was it what you thought you would find? >> not at all the clinton foundation spent more time and more money in colombia than any other country. it should an showcase of what the good they doing. we were intrigued when hillary clinton said she was very proud of the work the clinton foundation did in colombia and elsewhere. we believe the slogan, governor you don't know you don't know. we sent two reporters there with bodyguards and tran players and discovered everything the foundation is saying about their work in choppia does not jibe with the facts. people cited at discussion stories on their website, say they fit the clinton foundation program shortly after joining and they disappointed and some were left in debt, and others soviets like they were used for publicity purposes by the ton foundation. and the progressive activists, the union readers and environmental activities are angry at clinton foundation and they think that the oil company which is owned in part by the largest individual donor to the

clinton foundation, who got a sweetheart deal on gas and oil development in the country, spoiled the environment and displaced indigenous people and was supposed to create jobs for the displaced people and did not. so the progressive community in colombia is very angry at the foundation. they think they are union busters and environmental destroyers and friends of oil companies which in progressive land is not so great. >> you said as you mentioned that the people you were able to reach who are supposed to be beneficiary, say they lost money and many of them felt like they were used for p.c. there was wasted time and they thought the foundation was exploiting poverty and extracting money. you have had a response from the clinton foundation? >> the clinton foundation and we contacted them at the very beginning of the 4 1/2 month investigation and we repeatedly asked them for comment. we even sent them e-mail showing pictures and accounts in spanish and english of the we people with said they were used as

purchases and asked them to respond directly and instead we got a wall silence and followed by accusations from the very foundation, trying to get our story taken down at fusion.net. that is a news site. >> they tried to have the story taken down? >> they complained there were factual mistakes but did not site specifics because there are none, and, they think they can bully their way into getting news organizations to retract their negative stories. it makes you wonder how much they believe in free press. the ought response to credit s of the clinton foundation is they have high rankings by group s that are charities and one said they cannot get enough information to do the ranking but point to the programs where they have helped people and said the work is incredibly important on many levels and they have those who sing their praises. how do you explain this

eric, this is unusual in that it came from a private citizen's complaint and goes to one judge who then, now, takes it the next step and there arrest lot more steps to happen before there was potential indictment or conviction or jail time. this is just the beginning, right? that is the very beginning. a private citizen filed this and a judge authorized it to go forward. that could be a problem for christie. he has a couple of his officials in the cabinet who are already in trouble for this. it depends on what they say and what the subsequent charges are. what happens is, people start to talk. they get indicted, they start trying to make deals and hopefully for christie's sake, no one fingers him and said he is the guy he knew and we have proof because they have to proof it beyond a reasonable doubt. >> there is an interesting situation here and this normally would go to the prosecutor's office in the county but he was appointed by christie so this is the question of whether he should take this on and whether
