unity with just one tap right from the alert. wow, i guess we don't need the kid anymore. custom alerts on thinkorswim. only at td ameritrade. hello, everybody. i'm uma pemmaraju live in new york. we're following several major stories. first, million of americans are on alert as tropical storm hermine barrels up the east coast as it threatens to disrupt and wash out the holiday weekend in several states. we're tracking this monster storm. plus this. >> we're all create bid the same god. we must love each other and support each other, and we are in this all together. >> donald trump striking a very different tone. one we haven't heard too often on the campaign trail as he continues his outreach to
11:01 am
s with a stop in detroit at a black church there and saying he's ready to learn from african-americans and add that the nation is too divided. is he having an impact? we'll get reaction from governor mike huckabee who will join us to give us his take to trump's outreach to minority groups this week. hillary clinton's camp in full damage control mode over the latest revelations in her e-mail scandal with the fbi notes saying she could not recall key details on security protocols during her time as secretary of state. >> hillary clinton doesn't know the difference between telling the truth or telling a lie. >> you will hear reaction from the former director of the defense intelligence agency lieutenant general michael flew who says hillary clinton's actions raises serious concerns. "america's election headquarters" starts right now. we begin this hour with a fox news alert. tropical storm hermine remains a
11:02 am
force to be reckoned it as it churns up the east coast bringing heavy rain and strong winds. and it's still a very dangerous storm. forecasters are saying hermine has a potential, potential to regain its power as a hurricane as it moves north. the tropical storm already bringing heavy rain and high water to north carolina's outer banks. we have fox team coverage. janice dean is tracking this storm in the fox news extreme weather center. but we begin with caroline schiavoly live in kill devil hills in north carolina. what can you tell us? >> reporter: well, the rain has stopped for now but the winds is brutal. it's taking the sand and shoving it forward. it's like needles hitting you if you turn around in to it. you can see the waves are huge. the as well the swells with massive. this is the avalon fishing pier. we watched part of the roof rip off of this building earlier.
11:03 am
the waves are coming up to the bottom of the pier. answer lu absolutely huge. you can also see the seafoam. it almost looks like a popcorn machine coming, shoving, pouring over the cars throughout the parking lot here. the major bridges in and out of the outer banks have been shut down. these winds are just too strong for people to be able to drive in and out. a tractor trailer hit the railing earlier today. a terrible accident. we have heard of at least four people being sent to the hospital for injuries. back to you. >> all right, out there in the midst of that storm keeping close watch on what's happening in that part of the world. for more on where hermine is heading let's get to janice dean who is live in the fox extreme weather center right now. j.d., what can you tell us? >> we just got a new advisory from the national hurricane center. the storm is now 70-mile-per-hour sustained winds. we are calling this extra tropical because it's losing some of its tropical
11:04 am
characteristics but there is the potential for it to regain its hurricane strength over the next couple of hours. and there's the satellite right now. so 70-mile-per-hour sustained winds. i've seen wind gusts in success of hurricane force along the north carolina coastline as we watch this storm not only today, tomorrow, but in through the workweek a very strong storm system. as i said, there's good confidence we could be dealing with a hurricane again in the next couple days. there's monday coming very close to the shore. and the problem is, as this storm sits and spins, it's going to continue to bring battering waves, storm surge along the coast and this could be potentially dangerous or devastating along the coastal beaches. and we have great confidence in our forecast models in the next 12 to 24 hours. but as we go further out in time, we're not quite sure. and that's why we have that cone of uncertainty that moves closer to the shore for jersey as well as long island, new york city,
11:05 am
you're in a tropical storm warning right now. all the way up to new england. 70-mile-per-hour sustained wind storm. again, you can see this is going to be with us well into tuesday. thursday finally moving to the north and east. but, uma, we have to be very concerned for millions of people along the coast here. hopefully people are listening, it is a long holiday weekend and they need to make their preparations now. back 20 you. >> they need to brace for the winds and rain coming their way. janice, also, mother nature packing one-two punch with a 5.6 magnitude earthquake hitting oklahoma this morning. >> big deal. 5.6 magnitude. this ties for their strongest earthquake in oklahoma. and you can see some of the pictures we are getting in right now. moderate earthquake. so we are seeing some structural damage and images that are coming in. you know, bricks in houses that are coming to the ground, that kind of thing.
