exactly. i'm sucking it all in right now. facebook.com/thekellyfile. i'm megyn kelly. this is "the kelly file." >> welcome to "hannity". tonight, donald trump has been pounding the campaign trail. earlier today he was in flint michigan reaching out to african-american voters. once again. and just hours ago he add rally this time in ohio. let's take a look. >> there's a movement. states are in play that no republican has ever come close to winning. stakes are in play that republicans fly over those states. me, we're going to land there. we're going to do a little fun. but we have -- we do, we have a lot of states in play that are not usually in play. in fact for many, many decades
10:01 pm
in some cases. just not in play for republicans. and they're really in play for us. i think we are going to have an unbelievable november 8th. got to get out and vote. got to get out and vote. thank you. so the people of the united states are truly, and you can see that by looking at this incredible crowd, ready for change. they're ready to discard a failed political establishment that disdains, disrespects and looks down on hardworking great people. this election is about a choice between the control of an

arrogant ruling class in washington, d.c. versus the hopes and dreams of everyday citizens. >> so after several huge rallies, like the one you just saw and the successful roll out of the comprehensive child care policy, donald trump is surging in key state. the recent bloomberg poll out of the must-win state of ohio, trump has taken a significant five-point lead in a four-way match-up polling at 43% to hillary clinton's 38% which is outside the margin of error. and that's not all. in another key swing state, nevada. brand-new monmouth university poll shows trump up by 2 point. cnn out with another swing state polling information and in ohio, trump tops clinton by five points. 46-41. also trump leading in florida. 47-44 over clinton. a new reuters poll shows trump is winning in the state of
10:03 pm
colorado while the "l.a. times" is showing a five point lead. joining us now with reaction, newt gingrich, you've been saying all along, there is something about you that irritates me when you're right all the time. i was with you at '94 and you told me months before after the republicans had been in the the wilderness 40 years that you guys would win and you did. you've been saying i have competently and calmly now for pretty significant period of time, you believe he has this election. he will win it. why? >> i think two things. one is i think trump represents a visionary new change oriented leadership. the speech he gave last night that, it was a terrific speech on raising children. on helping mothers. on families. something which ivanka trump had done a great job working on. as cathy moreland rogers.
10:04 pm
that is a solid positive speech that will appeal to many people, men and women, all over the country. you look at what he has done in other areas recently. his visit to detroit. where he really made a clear effort to say to every african-american, i really want to work with you for a better future. this is a guy really breaking out of the old order. at the same time, you have hillary getting worse and worse. i've been doing research, for example, i don't think this is public record yet, but her state department actually opposed raising the minimum wage in haiti from $3 a day -- >> i saw that, yeah. >> to $5 a day. think about this. not an hour. >> a day. >> $3 a day to $5 a day. how does hillary clinton run as a caring compassionate conservative -- >> wait, how does hillary
10:05 pm
clinton run and like when she said basket of deplorables and half the country is racist, sexist, misogynistic, and xenophobic, homo phobic, and i didn't know all massage any of the, zena phobic, homophobic, i didn't know all these conditions existed, when she takes money from country after country. tens of millions from the saudis and yet they kill gays and lesbians. persecute women. persecute christians and jews. they buy her silence and then accuse others of the very thing she is guilty of. >> that's right. this is a debate frankly that they aught to be prepared to go ahead on. if you were a gay or lesbian american, who you should be for. when you look at hillary clinton's record of taking money from genuinely homophobic societies. you look at the record of clinton and obama and john kerry at sending money to iran which
10:06 pm
