and that 90 miles off of key west. deterrents. what can we do to deter russia? >> we are doing some things in europe. i think europe is happy that the united states is back. and sending more troops and more exercises. for instance. the baltic have is 30 this happened troops facing 300000 russian troops. we have to show strong and meet our treaty commitments and so they don't make a mistake. but russia is looking for soft spots. if they think they will bother us sending ships to cuba or exercises with the chinese or syria and military exercises with egypt, russia will do this. and we need to understand what russia's objectives are and protect and advance american interest and it takes a lot of strength on our part to do this.
