. the board serves without pay. it's a five-star rated foundation by charity watch. one of the best run foundations in the world. now, the idea that people involved in the foundation are also involved with public, private partnerships around the world, that's one of the things they do. so of course -- this does not count as the list pointed out, doesn't count heads of state of people in government -- >> so he's got no problem because they're doing some good work, according to him. and charity watch. >> well, charity navigators, a group that evaluates charities, criticized long ago criticized the foundations for spending too little on programs and too much on overhead, including some $40

million to move the clintons around the country. now, he may be right that they haven't taken a penny, but their lifestyle has been subsidized by it. and i believe chelsea clinton is actually now on the payroll of the foundation. look, this is stinky. sure they do good things. but they do good things in a bad way and in a way that makes it sound like it's quid pro quo. remember the canadian guy who gives several hundred million dollars, he does so after bill clinton flies on his airplane to kazakhstan in order to convince the kazak government to give him some concessions. he buys significant amount of uraniyuuranium assets. all the why giving money through a canadian front group to hide the names of the individual donors even though she said she would be completely forthcoming about every single donor in the foundation. now, look, this provides too many opportunities for conflict or at least the appearance of

conflict. either one of them undermines public confidence and trust in the president. if she is elected, they need to shut it down. no more using good quote good works to subsidize their lifestyle and put themselves in a place that looks like a conflict of interest and is a conflict of interest. >> wherp you were talking, i looked up it felt like it was raining for a second. there's a window washer machine 14, 15 stories up. maybe we can get a picture of that. >> we're not foaming at the mouth. real quick, let's talk about louisiana and the president showing up yesterday. two weeks later, doesn't really matter that much. you do remember how when he was the senator he hammered your ex-boss george bush. is he right it doesn't matter that much when you show up? >> well, it mattered a lot to them now. bush was actively involved in everything connected with katri katrina, pressuring the state and local officials to call an evacuation, talking to them

constantly, organizing federal resources, going there three days after it happened. this president -- this current president then criticized him saying it was, quote, passive indifference. well, we had this president, president obama so critical in 2005, stay on his vacation, have ten rounds of golf, spend a day at a private beach, go out four nights in a row out on the town, attend a hillary clinton fundraiser and then after his vacation is over he goes to louisiana and say i'm here, your president. so i think passive indifference was not an appropriate remark to describe president bush, but it is a good self analysis for president obama. >> sure. donald trump was able to go down there. we tried to get some pictures of him at certain events, but he said, look, it's close to the press. he didn't want to make it a campaign thing. >> i thought that was well done. >> incidentally, happy waffle day. >> thank you. >> you may not know this, but waffles have a presidential

i can confirm it is completely. i'm standing next to a sign amatrice, one of the most beautiful cities. this city is devastated. people are in tears. they're in shock. what i find really interesting sort of as a side bar is that this surrounding areas are completely in tact. here i know there are different areas across central italy that have been affected. you look to one side and there are houses up right and on the other, just mounds and mounds of rubble that came down over people's heads at 3:30 this morning as they slept. it is absolutely devastating. streets here are choked with rubble and glass and nails and wire, making it incredibly difficult for those rescue and recovery personnel to get through. the hospital here had to be evacuated. it's falling apart from the earthquake. there are hospital beds and equipment all over the streets. they have to be taken somewhere

we are joined with kennedy, 23 months old kennedy right there and her 7 month old sister charlotte. along with one of the officers who rescued kennedy matt rush. good morning to all of you. >> good morning. >> good morning. >> brian, let's start with you. what happened to your boat on friday night, 10:30 p.m. >> so we were traveling north on inner coastal waterway. we were heading back home. we had some relatives, my father and mother in town from pennsylvania and we had gone -- taken the boat out to meet them for dinner. we were heading home. it was dark. and we hit a guide wire from one of the power poles that crosses the river and it overturned the boat and put us all in the water. >> okay. so you're all in the water. the boat is overturned. it's pitch dark. tammy, at what point did you

realize you were missing kennedy? >> immediately. i woke up in the water holding charlotte and i saw the boat upside down and i knew i didn't see brian and kennedy. so i tried to get kennedy -- tried to get charlotte on to the boat quickly and then brian popped up on the boat and pulled her up and helped me up then we knew that kennedy wasn't there. >> and you had no idea where she was. and then you placed that 911 call which we just heard a moment ago. officer rush, let's talk about when you joined the search. tell what you say you heard eventually. >> eventually when we received the call or when i was already in the water? >> tell us about once you were in the water and you heard -- you heard baby kennedy. >> we heard myself and another sergeant heard the baby crying

underbeneath the boat. i dove out on a boat that we were in the water earlier. once we heard the crying underneath the boat, myself and the other sergeant got in the water and were looking underneath the boat, trying to clear it, find out where she was. once we located an actual spot on kennedy's position, i moved over and i went under water. came back up. and went back underwater again. i did some blind sweeps feeling the back of her leg. i came back up again and took another breath and went back under and that's when i pulled her completely out of the center console of the boat and pulled up ut out of the water where she was turned over to the sergeant. that was on our rescue boat. >> thank you very much for doing your job. >> absolutely. >> officer rush nat, that baby

ainsley. >> now we're hearing someone with the clinton foundation, the coo was making phone calls and left about 150 voice mails for the chief of staff with the state department when hillary clinton was secretary of state. >> i just heard that also. it's beyond belief. and all these people -- first of all, they're not supposed to be setting up meetings. when they set up the meetings, take a look at what's happening. take a look at what is happening whether it's bahrain or wherever it may be. they got a lot of things for this. those meetings didn't take place to say hello. those meetings were they want to talk turkey. these people aren't there to say, gee, it's a wonderful day, the weather is beautiful. and you just follow up those meetings whether it's missiles or planes or maybe something personal. lot of things happen from those meetings. >> i went to indiana on thursday to interview governor pence and be with his family. when i got off the plane, i had all these messages saying you guys were going to baton rouge.

i want to hear about that experience and what you thought about the president going four days later. was he doing that because you set a pres zment. >> he went very late. he could have left his gochl game. he could have played early. he could have played early and gone in the afternoon. i expected that would happen. and for him to say i want to finish my whole vacation, who gets it? look, who gets it. it's ridiculous. now the waters are gone. the floods are gone. there's devastation. the people are amazing people. but those people deserve to have their president go a lot sooner than he went. and it certainly lost its impact. it was really sad. and it was to play golf. he wanted to play golf. >> immigration. you're here to talk about immigration. we met a lot of families that lost their kids by illegal immigrants. what's your message? when will you roll out your new plan? >> we'll have the wall 100%. somebody said on one of the shows probably trump won't build

a wall. the wall will be built. it's size. and we're building the wall. we have very tough standards. you come into the country, it's tough. when you come in from sere yarks this is really going to be allo thousands ands of people and obama. we have no idea who they are, they have no paperwork, they have no nothing. we don't know what we're getting. could be isis. we don't know what we're getting. so we'll have a very strong border on the southern border. we are going to let people in, but they're going to come in legally, as i've been saying for a long time. >> he has been saying that. ainsley, he's giving these one hour speeches one after another. all the town halls. any indications -- >> when he sleeps, i don't know. >> is he exhausted? >> he seems to be fine. all of his staff says he can handle it and they don't see him sleep. it's amazing the stamina he has. i don't know. he has four rallies, two town halls, two rallies, all in one night. crazy. >> they plan on doing a big series of immigrations speeches