kills gays, you have to say to yourself, this is something to profoundly hypocritical. that's frankly why i mentioned the haitian minimum wage. they pose as though they are friend of the poor but in haiti the clintons of the friend of the rich and actively fought against helping the poor. >> let me go back to the polling numbers again. now up in north carolina in a poll by by 3. in florida. and in ohio colorado and nevada and add to that iowa. close in michigan. 3 points in wisconsin. he is close in pennsylvania, virginia. how does he close the gap in these all important swing states? >> i think first of all, he continues what he's been doing. giving very solid speeches. been making very positive cases. he needs to lay out a very strong infrastructure plan for the whole country. continue to develop what he would do for example on health
10:07 pm
care, on the role of science and developing cures. there are a lot of things he can talk about that are positive. that bring together 80% of the country leaving hillary over here totally isolated. second he's got to continue his effort in the african-american community. we are beginning to see genuine movement as younger african-americans look up and go, you know, this hasn't worked. maybe i ought to give donald trump a chance. he will continue to campaign there while he is going to have a big impact. >> 58% since obama's been president increased black americans on food stampes. 12 million more americans on food stamps. lowest labor participation race since the 70s. lowest home ownership in 50 years. lowest recovery rate since the '40s. no president has gone an entire presidency without year of 3% gdp growth except this president. 1 in 5 american families not a
10:08 pm
single family member working, and by wait he will have accumulated more debt than ef other president before him combined. she can't run on that record though she says she is. she want run on iran, iraq, afghanistan, putin, china north korea or libya. the only thing she has left is to attack him and talk about the basket of deplorables. how should he react to that? >> i think he ought to give a couple of speeches about what is really deplorable. what is really deplorable is an american shot every two hours in chicago. what is really deplorable is children cheated by the detroit public schools. what is really deplorable is a government that is out of control. what is really deplorable is a border that's open. you can go down the list of deplorables. we will take hillary's language over here now let's talk about
10:09 pm
the real world for real people. >> isn't that such an arrogant statement where half the country is deplorable? >> more with newt gingrich after the break. plus, after collapsing as she did over the weekend, hillary's campaign released new information about her pneumonia diagnosis and her overall health. frankly, i don't believe it. but our fox medical aid team will be here and give their take. and kellyanne conway will join us and we will talk about the brand-new poll numbers. his debate prep and donald trump's health. that and more on this busy news night on hannity. it's time for the can-am yellow tag sales event. get a cash rebate of up to $2000 on selected models. or get the outlander l starting at $5,599. don't miss out. visit your local dealer before october 31st. can-am, the ride says it all.

flint and you couldn't drink the water in mexico. now the cars are made in mexico and you can't drink the water in flint. that's not good. >> i can only say in the strongest of terms that we can fix this problem. it's going to take time. it's amazing the damage that's been done. but we will get it fixed. and it will be fixed quickly if i'm elected. but it will be fixed quickly and effectively and flint will come back. most importantly bringing jobs back to flint. >> donald trump talking about the water problem earlier today in flint, michigan. we continue with the former speaker of the house. newt gingrich, you know, there are certain things i have found impressive especially in the last four or five weeks with donald trump. he decided to go to baton rouge and i went down there. it was devastated. nobody paid attention to it. then he goes to mexico and looked very presidential. then you watch donald trump. he has been in wisconsin black church. michigan black church. that was a predominantly black church. the people in flint have been treated horribly by every level
10:14 pm
of government they've been betrayed. he is saying to the black community and saying to women, i will give me a chance and let us fix problems that democrats have not fixed. isn't that what establishment republicans have said they wanted for years? >> you would think so. you know, two things about flint, one, it really is a terrible disaster. disaster badly handled from the local government, state government, and i think someone like trump would cut through the red tape and people in flint would be better off already if he had been president. but two flint is a case study, there are led pipes in flint built around 1901 or 1902. index cards are 45,000 index cards. they record where the various pipes are. kept in little boxes.
