hannity, @sean hath handity on twitter. 57 days mondayological election day. buck 'em up. it's going to be a great ride. we'll continue on monday. see you then. breaking tonight, hillary clinton apologizes after insulting trump voters on the campaign trail in new york city. hello, and welcome to justice, i'm judge jeanine pirro thanks for being with us tonight. so, i go on vacation. i come back. and i have this open all planned. and last night, hillary clinton says this -- >> you can put half of trump's supporters into what i call the basket of deplorables. right? the racist, sexist, homophobic,
6:01 pm
xenophobic. islamo phobic. you name it. and unfortunately, there are people like that. and he has lifted them up. now, some of those folks, they are irredeemible. but thankfully they are not america. >> i am a friend and supporter of donald trump, and donald trump is now neck-and-neck with hillary clinton. so hillary is basically calling a huge portion of america deplorable and irredeemible. now, i don't consider myself deplorable, but since you started it, hillary, let's have at it. hillary, you bow to and take money from countries who throw gays off buildings. you take money for your so-called charity from countries that don't allow women to drive,
6:02 pm
a so-called feminist who supports countries that force women to cover every part of their bodies but their eyeballs. and you want to call us islamo phobes? on the eve of the 15th anniversary of 9/11, if i'm from lower manhattan, san bernardino, or orlando and i'm afraid of a muslim jihadist i'm annis islamo phobe? hillary, it sounds pretty reasonable to be fearful of them to me. and you -- you, hillary, the queen of black lives matter, you want to call me a racist? and you continue to trash talk the trump supporters. >> but that other basket of people are people who feel the government has let them down, the economy has let them down, nobody cares about them, nobody
6:03 pm
worries about what happens to their lives and their futures. and they are just desperate for change. >> hey, hillary, you got that one right. we are desperate for change. and you sure ain't it. you are as establishment as it gets. and, yes, we're fed up with your kind of government where the attorney general secretly mets with your husband while you are the target of an active criminal investigation with no less than 100 fbi agents, and you come out days later promising that you will keep her on as attorney general if you become president. you're right, we're fed up with your kind of government, where the skruks of s&ped evidence with hammers and bleach bit and decleat buttons are tolerated, where you simply ignore s&p ggn
6:04 pm
subpoenas and ignore federal documents, where the head fbi when called on to explain before congress why -- you are, hillary, so right, we are fed up. and hillary, since you started the name calling, hillary, you are a liar, and a pathological one at that. you're a cheat. you're dishonest. you are condescending. you are arrogant, contemp tuesday, and if you think that your half-assed apology will wipe the slate clean, you are wrong. it takes you 17 hours to figure out that you had to apologize? the ordinary people, hillary,
6:05 pm
the people who have to follow the law, who have no choice but to pay their taxes, who have to work two and three jobs, who fight for all of us, many of whom come back with fewer limbs don't want a president who hates us. we don't want a president who thinks that we're deplorable. and on this, the eve of the worst terror attack on this great nation's soil by islamic terrorists -- i can't trust a president who doesn't think that i'm worthy of being an american. and that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page, or twitter, #judge jeanine. with we now democratic
6:06 pm
strategist marianne marsh. marianne, in case you can't tell, i am infuriated. and i don't think it's funny. >> welcome back, judge. i hear you. >> i don't think it's funny marry auchblt was she off her game or what's wrong with her? >> i don't think she apologized. when you look at her statement she doubled down. and the surprising thing is everything she said last night she has said weeks previously. she has given speeches about it. this is not the first time or second time or third sooim time she made these comments, she aid it throughout the campaign. i think the surprising thing is it's the first time the trump campaign has objected to it. that's the only thing that's different here. >> okay. i'm objecting to it. you see, marianne, they are neck-and-neck. and she says that you can put the trump campaign into a basket, half of whom are deplorable, racist, sexist, misogynists, xenophobes, and the rest are just like losers. i am an american. i come from a family of veterans. and for her to suggest when
6:07 pm
