the surveillance camera shows the suspect mark pain an african american car back his car into a parking lot facing the store. several minutes goes by before he pulls out turns the lights back on hits the gas pedal plowing straight into the officer. the rookie officer is thrown up into the air and into the store window. another breaking his leg. the third officer jumping out of the way. the suspect then tries to fight the officer. amazingly the rookie and the sergeant that jumped out of the way they were able to get up, taz and arrest the man. >> he got propelled into the glass, got up and fought this guy and got him in custody. >> unbelievable. a real hero. >> he is now facing three counts of attempted murder this morning. two officers are still in the hospital at this hour but all three are expected to be okay. >> we will check back with you.