11:06 am
and certainly some of the stores we're seeing, products on the ground. so you know, this is a big deal. you can see within the last day or so, within the last ten days we've had several earthquakes here. but magnitude 5.6 is obviously a big deal for north oklahoma when you look at the classification of the magnitude scale here, that's 5-5.9 is a moderate. a great earthquake is 8 plus. and that certainly hasn't happened in oklahoma. but they are feeling it. back to you. >> indeed. none the less, earthquake for that part of the world. thank you for the update. >> of course. it want to work with you to renew the bonds of trust between citizens and the bonds of faith that make our nation strong. >> that's donald trump making his pitch to the african-american community today while visiting a church in detroit. now, the republican nominee
11:07 am
receiving a warm welcome from parishioners there but it was a very different story outside the church where there were protesters who were very angry by his visit. peter doocy is live from detroit with the latest. peter? >> uma, donald trump said he came to this inner city detroit church to listen and to learn. and his remarks very well received by an enthusiastic crowd. >> becoming the nominee of the party of abraham lincoln, a lot of people don't realize that. abraham lincoln, the great abraham lincoln was a republican -- has been the greatest honor of my life. it is on his legacy that i hope to build the future of the party but, more important, the future of the country and the community. i believe we need a civil rights agenda for our time. >> that civil rights agenda trump says would be primarily
11:08 am
focus and making sure people in this community have jobs, better school, and an outlet to make sure the rest of the country is aware of the problems facing african-americans in cities like detroit. and trump's speech was very specifically tailored to this audience saying that african-american churches are one of god's greatest gifts to this country. now, from here at the great faith ministries trump and dr. ben carson went on to visit dr. carson's old house here in detroit. they had a friendly meeting with the woman who moved into carson's house 25 years ago. but, not everybody is so friendly. not everybody glad to see the gop nominee here. about 50 very aggressive protesters tried to breakdown a barricade outside the great faith ministries at one point trying to wrestle a temporary barricade away from security guards and the proes ters were not just upset about trump coming to town. they were upset with the man who invited him, pastor wayne t. jackson. pastor jackson did interview trump for the impact network, that's the only african-american
11:09 am
owned and operated christian television network in the country. we're not going to see clips of that interview which is an important part of trump's outreach to the african-american community. but we know that it went well because trump tweeted, thanks for having me, thanks for the interview. uma? >> peter, thank you very much. so donald trump is trying to make inroads with the traditionally democratic voting bloc. appearing at that church service for the first time in this election cycle. will his efforts have an impact? joining us now with some insight, governor mike huckabee, former 2016 gop presidential candidate, and the former governor of arkansas. welcome. great to have you here on the show today. >> thanks a lot, uma. great to be back. >> let me get your take on this. he was there in that church and it was a very different sounding donald trump in that -- take the microphone there. very interesting indeed because, you know, he was getting some flack from critics who were saying he's making an outreach to african-american voters but not speaking to african-american
11:10 am
audiences. so now he's doing that. what's your reaction to this? >> it's a very smart move on donald trump's part. i thought it was bold for him t. go to a place where most people wouldn't expect he should show up. i have long said republicans ought to be getting the votes of african-americans because for several decades the african-american community has been giving almost whole heartedly their votes to democrats and the result, it's been dismal. dismal educationally. dismal in terms of jobs. dismal in terms of the number of young african-american males who are imprisoned. economic opportunities lost and totally devastated. the families really been hurt by policies that have been thwart by the left. so i think it's a very, very significant move. and something that more republicans should have been doing for many years. >> let's talk about some of his words to that audience saying that he wants to listen and learn from the african-american
11:11 am
community and he wants to restore lincoln's legacy to the gop. what does he mean by that? >> the fundamental difference between the way the democrats and republicans approach the issue is the democrats approach it from the standpoint of groups. the you're a woman, you're in the group of women. if you're labor you're in the group of labor unions. if you're a minority, you're in the group of minority. and only the group gets better can you get better. republicans see things from a standpoint of each individual. each individual has freedom. each individual has liberty and opportunity. and you are not tied to a group. you're tied to your own aspirations and your own abilities and capacities. and when you begin to challenge people to rise above anything around them and achieve that which they dream, that's what changes people's lives. and it's the really fundamental difference, i think, between, if you will, the democrats and republicans and the left and the right. now, you know, people can choose
11:12 am