she's the one who claims she is a feminist and is taking all this cash and her husband is taking all this cash from countries that don't even believe in women's rights -- i mean, she's talking out of both sides her mouth. and by the way, marianne, while we're at it and then we'll give you a chance to talk -- i just -- and thank you for saying welcome back. i just read that fbi report. she said she had one blackberry for convenience. shoot 13 black buries and five ipads. come on. aren't you embarrassed? >> no. rooid read the report, too. and on page 20 where it says there was nothing in the header. we both read the report. >> i'm not talking about the headers. the woman said she had one blackberry. she had 13 blackberries and they were crashing them with hammers and they were destroying them. and five ipads. why does she lie like that? >> it was going -- 13, if you read the report you noted it goes back to when she was in the
6:08 pm
senate through the time she was secretary of state. most people turn through those every two years. let me address your point about her statement last night. she didn't call people losers and didn't call you names either. >> i am a trump support and and i'm in one of those two baskets. >> if you put yourself in there, then. >> she put me in them. i know who i am. >> i never heard you say the things that she has discussed, which is she pointed out that there are people who are racist who are islamo phobic, who are homo foep phobic, who are xenophobic, go down the list. >> oh, and they are all on transfer's side. all the bad people in americas are on trump's side? what did she do -- >> they have come out and end'arced donald trump, and donald trump -- unfortunately, judge, i hate to point this out, but donald trump has made many deplorable comments about women, about african-americans, about muslims, about meks kanes, about
6:09 pm
president obama, about -- >> she is talking about he moo. i have got to stop you. marianne, you are my friend. please, this is not about trump or her. she's talking about me. she's saying that because i support trump, i am a xenophobe, a racist or someone -- >> that is not what she said. >> or someone who does not represent america. >> that is not what she said. that is clearly not what she said. and the other part that you referred to, losers the other part are the people who have been wronged by the government, by the economy, who feel that they played by the rules and got played for fools. so those are the two groups she sees that support the trump candidacy. and donald trump does play into that by many of the comments he makes. i will point to one thing, and it shows you the dilemma many republicans are in. speaker of the house, paul ryan, when donald trump criticized judge corps yell because his parents were born in mexico and claimed he couldn't do nis job because of it, paul ryan said that criticism is a definition of racism. yet. >> good, good.
6:10 pm
>> paul ryan still supports donald trump and told hillary clinton she should apologize. >> marianne, you are changing the topic. the reason i'm so angry, marianne. >> okay. >> is because she's coming after us. and i guarantee you that it took 17 hours to apologize probably because she was sleeping, because she -- her people had to convince her, hey, hillary, you are going to lose this election. it's neck-and-neck. and if you don't apologize to those people, you're going to lose. last words. make it fast. >> two things, judge. okay. you are not the head of breitbart news, steve bannon, who now runs donald trump's campaign who self identifies as the alt-right. there are plenty of examples i could give. we could go on and on. the reality is the race isn't quite as close as you think it is. she has more paths to victory than donald trump. but it is a close race. i've always said it will be a close race. it will be close through november. but i think you have really misunderstood her comments last night. and i think that's unfortunate.
6:11 pm
>> yeah, well, you know what? english is my first language and i'm pretty smart alz it goes. thank you marianne, marsh. >> good to see you judge. now to my panel. all right. boris epstein with the trump campaign, and chris haughn. i have got to tell you a lot of people are upset about this. do me a favor, i want to have a smart discussion about this. >> yes. >> i am outraged by what she said. and i'm not going to let you go off on this, boris. chris, what i want to know is this. when she made that statement, was that statement a mistake? >> absolutely. i am -- and by the way -- and when i saw this this morning when i woke up and i knew i was coming on with you tonight i said oh, my god i better bring rows for the judge. she is going to be thinking this is about her. so on behalf of every democrat pundit in america judge it's okay, i don't think she was talking about you and she should regret it.
