believe it or not. andrew cuomo says enough is enough. this is better for businesses. especially for those in new york state. you have a lot of folks who want to get up early watch soccer games or cricket in the early morning hours. now they can do it. restaurants in new york. new york state 10:00 a.m. you can get the mimosa or beer or whatever you want and some restaurants can apply for licenses for service as early as 8:00 a.m. the distillery up st to emerge. it is a whole new try to new york. this will make it easier for distilleries to produce heart alcohol if you will. also wineries like they do in california will offer these large bottles of wine that you can buy without having it labeled and bottled. they do it in napa and here.

what you do as a commander you listen to your experts and you make a decision. who does that, who does that well and who can i trust. >> with the candidates last night did you hear that from either one? >> from last night and looking at their track records and looking at the current policy, this this is side by side i would have to say trump came out better than hillary clinton on those characteristics. >> you would agree with a lot of the military. there were a lot of polls going around. this one sticks out when asked among our military who they think is the most presidential. you look at the numbers trump beating clinton 55 percent to 36 percent. what do you think it is specifically about trump's message right now that is more appealing to our military?

>> i think it is the 25 years experience with hillary veterans. the first big military cuts happened when hillary was first lady under bill clinton and under obama we had everything cut. we had more missions and less personnel to do it. the military knows that. you don't have parks, you don't have staff seeing people be ripped. they know that. they look at donald trump and say what are you going to do? he has strength like reagan in building the military. it helps to have 88 generals and admirals endorse you as well. >> one of the other things we heard from donald is dealing with immigrants. he said undocumented immigrants may be able to serve in the military. listen to this and i want your