either one. but there is a difference in how we approach that aspect of application of personal freedom and personal responsibility. >> this has been a very busy week for donald trump. earlier in the week he was in mexico and then also in arizona talking about this specifics for his immigration policy. overall, how do you think he is fairing as a candidate this week given the fact that he is going to places where there are -- there's controversy and not everyone's very receptive but the fact that he's make that effort, how do you grade him? >> see, i think that's incredibly powerful. he went to mexico. nobody expected that we h would go. and those who were shocked that he went, his critics said, he'll blow it. either thing happened. he went. and he came across with a great deal of diplomacy. he was presidential. i think even his harshest critics had to say, gee, it was a good moment for donald trump
11:13 am
and it was. because it showed that he's a fearless person when it comes to dealing with issues and challenges that are in front of him. when he made that speech he was very specific in outlining ten very, very detailed things. now, there have been some criticism but i don't know how people can listen to that speech objectively and i mean objectively, and come away with anything other than here's a person who respects legal immigration, he respects the incredible benefits that have been brought to this country by those who have immigrated. i thought he paid enormous tribute to immigrants to america but he also made it very clear that the purpose of the american president is to put america first. and how anybody could find that offensive, frankly, uma, is beyond me. >> you know when you talk about security concerns and something that he's very passionate about but yet in a recent fox news poll when voters were asked who do they feel can handle security better, hillary clinton still
11:14 am
comes out on top. >> i cannot imagine why. i mean, this is a person who cannot keep anything private. she didn't even know that "c" stood for classified on top of those documents. she lost 13 different e-mail devices or at least had different ones even though she pretended that she only had one device to whole time. flat out lied about that. so how anybody could think that hillary clinton could be trusted with national security when she couldn't even be trusted with an e-mails that she said were nothing more than some communication about her daughter's wedding and yoga classes, i just don't think they're paying attention. they must be reading comic books and not the newspapers because even "new york times" and "washington post" reports, and they're so favorable to hillary, even they have had to acknowledge she is enshrined in scandal after scandal and in discrediting mess after discrediting huckabee, always
11:15 am
good to see you. i know you're keeping close watch as donald trump continues to outreach to different minority groups president in the country. donald trump getting his second intelligence briefing from u.s. officials this week. lieutenant general michael flynn joins me next to talk more about that briefing and the global threats that were discussed. plus, a document dump from the fbi shedding more light on its investigation into hillary clinton's private e-mail server. but gaps remain as we learn more about the questionable way her team disposed of some of that information. this smashing of this devices, the blackberry she had used over a dozen, which is just incredible, was probably the most secure thing she did related to her blackberry use. he is. but i'd like to keep being terrible at golf for as long as i can. new patented ensure enlive has hmb plus 20 grams of protein to help rebuild muscle.

welcome back, everybody. the fbi releasing a summary of its interview with mrs. clinton involving allegations that classified information was stored on her personal server. potentially putting national security at risk. you may recall the fbi did not recommend charges against the former secretary of state.
11:20 am
those documents raised further questions about her repeated claims that she handed over everything that was work related. >> i did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. there is no classified material. so i certainly well aware of the classification requirements. and i had not sent classified material nor received anything marked classified. i did not send classified material and i did not receive any material that was marked or designated classified. i believe and have said many times that i take classified material seriously. and there were no materials that were marked classified. >> earlier i spoke to the former director of the defense intelligent agency michael flynn
11:21 am
who says these documents raise further concerns. >> she should have known better and she should have known better from day one and i think that there's a reason why we're continuing to find out more and more about this. now i also think there's a reason why that we have 33,000 e-mails that were essentially bleach washed so nobody could getting access to them. why would you bleach wash yoga lessons? >> and e-mails about wedding plans. >> or wedding plans. >> right. >> bleach washing? that's extensive. she has severely impacted the nation's security by the leak -- by the disclosure of this information that she has disclosed that we've already learned about from the fbi director. so i just think it's a shame that the people of this country are not being told the total truth. >> she basically also answered questions regarding this information saying that she left
11:22 am
the handling of classified information to her subordinates. so she put it on them. >> again, she wants to be commander in chief. you know, a commander is responsible for all the good and all the bad that happens in their organization. is she going to now throw her subordinates underneath the rug? she's just going to -- how disloyal is that? how disloyal for somebody to say, well, you know, uma, i'm blaming it on you. you know? and i think -- i think that, you know, again, if she wants to be the commander in chief of this country, commanders take responsibility for all that is good in their unit and all that is bad in their unit. if she's going to say, well, it's my subordinate's problem, they're the ones to blame, oh, my god, i mean, i cannot imagine anybody that has ever served in our military, ever, that means all these other people out there in our country somewhere that are going to go vote, ever, listen in to this and saying, and going and voting for her.