6:12 pm
you should never talk about your opponent's supporters. you talk about your opponent. >> you know what that is, that's the saul alinsky approach where you marginalize and demonize the enemy. >> i have been accused -- people out there say liberals are this, republicans are that. all of nothing is nothing. people support a candidate for a variety of reasons, some of them rational, some of them irrational but all are base on something in their personal alives. you cannot never take an attack out on a person's supporters. you say where you are the better candidate, why your opponent differs. >> does it hurt her? >> i don't think so. i don't think this election is about hillary clinton anymore. i think it is a referendum whether or not donald trump is fit to be president. >> not anymore. >> i disagree with that. hillary clinton has been hated in public for 25, 30 years. the public is just getting to know donald trump, and they don't hate him. they may disagree with things he said. for donald trump it's words. for her, it's been actions, she
6:13 pm
has been wrong in her actions as secretary of state. now it's words for her, too. this was disrespectful, it was deplorable really for her to say that. here's the question, what else has she been saying at the fund-raisers that we don't know about? she has been hiding from the media almost a year. what else has she said? what is truly in her mine? now it's coming out. >> when you said that at the fund-raisers, i had to reach out for notes. do you know when you said that, i wanted to say what else has she said at wreath events like goldman sachs when she gave these speeches. did you know this week goldman sachs put out a memo and said no employees are allowed to give donald trump money. goldman sachs put out a memo? it was in the wall street journal. are you kidding. >> this hurts her with the bernie sanders voters. that's what hurts the most. they are disenfranchised. they feel wronged by the establishment. and this sort of statement at a
6:14 pm
fund riser -- it is at a nice place. she went to sip cocktails with barbara streisand. let me finish. ohio, pennsylvania, florida, that's not what the voters want. >> now that she said this i am reminded of mitt romney's 47%. there was some truth to it and he paid dearly for it. >> he did. >> all right. there is no truth to half the basket are the deplorables and they are not america. i'm as america as you get. my father, you know, was on a ship to nagasaki. my grandfather stormed the beach in normandy. i'm infuriated. >> i don't think it hurt mitt romney as bad as the media made it out to be. i think the election was pretty much set at that point in time. i don't think it hurt him. i think it played into a narrative that he was out of touch and thought people were beneath him. >> she is a terrible politician. >> she is not. she is a terrible candidates.
6:15 pm
>> i am not saying she is a good one. she has been through the ropes for 30 years. >> two elections, not hardest elections. crushed in '08 by a freshman senator. almost got crushed by a 47-year-old in the primary. and now they were talking about how the republican party is going to give up on drufr. now we are leading in florida, pennsylvania and ohio. >> donald trump's mistake ising great leader and he is a dictator. >> he said he was a better leader than the democratically elected president of this united states. >> let's talk about her health. okay. i'm reading the fbi report. i come back from vacation. i'm all excited i want to show everyone my pictures. >> how was it. >> i can't show you pictures. too much news. >> hamptons? >> no. way far away. anyway she says she can't
6:16 pm
remember half the stuff because she had a concussion and then she had a brain clot. then she doesn't remember anything. now she has no events. trump is quadrupling her and doing more events. the woman can't remember stuff. she is tripping. she is coughing. dr. drew lost his job, i'm reading because he said she has health issues. is she going to make it to election? >> yes, she is perfect lee healthy. drufr has to do it. that's all his campaign is. he doesn't have a ground game. >> hold on. you are incorrect. we have a great ground game. >> now they have ground game. >> i don't care about the ground game. i'm talking about the stamina. i want a president who is going to be working 18 hours a day this. woman was sleeping for 16 hours. >> let's get a real doctor to examine donald trump. >> yeah, fine. >> i know he is friends with putin. i hope he doesn't do a shirtless horseback riding trip with him. >> you want to talk about
6:17 pm
hillary. she warranted the reset button. isn't obama the one who said tell them after the election. >> donald trump said put out your health records i'm putting out all mine. >> he is non-stop, the enginizer bunny. >> if you look at their schedules from august to now, event, event, event, and she has done fund-raisers. >> they are telling me to pull it up. >> she raised $134 million. >> what for the fun dags? did she move the catch from here to here? did they fly it in on the plane. >> the clintons have always been good at making money. >> don't talk about the fun dags. >> you want to talk about the trump foundation. >> there is no issue there whatsoever. >> no issue? >> no issue.
