the surveillance camera shows the suspect mark pain an african american car back his car into a parking lot facing the store. several minutes goes by before he pulls out turns the lights back on hits the gas pedal plowing straight into the officer. the rookie officer is thrown up into the air and into the store window. another breaking his leg. the third officer jumping out of the way. the suspect then tries to fight the officer. amazingly the rookie and the sergeant that jumped out of the way they were able to get up, taz and arrest the man. >> he got propelled into the glass, got up and fought this guy and got him in custody. >> unbelievable. a real hero. >> he is now facing three counts of attempted murder this morning. two officers are still in the hospital at this hour but all three are expected to be okay. >> we will check back with you.

thank you. >> and turning now to the race for the white house donald trump gaining momentum. the gop nominee is gearing up for the affordable child care plan. what can webbings pekt from hillary clinton who is going to be back on the campaign trail. when will that happen? >> donald trump is closing in on hillary clinton in a series of key battle ground states. but he still has a big problem a double dig get deficit with female voters. that's when he enlisted ivanka to help him unveil a series of proposals to reach out to women. particularly in the suburbs a key area of working moms where both parties are working to get votes. mandatory paid maternity leave and tax credit for child care. we don't usually hear from the

republican presidential nominee. he is making a strong pitch not just to women but independent voters who side elections. he talks about how he will pay for such an expensive plan. he wants to dip into insurance unemployment funds. he wants 12 weeks of paid family leave he says has zero chance of getting through congress. very little meaningful policy work has been done. pie opponent has no child care plan. she never will, if it ever evolves into a plan it will never get done anyway. all talk, no action. >> trump taping an appearance on the doctor oz show. it will air tomorrow. he will talk about his health regimen and prepare to release records from a physical he went through recently. it will show he's in great shape to be the commander-in-chief as