11:23 am
i hope the american public do not become numb to this because we are talking about electing a president of the united states and commander in chief, sort of the two hats that a president wears, president and commander in chief, for some of the most sensitive things and frankly for our safety, for our safety, for this country's safety, the safety of our citizens b and she can't take responsibility for her own actions? you know, again, i just -- i look at this whole situation and i say, you know, when is this going to end? >> on thei issue of intel recently you were with mr. trump when he received his first intel briefing. >> right. >> you made some very interesting remarks at the time saying that the information that was presented in that meeting did not match the policies that were coming out of the white house. >> yes. >> can you explaund and on that? >> intelligence professional, and those were all very professional people and we had
11:24 am
another briefing today and mr. trump made it a point to let the group that briefed us today -- >> today was the second briefing. >> today was the second briefing. very enlightening in terms of what we learned. when an intelligence professional presents information, you know, then the policymaker, so the secretary of defense or the secretary of state or the president, they have to make decisions based on what they're given. so my comment from the previous briefing that we received was that the intelligence that we had received is in stark contrast, it's 180 degrees out from what actions political and policy actions that we're seeing being executed in the middle east, let's say, so the intelligence was like stark. it was like, whoa, so you kind of go, what are we doing here? >> is there anything that really surprised you from some of the information that you were receiving today in this briefing? >> one word, cyber.
11:25 am
cyber. >> okay. >> so i -- >> that threat is real. >> yeah. cyber is a very real threat. i don't think -- i mean, if you had your credit card hacked or your had some money stolen out of your atm, bank, something like that. i don't think that people realize just how much our nation's critical infrastructure, so health care, telecommunications, transportation, defense, you know, and government, you know, and other aspects of our nation's critical infrastructure, electrical grid is under attack. so one word, cyber. and i would say that we -- we are -- we, as a nation, we are going to have to continue to pound away at this capability to build the capacity that we need and, frankly, we're going to have to do a lot more given if big state actors who are involved in this effort in a big way, as well.
11:26 am
frankly, they continue the threaten us every day. >> can you give us a little bit more insight into how mr. trump is during these meetings? very focused, asking a lot of questions? give us a sense of the candidate when this is going on. >> absolutely. and that's a great question. thanks for asking. the kind of dynamic interaction -- and i think as i look at the body language from these very fro feprofessional intelligence analysts that are there and watching donald trump interacting with them, is very collegial, it's very sort of cooperative but it's very dynamic and questions that i think are very surprising to them about the depth of knowledge from, in this case, from mr. trump, about the issues that they're talking about. people can't see that. the american public can't see that when you get into these types of briefings, but they're very sensitive briefings. it's very thorough information. it's good information. and then the real good give and
11:27 am
take. and it's actually -- i actually enjoy it. i enjoy it because, to me, it's sort of my bread and butter and as i watch mr. trump go through this and it's re-enforcing what he believes in terms of america's role in the world today, where we are and then how we need to be acting. >> now, as to those fbi notes, it has forced the clinton campaign into damage control mode. how they are responding to the new revelations. plus, donald trump paying a visit to a black church in detroit seeking support from african-american voters. will his visit make a difference? >> i'm here today to learn so that we can, together, remedy injustice in any form and so that we can also remedy economics so that the african-american community can benefit economically. y heart. eating better, keeping healthy.

i'm claudine and i quit smoking with chantix. by the time i was 30, i said "that's it,
11:31 am
i'm a smoker for life." i wanted to be a non-smoker and i did it thanks to chantix. along with support, chantix (varenicline) is proven to help people quit smoking. chantix reduced my urge to smoke some people had changes in behavior, thinking or mood, hostility, agitation, depressed mood and suicidal thoughts or actions while taking or after stopping chantix. some had seizures while taking chantix. if you have any of these, stop chantix and call your doctor right away. tell your doctor about any history of mental health problems, which could get worse or of seizures. don't take chantix if you've had a serious allergic or skin reaction to it. if you have these, stop chantix and call your doctor right away as some can be life-threatening. tell your doctor if you have heart or blood vessel problems, or develop new or worse symptoms. get medical help right away if you have symptoms of a heart attack or stroke. decrease alcohol use while taking chantix. use caution when driving or operating machinery. most common side effect is nausea. this is for real. i'm a non-smoker. ask your doctor if chantix is right for you.