6:18 pm
>> 12 events, trump had between 25 and 36. by the way, most of her events they have to add walls because nobody shows up. his, there are blocks. >> crowd size do not equal votes. ask bernie sanders. >> yeah. >> bernie sanders went from 5% to 50%. he did pretty well. >> everybody, that was a real free for all. i apologize. boris epstein -- it's our first day back. next, donald trump -- all right guys. shhh. donald trump versus hillary clinton on national security. we've got a retired general and trump supporter reamo butt le standing by to talk live about that and more. and later the fbi says that hillary's aids destroyed her black buries with a hammer. so you know where i had to go with that one. and you can't miss this. so, a judge walks into a hardware store with two fwroers

tonight, the safety and security of our country is at stake. with election day only weeks away. my next guest is one of the 88 retired military generals and admirals who endorsed donald trump for president, reamo butler joins me now. good evening, general. thanks for being with us this evening. you initially said that it was a difficult decision for you but you made the decision to endorse donald trump. quickly, why? >> judge jeanine, welcome back, and i want to say, you are fired up tonight. >> do you think? general, do you think i have reason to be? >> each person has its own reason, but you are fired up. i'll answer the question now. >> okay. >> as i've said earlier, it was a very hard choice for me to decide to support donald trump. after listening to him,
6:24 pm
listening to both candidates, donald is very, very strong on defense and the military. and that is one of the things that garnered my support. the other, he has called many people that i know, former military officers, to guide him. and these are people that i have lot of respect for. >> right. >> and i know that they are going to give him the best advice possible. if he listens to that advice we are going to do well. >> okay. let me move from that. here we are, general, on the eve of 9/11. the -- hillary clinton has indicated that she will not send ground troops to fight isis. and are you confident or comfortable with the possibility of ever being able to defeat isis with that kind of approach?

blower charles or tell who exposed ge before the crash, and columnist for the pittsburgh post gazette, jack kelly. good evening, gentlemen. i'm going to start with charles. the clintons say their foundation is a force for good n. kt park bill clinton came out this week and actually said that he is kind of like be robin hood taking from the rich and giving to the poor. is there any truth to that? >> i think it's just the opposite. i think it's robinhood in reverse. in fact what he is doing is standing in front of money that's destined for poor and desperate people around the world and diverting it to his rich cronies and maybe even to his own. the thing about the clinton statement, no one knows because they have never had an external audit of their financial records since 1997. no one really knows. >> you did the investigation that basically identified the fraud that was going on in ge. and right now you are making some statements that should have
6:34 pm
been uncovered by attorney general -- attorneys general across the united states? >> yeah, this fraud like many frauds starts small in 1997. this was supposed to be a library and research facility only in little rock. and it never got legally complying audits from the beginning when they built the building out in little rock. and it has grown and grown and grown. and it's such a huge embarrassment that the politicians i think in both parties don't want to get to the truth. >> jack kelly, you have written about this in an historical context. how do you explain what charles is saying? do you agree with charles? >> well, what charles and primary charles and a handful of others have done is expose what's not nearly the greatest political fraud in american history. it's greater than all the others combined. and it's -- the whole point of the e-mail scandal was to cover up the play for pay.
6:35 pm
>> yep. >> that's involved with the clinton foundation. >> you know what's interesting, jack, is this week we find out that blackberries were destroyed with hammers. and after federal subpoenas were served, you know, lawyers from the clinton foundation get on the phone with plat river, and you know, at that point, three weeks later, they use bleach bit and destroy the records. but what percentage, charles, of the foundation's money goes to charities? i mean, do we even know? >> you just are guessing, we're just guessing. the real -- in these type of frauds the real step is not even in the numbers that you see. it's money is sent towards the clinton foundation and nobody really knows how much money is diverted before it hits the books. that's the real issue. they have never had independent trustees. they have never had independent auditors. my estimate is about $100

billion minimum. in their books they only show $2 billion coming in -- >> $100 billion. counting all the affiliates, the global funds, euni take, haiti, there are many that are supposed to be disclosed in these books have you never have been. >> jack, have you found similar frustrations or numbers? >> what disturbs me the most are the security implications of some of this pay for play that hillary did as secretary of state. one was permitting the russians to acquire. >> the uranium. >> 20% of america's uranium. and the other is the development of a research center in russia, which is their silicon valley, which has become a transfer point for dual use, for military use technology for the russians.

