>> people have issues in this country about verifying the vote of every person. we need to have a solution to that problem. it has to happen at the states. my suggestion and i do this if i was donald trump. poll watchers, lawyers, state, counties, go out and be there. you're not going to solve the problem with an election system that has problems between now and the election. go out and be there to report on it. be out there to correct things when they happen. >> tucker, the other thing is, this is oftentimes what happens before a huge event. you'll go up if you're the coach of the team and say i'm concerned about the refereeing. i'm concerned that they're going to be intimidated by the crowd and get calls to go the other way. donald trump is lighting up the room saying, basically, you better not rig this system. i got my people looking out for it. >> it's not even about trump. a huge population of the country think the system is rigged. >> 41%.

hour. this morning, calls are mounting to remove patrick kennedy the state department undersecretary from the state department. he's one of hillary clinton's former lieutenants who is accused of trying to get the fbi to change the classification of one of her e-mails in exchange for more overseas jobs for fbi agents. by the way, the fbi just want to get into the action. they're banned from certain countries. fbi files known as 302s show the fbi describing the incident as a, quote, quid pro quo. hu here's what the state department has to say about the allegations on our show yesterday. >> we looked into this. the fbi looked into this. it's just not true. there was no quid pro quo even suggested or any kind of bargain laid on the table. what did happen is pat kennedy did talk to the fbi, as he did on other e-mail traffic, to discuss and try to better understand why they wanted something classified. >> the scandal could put hillary

that officer had been helping a driver who had a flat tire. luckily no one was seriously hurt. take a look at that aftermath. wow. well, car fires, recalls, and now samsung could face a class-action lawsuit. customers threatening legal action over the galaxy note 7. it's about economic injuries since they had to pay their bills even after those phones had been recalled. now, because flying with those phones is now considered to be illegal, samsung is setting up airport kiosks so travelers can turn them in before taking off. actually a good idea. and a mother is sounding the alarm this morning after a stranger picks up her baby at a store when she just turns around. she's not looking for just a second, and this happens. chilling surveillance video from a texas grocery store shows a man casually snatching the child from that cart until the baby's legs get snagged in the seat cover. the mom grabs her back and
