10:37 am
there are four toss up races that my company identifies in states where we think that hillary clinton tilted blue in her favor. in new hampshire where she is today and north carolina and the clip you just played and nevada and also in pennsylvania. so in all four of those places. we see the electoral map tipping blue. but the races are toss up and the democrats need to pick up four to tie and count on tim kaine as the tie breaker and create outright control of the senate and they are in favor and pick up two so they have two or throw more to go and 6 to 8 opportunities to get there. >> they need 4 or 5 seats in six contested races. that would be almost the run of the tables.

she has honed her skills of listening and trying to work with people. she's taking on issues that keep people up at night. sky rocketing costs. and helping students and helping those suffering from addiction or mental health and raising wages for hard- working families. what i love about maggie she's independent. and she knows how to find common ground and how to stand her ground. that's the kind of leader we need. we have to break through the grid lock and dysfunction that is maring washington. we got to get back to listening respectfully. we can disagree without being

10:48 am
he will stand up for women's health 100 percent of the time not just politically convenient and worked with maggie to cross party lines to expand medicaid to more than 50,000 granite staters. collin wants to invest in wind and solar energy and hold down energy cost and create more good jobs in new hampshire and protect the beautiful environment of the state and he will fight to put into action the promise of higher education in reach. and in these next days. make sure you you are doing everything for collin and carol and anny. did anybody see the last debate.

many plans. tim kaine and i wrote a book. it is called stronger together. and we called it "stronger together." i have an old fashioned idea that if i'm here asking for your vote to be your president i should tell you what i'm going to do. and maybe as i said yesterday in north carolina, maybe it is a bit of a woman thing because we make lists. we try to write down what we're supposed to do and cross them off as we go through the day and the week. i want you to think about our plans as a list for our country. we're going to get the economy

to our democracy. all of this talk about the election being rigged, trying to stir up people who are supporting him at his rallies. that is a direct threat to our democracy. and i have to tell you, as your secretary of state, i went to 112 countries and i went to countries where people were jailed and excited for being political opponents. the peaceful transfer of power is one of the things that makes our country great. something that we can't lose, something we should not even doubt. we cannot give in to cynicism and i don't think we are. i'll tell you what is exciting
10:53 am
to me, across this country at the moment when donald trump is making an unprecedented attack on our fundamental values and institution people are standing up for democracy. registering, volunteering, voting early. so when you get a little discouraging or you get frustrated by what you 1993 this campaign, think of this. you just reached a historic milestone. more than 200 million americans are now registered to vote. and most exciting, that includes more than 50 million young people. the biggest number ever.
10:54 am
you only see numbers like this when people are standing up for what they believe in. and i'm proud to see americans coming together, democrats, republicans, independents, to reject hate and division. and we're seeing that in new hampshire, too. we're more than our disagreements. we americans, there is so much more than unites us than divides us. i'm proud to have the support of more than 150 republican leaders in this state who put country before party. but this energy is not just because of what we're against, it's because of what we're for. fighting for a future where everyone counts, everyone has a
