of election 2016. i've heard men say they're going to get a box of tissues and cry their eyes out. >> possibly. >> keep the faith, justice starts now. breaking tonight, donald trump hits four key states in one day. as one of the most important races in our lifetime reaches the home stretch. hello and welcome to justice. i'm judge jeanine, thanks for being with us. donald trump spending this final saturday before election day in florida, north carolina, nevada, and colorado. while hillary clinton ran into some rain in the critical sunshine state today before campaign event tonight with pop star katy perry in pennsylvania. here are both candidates at stops within the past hour. >> when your kids and grandkids ask you what you did in 2016,

when it was all on the line, i want you to be able to say, i voted for a better, fairer, stronger america, where everybody has a chance at the american dream. >> we didn't bring any so-called, so-called stars along. we didn't need them. you know, the reason hillary has to do that is nobody comes for her deal. she can't fill a room. we can get stars, we don't need them because we just want to make america great again. and we know what to do. >> we have a packed line-up on deck tonight, including donald trump jr., just minutes away. but before he makes his closing argument, i want you to hear my opening statement. this is the most important election of your lifetime. whether you like hillary rodham

clinton or donald j. trump doesn't matter. there is only one person who can vote for. we cannot have a country led by a president subject to ongoing criminal investigations. potential indictment, and never-ending hearings. we cannot have a president under that level of scrutiny that inevitably leads to even more questions and more investigations. and irrespective of what happens to her, whether she's indicted or even guilty, it doesn't matter. her guilt is a moot point, she cannot take the oval office. now in any other business when the head of a corporation is plagued by scandal, that person steps down and is replaced. because the board knows a business cannot succeed without respect and authority. how do you think the world is going to look at the united

states when a woman under federal criminal investigation, whose lied repeatedly to the american people is elected? do you think they'll take her at her word? how many countries already own her through the clinton family charitable foundation? which was used to raise a minimum of $100 million just for her husband bill. how many countries like morocco million for five minutes with bill. just think, we can have our own world joke, like bunga bunga prime minister berlusconi on investigation while under office and then sentenced to prison. why, when just this week we are faced with threats of a cyber attack on election day, not to mention the constant threat of another terror attack on u.s.

why do protein drinks taste chalky? then get worse? introducing protein shots from 5-hour energy. protein shots from 5-hour energy are smooth and tasty, and still deliver 21 grams of protein with 100 calories. they're great for workouts. so great that if you don't get up to fifteen percent more reps, more laps, more distance, we'll give you your money back