10:15 pm
it's that obsolete a system. trump commitment on infrastructure could not be better illustrated than in flint michigan and there are town after town, included in the national capital, where we need to look carefully for example of rebuilding water systems. trump's entire commitment he is a builder and knows how to get thing built. he will build a lot of stuff and i think flint example is a good example of where infrastructure is about real human beings, not just an abstract idea. >> i've been in a lot of fights lately with headline republicanes. you've got buzz feed, republicans privately panic at terrifying prospect of a trump win. and i say, okay, i'll use two words for everything. sue supreme court. repeal obama care. build the wall. radical islam. you know, education to the states, three words in that case. four words. you know, all of these issues,
10:16 pm
energy independence. these are massive differences. can you explain how that's not conservative, that agenda? it's inexplicable to me that these people are assisting, aiding and abetting hillary. >> you and i have a slightly different take on this. >> you're more mature and smarter and wiser. go ahead, lecture me. i deserve the correction. go ahead. >> it's not a correction. my view is, if you so love the past that you want to write off the future, then never trump makes some sense. cling to the failed ideas. cling to the failed bureaucracy. cling to what didn't work. cling to the war we didn't win. if that's what you want to do, that your right as a citizen. don't expect the rest of us to be impressed with it. you're so mired down in the past. so unwilling to see reality or see the future. >> that goes for mitt romney and their crew.
10:17 pm
for the wall street journal and their crew. for bill -- >> the wall street journal is sort of a mixed bag of some pro trump, some anti-trump. but the key point here is to suggest that there's any realistic alternative to donald trump, that's going to be conservative, is utterly out of touch with reality. >> you're right. see, you're so much nicer than me. i'm saying to them, you're aiding and abetting, our assisting. you own her bad decisions by sabotaging the person that would put originalists on supreme court. >> you're getting angry at people who are deranged. this is like going to a faculty cocktail party and get mad at them -- >> i hate when you show me up. being more mature than i am. we love you anyway.

10:21 pm
one is the report and the other is from lenox hill hospital. >> may i see them? >> sure. >> these are the reports from -- >> those are all the tests just done last week. >> apparently he is healthy as a horse. here now is the reaction from the fox medical aid team. dr. mark seagal and dr. samati is with us. here is the problem. you know and you know that there are certain doctors that want patients and they will do anything the patient wants, including prescribe drugs that they probably shouldn't give. true or false? >> absolutely true. >> true. >> i think when it comes to taking care of some patient at that caliber, and i have taken care of -- >> dr. feel good. >> i have taken care of a few presidents. and it is difficult to take care of this kind of celebrity type patient and you have to make sure you don't give in to what they are asking. >> there are some that will. >> sure. >> a good doctor would not.
10:22 pm
>> would not. >> okay. we know according to the white house doctor for the clintons when they were in the white house, dr. connie maryano, she is writing an upcoming memoir, hillary let the staff believe she had a pulled muscle instead of a blood clot. she had a civilinurse in civili clothes come with her. doesn't that sound like, if she did it once, why should we trust her now? and by the way, she lies about everything else. >> i don't know this doctor but i can tell you when it comes to diagnosis of deep veinous thrombosis, you may miss it. you have pain and swelling, so who knows what she was thinking, whether it was misdiagnosed or truth is not out there. >> and to add to that point and your point, sean, not everyone tells what is going on with their health or in a timely manner and we saw that this past weekend.
