going on for an entire year. it is entirely separate than the investigation into hillary clinton's use of a private server. fox news learned the probe into the clinton foundation has taken a quote very high priority they tell us there is an avalanche of new information coming in every day. fbi agents are actively and aggressively pursuing the case which prosecutors from the department of justice trade to shut down earlier this year. senior officials at the justice department disagreed with agents on the case about the strength of the evidence and have been pushing the bureau to drop the investigation for the last nine months. it will has no choice but to

victory and the agony of defeat. the cubs stopping the 108-year-old drought. the cleave lapped indian will have to wait 69th year to win the next world series. the chicago cubs really heating up with those bats which was the huge difference. dexter fowler leading off the game with a home run and javier biaz adding on to that. that was the difference maker. the indians would not be denied either. in the 8th inning davis tying the game at 6 a piece and as if there was not enough drama with this game all together there was a rain delay after the game was notched up at the bottom of the 9th. it felt to us like that momentum completely shifted after the rain delay. the cubs scoring two runs going up 8-6 in the bottom of the

10th. the cleave lapped indians desperately try to make a comeback but the cubs making that final out. chris bryant throwing it over to first ending that 108 year drought. really an incredible moment for the chicago cubs. it's the first time since 1979 that a team has over come a 3-1 deficit. the last team to do it was the chicago pirates. bill murray who is a super fan of the chicago cubs described it as having thrown out old clothes with all of the dirt on it. >> joel, a great way to describe it. cubs fans aren't going to know what to do without waiting 108 years. amazing night. thanks for sharing it with us. >> five days until the election.

>> we are live in washington, d.c. with the latest. >> good morning to you. fox learned the second ongoing fbi investigation looking at allegations of a pay per play scheme between the state department and clinton foundation have taken a high priority. the investigation has been underway for more than a year now. it is separate from the bureau's probe. sources tell us there is an avalanche of new information coming in every day including information from the wikileaks document. caught in the middle is the justice department which reportedly tried to shut down the investigation earlier this year. that's according to a report by the wall street journal. the paper reports that senior officials at the justice department disagreed with agents on the case about the strength of the evidence and have been pushing the bureau to drop the investigation for the last nine

clinton's e-mail server. >> people are thinking about it. here to explain the options with us is erin, how does one simply change their vote? >> reporter: not every voter can do it. in fact, the deadline to change your vote passed on tuesday in the state of minnesota. so unfortunately, minnesotans don't have this option. so only in wisconsin, michigan and pennsylvania can they do have. pennsylvania, specifically, the voter can go in on election day and their absentee ballot would be invalidated. in wisconsin you have up until three options, you can do it three times, changing your vote. which is so interesting. now, as of tuesday, no one had changed their vote in wisconsin three times just yet, but i would be interested to see by

election day if someone actually does it three times. >> do you have any numbers, i mean, as to how many people have tried to change their votes before? and explain one more time what happens to your other vote. >> reporter: so what you do in these states, and in michigan, you have the option to until 4:00 p.m. on monday, the day before election day, but you have to go into a local election's office and actually say, okay, i might have made a mistake. and now election officials will go get your ballot, destroy it, and then you hand in a new one. >> so interesting. no, you've got to confirm the first one is invalidated. i was in minnesota and voted absentee. i was not aware of this process, but when you look at the other states so open, wisconsin, michigan, pennsylvania, all very important states in this process. are the campaigns focusing on people that have already voted and trying to get them to switch? or is this just something they are talking about? >> or to keep them from switching? >> reporter: we're not really hearing that from hillary clinton. but as you play in the top of the segment, donald trump has

been talking about this. wisconsin is an important state, and hillary clinton just started advertising in wisconsin last week as polls there are tightening. pennsylvania is a very important one. donald trump really needs to win pennsylvania to have the hope of actually winning the white house. so he is doing a little bit of this because every vote counts, especially in those important swing states. >> it does seem like the lead is a door open for a lot of the human error by accident or if, you know, planning it and it's voter fraud. so what are they doing to keep any of that from happening? >> reporter: well, it's all with the human touch. what the local election officials have to do is look at the signatures that you cast and c compare it with the new ones on a ballot. >> but my signature is never the same. >> mine isn't either. >> you're right, a lot of people weren't aware of this. >> and absentee ballots could be
