that is largely due to his growing support among independent voter. you can see how he can gaining support while hillary clinton is losing it. >> trump owes a 13 point lead among independent voters. one group he continues to struggle with is african american voters. in the latest fox news polls only 5 percent of black voters say they support trump while 82 percent say they support clinton. in north carolina the republican nominee laid out his plan to help rebuild urban communities making them safer creating higher paying jobs. he is touting it as a new deal for black america. >> every citizen in this country is entitled to the government that puts their jobs wages and security first. here's the promise i make to you

live in the center of the country that is not looking too bad. you have spots in the 60's heading up to 80 degrees before it is all said and done. big weather system moving kn through the midwest and getting into ohio and through the pennsylvania area. see the leading edge of that, that is where we are tracking the warm air with the cold air. the snow the highest of elevations. you need to be 2,000 feet or perhaps even higher. you have seen some of the snowfall but it is already taking place. the hour by hour forecast, it will lift its way up the northeast and into maine and further to the north and the leading edge always the spot dropping the snow before the backside brings a little rain to be lifting through the area. as far as rainfall totals wouldn't be surprised if we got close to a foot of snow. not expecting nearly as much.
