"harris polling" shows, this is really tight race with 12 days to got. harris: that makes it traditional which might be only way it is traditionallal from what we've seen this season. you interjected, what about women -- don't any of those. i heard you. i want to bring you into the conversation here. what pete is listing, none of that was irrespective about
9:04 am
women. women care about the military and economy. i was curious you ask what about women. >> people is talking about this unprecedented host of issues we're dealing with. i agree, especially on national security front. we were talking about this morning, how do you reconcile yourself this, is question i asked of myself and my girlfriend, how do you reconcile, forget about the tape even from two years ago. how do you reconcile his attitude towards women with all the other issues? i believe, i think a lot of people aren't realizing it yet, terrorism is women's issue. women unfairly across the word bear the brunt. harris: terrorism is everybody issue. >> it is but greatly and deeply affects women not widely appreciated. >> i would answer that just briefly. you don't have to own everything donald trump said or videotape 11 years ago. i'm not okay for that. i'm not voting for pastor in chief. i'm voting in that context. >> doesn't his attitudes towards half the american population factor into his ability to lead the nation?

>> i also look at women that are around him said he conducts himself professionally and obviously he has made mistakes. we've seen those on full display. that doesn't have to be full content. sandra: consider polling today. fresh "fox news poll." do what attribute donald trump shrinking margin? is he staying on message? kennedy: couple things. people have much shorter attention span for scandal they have in even recent past presidential elections. and something, i think, a lot of this is cleverly timed by opposing campaigns where, they find people who have stories and they put them before the media and media jumps on it. but i think something that the clinton campaign didn't bank on some of this would actually fade before this really crucial window. because if you think about it, two weeks before the race, that is when a lot of people are really starting to tune in. maybe they caught one or two of the debates. if they caught that final

debate, very adeptly moderated by fox news's own chris wallace, they saw what was essentially a draw that was about a lot of issues. so if donald trump can keep the trumpisms to a bit of a minimum and keep the scandal and verbal controversy at bay for next two weeks he can certainly slice into the remaining lead she has got in this poll. harris: you put it so deliciously, short attention span for scandal. you could apply that across the board. champagne on the posterior of kim kardashian, blew up internet. next day we were talking about something else. sandra: thank you for that image. harris: salaciousness, we've seen it. >> remember how donald trump closed out second debate where he actually said hillary clinton, i commend her for her stamina. he is undercutting what he is saying now. he likes to reverse -- she is tired. kennedy: she doesn't quit and is a fighter than different than stamina. he says she takes too many naps and days off.
9:07 am
harris: we'll move on. guess what, wikileaks, released a brand new batch of hacked emails. this shows big concern over hillary clinton's email scandal. july 2015 email exchange, clinton confidante neera tanden wrote to campaign chair john podesta over her concerns over a cnn poll, at a time when hillary clinton's trustworthy numbers were taking a hit. tanden wrote this, quote. do we actually know who told hillary she could use a private email and has that person been drawn and quartered? like, whole thing is bleeping insane. there were cuss words in there. i tried to talk around it. fast forward now to more than a year. new fox poll finds a majority ot trust hillary clinton. here it is. a whopping 67% do not find the democrat honest and trust worth i this. this coming very same day as another batch of emails appear to show bill clinton aides pressuring foundation owners to give the former president

business opportunities. you have a couple different things going on here, pete. >> you sure do. it appears a very small circle were behind the idea to do the private server which doesn't change -- actually should reinforce what terrible judgment she has, what a bad decision that was. that was a decision driven by hillary clinton to say i don't want these communications shared with anyone. pins it even who are on her. this wikileaks stuff, unholy mix for hillary clinton. trump is setting the ship. every day she has to deal with a new batch. not that the american people are obsessed with them, but white noise in the background, if you can't trust her, she plays by her own rules the sim is rigged that does add up. harris: kennedy it is interesting, this election cycle donald trump has taken a lot of heat for not necessarily listening to people behind the scenes. this points out some of that same heat should be thrown hillary clinton's way. they were trying, according to emails we're seeing released to have conversations about what
9:09 am
was right and what was wrong. not just this batch. previous ones. not everybody. but ones we talked about yesterday. did they think she would get away with it, blah, blah, blah. i think it is interesting those types of things really could be brought on to her too. kennedy: it highlights the internal struggle and competent people she has around her that have issue with the system she created that really sicko fannic , neera tanden who okayed the server, whose idea was it? i bet it is cheryl mills. if it is not cheryl mills, whoever it was will be senior policy advisor in the white house. that means they will be affecting national policy. that will have direct affect on our lives. they have got questionable judgment they have not sufficiently answered for. sandra: they highlight her questionable judgment. one of the emails we looked at yesterday, called into question her instincts and this is within her circle asking that question.
9:10 am
to your point, kennedy cheryl mills doesn't have official place in the campaign but if hillary clinton elected in the white house, you have to assume one of these yes people, cheryl mills would work in a hillary clinton white house. you look at emails you realize who she would surround herself with as president. harris: at least somebody she would check in with. she had friends she would check in with, they weren't supposed to have access to her in the state department. the fact she would check in with somebody makes sense. >> part of what constitutes good leadership when we talk about president, not just that you never mess up, that you never make a mistake. everybody is going to do that. how you take accountability and responsibility and deal with the aftermath. what i really, what rankles me the wrong way about this was, when you, even, you know, after the news broke about the email server, a mad scramble to try to assign blame all over the place. first it was the i.t. guy who was subpoena under up on the hill.
9:11 am
then it was colin powell who fought back against that. now, there is always this sort of panic to try and pin it on somebody. that is kind of what bothers me, even more than the original sin which was decision to set up the server in the basement. >> very good point because this has always been a campaign about a person rather than a cause. get hillary clinton into the white house come hell or high water. what does she stand for? we're stronger together. what does it really mean. harris: that is interesting, a person not a cause. #i'm with her. we'll move on. remember jonathan gruber the obamacare architect, he is back and apparently has more to say. why he claims the law is working as designed, despite skyrocketing premiums that start next year. plus donald trump sitting down with his family for a revealing interview as he prepares for the final stretch of the campaign. will it move the needle in this very close race. and, facebook live will be sitting there talking. you can join us.