>> that's right. and as we get ready for the debate if you are the clinton campaign you have to be concerned about a woman who can't talk off of script is going to get into a debate with donald trump, he's going to make her have not just this unforced error but many more. >> and you just see we've got a 49-48 according to cnn. >> you know, i -- you know, i'm sure that when hillary clinton or her team made the decision to say, you know, we really didn't mean it, that it wasn't something that she herself had thought of, seeing as it took like 16, 17 hours later. but what do you think it's going to take going forward for donald to pull this true? >> well, he has to have strong debate performances. and the advertising that's going to -- each campaign is going to do, those are going to be the two biggest deciding factors. judge, look, we are now at the point in the race, and you did
6:45 pm
today -- a wedding ceremony where two people made a commitment to one another. that's where voters are right now. they have got to start making a commitment to who their candidate is and who they are going to turn out for. the number of undecided even in the cnn poll, a pretty high number at this point in the election. what happens to those undecided voters? do they decide to stay home? there is certainly some indication for that as opposed to this being an election decided by swing voters, we are shaping up for an election that's going to be decided by base voters and the people most committed to their candidate are the ones that are going to show up of right now that potentially favors donald trump. >> i'm infuriated. and i can't imagine that any one of those people who are supporting donald trump after hearing that -- i mean, i don't want a president who thinks that i'm deplorable because she's not going to protect me. and she proikt ambassador stevens, she couldn't give him more security. i mean, it makes me crazy.
6:46 pm
anyway, let's go to her health, stamina. 59 days before the election. now, i think base uponed her coffee fits, based upon what i read in the fbi report, that she couldn't remember things because she had a concussion and then she had a blood clot, and then she had this and that. and then she needs people to help her walk. and then she had something in her ear because she can't hear or had to be. prod. and then the number of events she has been to versus done has been to, you know, i mean, i wonder if that stamina in the last 59 days is going to start showing. >> judge, who knows? only a doctor is going to tell whether she is healthy enough to be president of the united states. look, i think it's bigger than her health. i think this is her campaign team saying we need to protect her. we need to make sure we don't put her out. because the more we put her out, the more lies we have to defend and the more we have to clean up after messes like she just had
6:47 pm
with her comment about baskets of deplorables. i think the campaign is intentionally keeping her under wraps so she doesn't cause them more problems in trying to get her elected. >> okay. and finally in terms of those people in the states like pennsylvania that are tight right now, does the ground game matter? >> ground game always mattersings as we were just talking about. who turns out ultimately decides the election. we talked -- bill clinton, you think about his comments today a -- a couple days ago being critical of call people. -- cold people, i don't know if bill clinton remembers but there is a lot of coal people in pennsylvania. >> can i be a hillary clinton aide? watch me do my best impression of a hillary clinton aide. on street justice, next. nah, i'd never with a kid in the car. it's ok.

i have no money. you still going to vote for hillary? for them to destroy the blackberry with a hammer took a lot of work, a lot of intent. jim comey, if this ain't intent then there's no such thing. here's the evidence. next, i will take you along with me on a trip through my vacation photo album. we'll be right back. my belly pain and constipation?

i've heard it all. eat more fiber. flax seeds. yogurt. get moving. keep moving. i know! try laxatives. been there, done that. my chronic constipation keeps coming back. i know. tell me something i don't know. vo: linzess works differently from laxatives. linzess treats adults with ibs with constipation or chronic constipation. it can help relieve your belly pain, and lets you have more frequent and complete bowel movements that are easier to pass. do not give linzess to children under six and it should not be given to children six to seventeen. it may harm them. don't take linzess if you have a bowel blockage. get immediate help if you develop unusual or severe stomach pain, especially with bloody or black stools. the most common side effect is diarrhea sometimes severe. if it's severe stop taking linzess and call your doctor right away. other side effects include gas, stomach-area pain and swelling. talk to your doctor about managing your symptoms proactively with linzess.