11:32 am
welcome back, everybody. as we've been reporting donald trump continues his outreach to the african-american community, hoping to make inroads come election day. his stop today at a black church in detroit making news as he tells parishioners he wants to listen and learn from them. african-american voters make up 80% of the population in that city. the republican nominee telling congregants he has their best interests at heart. >> i believe we need a civil rights agenda for our time. one that ensures the rights to a great education, so important, and the right to live in safety and in peace and to have a really, really great job, a good paying job, and one that you love to go to every morning. >> and joining us now with more
11:33 am
reaction to donald trump's efforts, former super bowl champion bur jis owens who has been very outspoken with his criticism of the democratic party and its relationship with african-american voters. he's also the author of "liberalism or how to turn good men into whiners, weenies, and wimps." welcome. great to have you on the program today. >> thank you, uma. very topical discussion here. >> absolutely. i want to get your first impressions as you take a look at the video that's making news today of donald trump in detroit. trying to make a connection there with voters in a very specific way. how do you see it? >> well, first of all, it's so refreshing. i happen to be very proud to have come from my segregated black community, one that was successful. it's so refreshing to hear somebody talking about this after eight years of black president who didn't. and i hope the people really take the time to understand we're looking for answers. it's now time for the promises of 60 years to go away and deal with the real issues of people
11:34 am
that are suffering. black misery is at all time high and it's under democratic policies. so it's nice to hear that somebody is talking about it, going to detroit, going to these places that need to see it and see these changes. >> so you're among those who really believe that the democrats take the african-american vote for grant granted? >> absolutely. and it's historical. my book talks about it in detail. i guess if i can just say this because i do agree, i disagree in a big way with black lives matter and this young quarterback who just did demonstration recently but we can agree on one thing. we can agree there's black oppression. i'm going ask them to join me, stand with me to ask john lewis, elijah cummings, the black caucus, to retire immediately. they have done absolutely nothing for the black race for the decades they've been in place other than vote and support 100% with no backbone whatsoever the anti-black policies of the democratic party. so i was fortunate to play with two great quarterback, joe
11:35 am
namath and jim plunkett. we all retired when we could no longer produce. it's time for these democrats, their results in the cities that the top of the list at black misery. it's time for help to retear immediately and for those who don't want to, which they won't, it's time for us to educate their communities that we need to work against them to get them out of there. all of these black democrats, get rid of them. >> it was interesting mr. trump did make specific mention of trying to make a difference, to try to improve the lives of young black men. let's listen to what he had to say there for a moment. >> nothing is more sad than when we sideline young black men with unfulfilled potential, tremendous potential. we're one nation and when anyone hurts we all hurt together. that's so true. so true. >> why do you think right now there are so many people within the african-american community who really mistrust donald trump
11:36 am
and really don't even want to listen to what he has to say because they already have preconceived notions of what he represents? >> well, it's actually a part of this is what the democratic party has done to our race. they have convinced us it's okay for group think, for blacks to think with their skin. at the end of the day we have 83% of black teen males unemployed across the country. 70% of black men forsake their family, leave their kids and marriage, across the board. i'll llliteracy has gone throug roof. these issues that we need to talk about and is not white people doing it to us. it's policies. it's a policies of democrats. if we educate ourselves and understand that what these policies have done, for decade, for decade, will start to see where we are and it's not because of white, rich, republicans. it's those who run the communities where there's black misery is the high sgles doesn't criticism have to go to the gop because for so long the gop felt it couldn't make inroads at all
11:37 am
so it just decided to side step making some of those overtures because they felt like there was no way they could have any impact? >> uma, you just hit it on the head. my book taukz about political free agency. we need to as race start look at principle values first. if we're capitalists. stop vote for democratic socialists. if we're christians, stop voting for democratic athiests. no matter how poor we are, keep our kids segregated in the poor black bad schools, and if we believe the sanctity of life, it's time for us as a race, for those who believe this, to stand up and stop voting for these black and white democratic singers who believe our kids are nothing but weeds. we are pull our race back by being political free agents and make the democratic party and the republican party work for our vote. be accountable. we do that, we cannot only, i think, bring our race back but i
11:38 am