10:23 pm
>> all right. you are making it sound simple that she has hypo thyroidism, seasonal allergies. past history of deep vein thrombosis that we believe was cerebral veinal thrombosis because it was below the ear. >> she had deep vein thrombosis in late '90s. and then a blood clot on the outside of the brain. >> and that is the need for an anticoagulant. >> for life. >> and that fall in 2012 was quite a wallop. >> the wallop she told the fbi she couldn't remember being briefed about cybersecurity. which i don't believe either. >> but the thing is, she has a history of fainting. >> and lying. fainting and lying. >> let me just jump in. >> sorry. >> what i would say, the report we had on july 2015 had some information but we asked for more information. there is a lot more information
10:24 pm
here, sean, as opposed to a year ago. there is a calcium score test. cat scan from her chest. >> do you glean anything from that? >> yes. >> if she had pneumonia a week ago, her saturation which is 99%, that's good. the fact she has no fever now, vitals are stable, these are good things. >> this is bacterial pneumonia, they claim noncontagious and on a severe antibiotic. >> i treat this everyday in my office. we have more extensive record that show she had an upper respiratory, fever, she didn't get entirely better so on september 9th her doctor showed right middle lobe pneumonia. which is a normal place. but she had normal white blood count. she did not have a fever and was oxygenating well. this is still pneumonia. >> she fainted in 2012. they claim to say that -- why is there this impulse to lie and
10:25 pm
say oh, she is dehydrated? oh, overheated. they stuck with that as long as the liberal media let mer and even they couldn't buy it after we saw the video. >> the best thing that would have happened is that if two weeks ago or a week ago if we had this report there wouldn't be a lot of speculation. >> they didn't want to tell you she had pneumonia. >> you either have to go with the pattern of whatever her fall was and think there is a neurological issue going on or this recent event is a real diagnosis. on cat scan she is showing the right nodule -- >> i got it. fair. >> she has pneumonia, and i believe she has both things. a tendency it fall, tendency to faint, which is problematic if you're on blood thinners. >> yeah, if you're bleeding she could have internal bleeding in the brain. >> and pneumonia, is not something to take lightly. looks like she is --
10:26 pm
>> is there any chance they are covering up a major neurological issue which i believe is a possibility? >> they have a cat scan from march 2016 that is not showing a problem. >> how about an mri? >> i would like to see it. >> see if there was a tia or stroke. >> i would like to see an mri. >> investigating wikileaks e-mails show they are looking at drugs that could be used it treat parkinson's or other similar diseases. is there a chance that is real? why would you research those drugs? >> i don't have that information. you trust this. i don't trust it. >> we're not examining her and we don't have a record. that's the point. i want to see her records. >> is bacterial pneumonia noncontagious as they claim? >> she is being treated. she is stable. best thing they did is pull her out of the campaign. >> after she hugged people and shook their hands. >> she was on antibiotic
10:27 pm
previously for a few days. rule of thumb is if you are on antibiotics for a few days. >> well she was diagnosed friday and didn't take it until saturday. >> they have to be careful and i'm sure they know this, they have to have a medical team around her. if this happens again, this would be a big problem for her. she recovered well. a lot of information has come from last year to this year. this letter is a lot more impressive. >> if it's true. >> look, you know, i believe the letter is true. but as you said, we still don't have enough information about neurological issues. >> tom brokaw is right then. she should have a full neurological mark-up and show the results to the public. thanks for joining us. coming up, donald trump surging in the polls. his campaign manager kellyanne conway will join us next with reaction. also tonight, author red cline, giving information about

welcome back to hannity. gary burr, former secret service officer who served in the hing op-ed saying i protected hillary clinton in the secret service here's why her fainting video really scares me. here is the man himself, author of "crisis of character." also with us, author of "guilty as sin", ed cline is with us. gary, let's talk about it, why. tell us about the op-ed. >> what i saw, sean, the reason i wrote the op-ed is that clearly mrs. clinton was having a medical episode. i'm not a medical expert but i'm an expert on secret service procedures. the first video you see where
10:48 pm
mrs. clinton is leaning up, clearly her body is stiff. the if you second showing her standing there her head is raising further and further back. the woman on the left-hand side, staff member, has her hand under her arm clearly trying to help control her and support of her. when the van pulls up, everybody who has ever gotten into a vehicle a taxi, van, watch mrs. clinton's action as the van pulls up, she stares straight ahead, doesn't even acknowledge that the van is there. and then the african-american agent walks around to the van. he opens the door and then steps back and grabs mrs. clinton's left arm. the bald agent who i believe is the shift leader does something pretty unusual. he walks between the open van door and the protect gate and the reason he does that is because he knows she can't move without his help. he takes her right arm and the woman behind her grabs mrs.
