remember the feud we have been talking about between doug band and chelsea clinton, who was taking on a bigger role at the foundation and was upset about hearing that he was trading on the company name. a new e-mail suggesting that band was under fire over a potential conflict of interest and had to sign a document saying he had no conflict and he added wjc does not have to sign such a document even though he is personally paid by three clinton global sponsors and gets many expensive gifts from them. so more going on, suggesting that bill clinton pocketed money from the charity and hillary clinton wanted to focus just on the good parts of the foundation

death of this serviceman? >> yeah, high sandra. it is just breaking in the last half our or so. we know it is from injuries sustained from an ied roadside bomb. they're not supposed to be on the front line, but today was the fiercest fighting we have seen so far. the only hope that isis had been suppressed by these bombs was misspent. a suicide car bomb emerged and drove twaroward the drivers. it was stopped by another, now nine such cars are deployed by isis today. one of them got through the lines. we don't know what the casualties were for that or if it was connected to the death of the servicemen, but fierce fighting that we're seeing. >> what do we know about what is happening inside of mosul itself.

precincts. one ohio precinct had a 98% voter turnout which is unlikely and another had a 7% turnout, again very unlikely. howard dean told "rolling stone" magazine we know there was a systematic voter suppression. we couldn't say one way or another if the election was stolen. we could not roll it out and we could not prove that it was. exit polling has been restructured. >> what if november 8th rolls around and donald trump does not accept the outcome of the election. what would that look like? what would happen? >> the short answer is not much because there is not much you can do, but it really is unprecedented territory. trump might file lawsuits, challenge the results in different states, but if he did that those states would have to be extremely close for the challenges to survive with the,

to immigration. more important than a border fence and a wall, it is the consequences. we need to enforce the law. we need to support our heros in border patrol and that's what i want as a sheriff and a citizen. >> we heard him say it last night and again today, he keeps going back to the original idea that he will build that wall. what do you think every time you hear donald trump say that? more than a sheriff, i'm also a 20 year retired army veteran, a combat engineer. i have built border walls. i know something about this specifically. and we need those barriers and the historically proven baths of smuggling and any built up or urban center complimented with camera, technology, sensors.