do believe small minority of 26% of americblack americans who fe way i do, we can bring our country back. >> thank you so much for joining us with your insights. it's a great book. i urge people to check it out. thanks so much. and take good care. >> real pleasure. thank you so much. well, the clinton campaign under heavy pressure as republicans intensify the attacks over the e-mail scandal. this after the fbi releases more documents from its investigation into her use of a private e-mail server. brian yen is live in our newsroom with more on this story. >> there are striking rev ligss from these documents. the fbi notes on their investigation of hillary clinton and her private e-mail server. among the biggest bombshells is that during her interview with the fbi she told investigators at least 35 times that she could not remember key details about her e-mails. she could not recall when she got a security clearance or ever
11:39 am
even training on handling classified information and she also could not remember receiving specialized training for managing the u.s. government's most closely held secrets known as special access programs. but the same week clinton became secretary of state she signed two nondisclosure agreements where she said she knew the rules and that violates these agreements could result in criminal charges. the democratic nominee also said she did not recall the details surrounding the set-up of her private e-mail but that it was a set-up as a matter of convenien convenience. critics are not buying that. clinton simply -- that clinton simply forgot or did not remember these key details. donald trump releasing a statement, quote, after reading these documents, i really don't understand how she was able to get away from prosecution. a clinton campaign spokesman providing a more positive spin releasing a statement that reads, we are pleased that the fbi has released the materials
11:40 am
from hillary clinton's interview as we had requested, while her use of a single e-mail account was clearly a mistake and she has taken responsibility for it. these materials make clear why the justice department believed that it was no basis to move forward with this case. we also learned that clinton herself was concerned that her private e-mail service had been hacked after receiving a suspicious e-mail from a known associate. among other things, we also learned clinton had 13 mobile devices and the phish was unable to recover any of them. in part, because the "american idol"s to bill clinton used a hammer to break old clinton blackberries. >> thank you very much. now the topic of secure ourg nation's southern border at the top of donald trump's to do list, so what exactly does that mean? up next, you're going to hear more about the concerns at the border from someone who is directly involved with protecting our borders.

infrastructure. that infrastructure, proper road along the river, communication towers so agents can talk to one another and having the proper weapons and technologies with tower cameras that are locate aid long the border. >> so it's been very frustrating from your point of view, particularly the fact that you may be arresting or stopping people who do come into this country illegally only to find that you have to release them and you can't send them back? >> and that is the case, uma, through executive orders and through prosecutorial discretion that's what's happening. most of people we apprehend get released in the country and do not get deported and a very serious concern. now, with the limited amount of manpower we have it's very difficult to adequately patrol the border. keep in mind that if we don't have enough agents out there there's going the people that are going to get away and we do not know who those people are. the only people that we know who are catching are the ones we're actually catching but, guess what, there's a lot of people
11:48 am
that we're missing and they're coming into the country undetected and we do not know who they are. may be people coming to work, cartel members, or terrorists. we don't know. it's very hard to tell. >> and that's what's making it very frustrating for all of you. i'm sure that it hurts morale for you folks working these long hours trying to protect our borders. >> well, yeah, uma, think about as border patrol agent, if you're assigned to a specific area along the border and you do not have the proper manpower and you do not have the proper infrastructure and roads to get to specific areas along the border pretty much committing suicide if you go to these specific spots. they go out there and try their best but it's a losing battle and it's difficult for everybody and it's not safe. it's irresponsible. it's reckless. we should do something about it. >> let me ask you quickly, though. would a wall make a difference? without ploliticizining this is at the moment, would a wall stop and be a deterrent? >> yes, uma, a wall will work.
11:49 am
lit be a deterrent because not only by building a wall, not only are we creating a physical barrier along the border but it also we're going the bring that infrastructure. example, right now our agents don't have the ability to have lateral movement along the border. and it's very difficult for us to a actually patrol and secure the boarder because we don't have roads or the technology. when we talk about border security a wall will work but we have to make sure we have proper manpower, communication towers. most importantly we have to make sure we have an administration that wants to secure the border. >> good to see you. thank you for joining us once again, giving us your perspective because you are there on the ground and you see what's happening every day firsthand. appreciate it very much. all the best to you. >> thank you. coming up, a second chance at life from a family dog pulled from a run. how rescue crews found this golden retooefer more than a