10:49 pm
clinton under both armpits and they all start moving her toward the van. >> and she still collapsed. >> right. as they move her you can see she loses complete control to support herself. and then they pull her into the van as they push her into the van and they are so quick to try to get away from people seeing this that they actually move so fast that her shoe fell off and they left it on the sidewalk and on the street and somebody picked it up and handed it to the agent in the follow-up vehicle. this disturbs me greet greatly. >> i hate to be critical, though i do it and they do a good job and put their life on the line for all of our national leaders and it is an important job and we have to protect them, but there seems to be a circle that covered what was going on. >> right. that standard procedure. so that's standard procedure. everything they did was spot on to training. i literally, as you know, i was a uniform division officer but i worked at the training september
10:50 pm
and i used to help train agent in some of the skills. everything they did is correct. don't forget, they are not just protecting -- what they did wasn't unusual. they weren't really protecting mrs. clinton from a video camera, they are protecting her from someone with a gun. >> okay, look, but you are saying there is something seriously wrong with her. now there's a book by dr. connie mariano. do you remember her? >> i do. remember her well. >> okay. now apparently she was the white house doctor for the clintons. quote, i was assigned as -- i assigned a female nurse in civilian attire to accompany hillary on the campaign trail. i notified secret service she was on medication in the event she was injured, excessive bleeding would be dangerous and hillary lied that time telling her staff that she pulled a muscle rather than saying she had a blood clot. this is not the first time, correct? did you know that? >> no. yes, actually i did.
10:51 pm
i've learned it since then. she was a navy doctor. she was a captain when i met her. she retired as a one star admiral. none of this surprises me. and i realize they were supposedly released her medical records. i listen to the language. we're releasing medical records. i don't believe a thing on there. based on what i saw over the years of, for instance, mrs. clinton first claimed after the benghazi talk it was a video, and her husband saying he didn't have an affair. i don't believe a thing out of their campaign's propaganda. >> ed, we know most voters doubt hillary is telling the truth about her medical condition. and bill clinton says she frequently collapses. you the video of her going up the stairs in february.
10:52 pm
you have another democratic politician saying i gave a speech with her at the white house and saying she could barely walk up to the podium, for crying out loud. and then there was another point where hillary admitted she collapsed a few times. she's perfectly fine except for pneumonia. that's a problem. they don't tell the truth. i don't believe anything that their doctor is putting out. because they can get any doctor feel good to say anything they want. >> absolutely. i've been over 2 1/2 years reporting on her health. i've been speaking to friends and associates. they say when they visit chappaqua where the clintons live, hillary frequently faints or swoons. when she sits down she has to put her legs up because she's worried about blood clots, that she has huma abedin bringing her
10:53 pm
cold compresses. this is a tip of the iceberg. >> i agree with you. and the problem is the media is so dishonest and so corrupt, and so in the tank for her that they advance the phony narrative, oh, it was so hot outside. it was 75 to 77 degrees, and degrees breezy. and not hot. >> and pneumonia doesn't make you faint. >> there's one more thing. if you saw anybody else show the same behavior we saw mrs. clinton show standing there leaning up against the ballard, the secret service would have taken her to the hospital. that tells me whatever is wrong with her, aappear to be treating it, and they knew she was going to treatment either at the van or at the apartment. >> i agree, and, ed, you know she has control. they got in the car and i would argue that the new york post had
10:54 pm
it right. the reason she didn't want to a go to a hospital, then she would have to disclose her real condition. and they don't want to tell the american people the truth. >> exactly. >> it's possible. >> what happens if she now gets back on the campaign trail and she faints again? a second time? >> let's see what happens. >> that will be another set of lies. >> thank you guys very much. >> another set of stories. >> when we come back, an important question of the day straight ahead. when this busy family...

unfortunately, that's all the time we have left for this evening. we'll see you back here tomorrow night. hello and welcome back. i'm brit hume and this is "on the record." both donald trump and hillary clinton releasing medical records today. the real clear average of national polls tonight shows hillary clinton with a 2.3 point lead. her average is helped by a new quinnipiac poll showing a 5 point lead in a two-way race 4 point lead in four way race. that explains why her lead has slipped. there is good news for donald trump in couple of key states. bloomberg politics poll of likely voters in ohio gives him a 5 point lead, 48 to 43%. and a monmouth poll out in nevada 2 point lead not a bi