9:17 am
kennedy: meantime donald trump continuing to hammer of issue on the campaign trail saying obamacare was flawed from the start. >> real change begins with immediately repealing and replacing the disaster known as obamacare. [cheering] that one's not even close. and hillary wants to double up and triple up. what a disgusting situation. and it was no good. it was no good the day it was conceived. kennedy: but hillary clinton has repeatedly said repealing the health care law is not the answer and she wants to fix it instead. all right, pete, here is the issue i have with what jonathan gruber said. he wants the federal government to force people to buy insurance. that is what the mandate is. >> of course. kennedy: says the mandate is not coercive enough. people are not being penalized enough for opting out of the

system until they really need it when there is catastrophe. a lot of people realize it is less expensive to pay the penalty than actually get insurance especially now when in places like arizona premiums spiking 116%, not to mention deductibles. talk about that there. >> the mind of a jonathan gruber a technocrat, not that their designs could be wrong but the american voter around people are still stupid and need to be told what to do. that is the ruling class mentality. in minnesota, premiums are up 60, 70%. you have only one provide most places. one choice. kennedy: that is not a choice. >> that is not a choice. that is not freedom. exactly what we would say would happen. cost goes up, choice goes down. people aren't going to want it because they don't have the option. kennedy: sandra, the bottom line here, jonathan gruber again despises the dirty working-class people who were on the exchanges, those who do not receive federal subsidies. i says small sliver. half the people who have

i think that is fair criticism. >> you have served been out in the battlefield talking about defeat. >> during 2007, iraq surge, harry reid declaring war lost as warfighters surging into baghdad changing the game. that is not acceptable on this comment i think trump is saying a sentiments in a lot of military we have political generals, we forecast our strategy and fight with one hand tied behind our back. that the military is social petri dish as opposed to war fighting institution. harris: he should say that then. kennedy: that is what you're talking about. that is not what donald trump is talking about. >> he says it differently. >> point of clarification here, donald trump saying don't broadcast your plans ever. but general robert scales said actually, this is cordon strategy, you have to broadcast this, we're trying to save a million civilian lives so people don't get caught up. you create more cash the was. and you have to -- casualties, you have to section by section

someone stand broadly and salute be proud of the troops unleash them. there is definitely a strategy to let, military you let people know to minimize civilian casualties. frustration we have with that, drop leaflets on oil tankers against isis because we don't want to bomb those with civilian casualties. they feel like we're fighting politically correct wars. harris: we've done that before, when we did that in history, drop leaflets to let people know that they can get out of the way. >> got excessive. harris: the political side you're making. sandra: any moment now, donald trump he is scheduled to take to the stage in battleground state of ohio with only 12 days until we go to the polls. have we mentioned that this show? yeah a few times. 12 days, everybody. we'll take you to him live when he begins. and this white house campaign has got emotions running very high, if you haven't noticed. sometimes causing high tension among family and friends but never fear. hillary clinton has got the remedy.

i was given warfarin in the hospital, but wondered, was this the best treatment for me? i spoke to my doctor and she told me about eliquis. eliquis treats dvt and pe blood clots and reduces the risk of them happening again. not only does eliquis treat dvt and pe blood clots. but eliquis also had significantly less major bleeding than the standard treatment. knowing eliquis had both... ...turned around my thinking. don't stop eliquis unless you doctor tells you to. eliquis can cause serious, and in rare cases, fatal bleeding. don't take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. if you had a spinal injection while on eliquis call your doctor right away if you have tingling, numbness, or muscle weakness. while taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily... and it may take longer than usual for bleeding to stop. seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. eliquis treats dvt & pe blood clots. plus had less major bleeding. both made switching