now back to justice with judge jeanine for all of your headlines log on to foxnews.com. we're continuing to follow breaking news right now on justice, you're looking at video from moments ago in nevada where the man arrested at donald trump rally was taken out by security services after causing some kind of scare during the rally. trump himself was immediately rushed off the stage taken to safety. but then returned just a few minutes later and resumed the rally. his next rally is scheduled to go on as planned later tonight in colorado. my next guest can talk a little bit about this with us. fox news contributor and former arkansas governor mike huckabee, joins us now from florida. good evening, governor.
1:38 am
you know, we just saw a rather frightening scene, donald trump being rushed offstage. and it seemed like a raucous event, and the secret service obviously thinking it's serious enough to take him off stage, but clearly in trump fashion, donald went back on stage and continuing with the rally. what do you make of this? >> well first of all, judge, you've been around donald trump, you know that this is one of the most energetic human beings i've ever seen. i've been with him on the campaign trail. he runs circle around people half his age. i want to think about how many events he's doing a day and snls people have ever done something like this, they have no idea the drain upon a person's physical body, and yet donald trump goes out there and, rally after rally, he's doing multiple events, plus the travel, plus the interviews, plus calling people, it's not just like he gets on the plane and takes a nap. he's meeting, talking with
1:39 am
staff, he's making phone calls, that's the first thing people need to know, but related to this rally, one of the things that's happening, there are so many rallies and thooez are being planned not weeks in advance, hours in advance. literally hours. and it is an incredible security challenge and i want to say kudos to the secret service and to the police forces for being able to manage what is a very challenging situation. >> and you know, governor, i have to tell you, in addition to all of those issues that you'd spoke about, you know, with the drain from traveling and all the meetings and all that, there was one piece that you didn't mention, and that is the stress of the incoming, of all of the shots that are coming in. what's gopt to be responded to. what doesn't have to be responded to. and you know, in the last 72 hours of the campaign, what is she going to hit him with? you know what's interesting, in terms what have she's going to hit him with. all of her commercials right now are all negative about him. she doesn't have one positive
1:40 am
thing to say about herself. >> well, what would she say? hey, i haven't been arrested yet. you know, thecht found all those e-mails thank god. i mean, what else can she say? this is a person who is so surrounded by corruption that everywhere she walks, it's like the character lioness where every time -- it's the guy with the dirt that just comes off, and it's like everywhere hillary walks, there's little clouds of dirt of corruption that keep coming off. what can she say? the fact is, she has no business being commander in chief or president. you made that very clear in your opening comments tonight, and i thought it was right on target. what donald trump has demonstrated is that he's a leader. he know thousands take command, take charge, he brings people to a point of wanting to follow. and i've said many donald trump looks like somebody who is going somewhere, hillary
1:41 am
clinton looks like somebody who is sorry she's been. >> let me ask you this, are you concerned about any of the problems with voting and, you know, a rigged election and all the problems we're hearing about or, you know, do you think that this is going to be something that will be relatively easy in terms of the ballot counting? >> you know, i can hope that it's going to be done with great integrity, but i mean, when you have instances like the snichgs california where a guy goes to his doorstep and there's 85 ballots at his door, we know that there are problems. is it enough to swing an election? at a national level, probably not. i was in pennsylvania earlier today, and one of the things that you hear as a concern, but i'll tell you something else that is very evident, there is an enthusiasm level for donald trump that is simply staggering. i was in a suburb of philadelphia last night in lancaster earlier today, listen,
1:42 am
people in places like pennsylvania, they're going vote. i think he will carry pennsylvania and by the way, if you want to know how you can be just as sure the clintons are scared to death about it, that's where they're going to be monday night and they're bringing the obamas, they're bringing jay-z and beyonce to give us the wholesome lyrics they love to do. >> i wonder how steel country and coal miners think of obama and hillary clinton is going to make a darn bit of difference, but we'll see. and i'm sure we'll see you tuesday night. governor mike huckabee, thanks for being with us. all right. all right. and more on tonight's security scare with our political panel next. sick of it everyone is. >> have you had enough of this campaign season? >> i'll be glad when it's over, but i haven't had enough. >> what do you mean, you haven't -- you want more? >> i love it! i love it! >> have you had enough of the campaign season? >> oh, no, i'm ready for more and more. >> oh, come on, aren't you tired of this? >> yeah, let's just vote. >> i guess it's been a long journey for most of the candidates. >> yeah, it's been a long journey for america. >> is he going to do it or is she going to do it? >> i think he's surging at the right time, so i really think he's going to win it. >> okay, well, hillary's in a whole lot of trouble. >> yeah. and they both seem to be -- >> well, she's in legal, criminal, federal trouble. >> maybe. >> she's been doing the same thing for 30 years. trump's upsetting the establishment on both sides and i love it. >> trump's going to do it all the way. he's a businessman and a very

compassionate person. and he's not racist whatsoever. >> well, thank you very much. now, there is a message from a very rationale, well-balanced human being. >> i'm undecided. >> how can i decide you? trump won't be under federal criminal investigation for the next four years? how much longer and how much more information do you need to decide? i don't have all day. >> okay, you win. >> you're a millennial? >> yep. >> that means you're younger than me, not that much, actually, i could be your grandmother. >> i would love for you to be my grandmother. that would be awesome. >> you just killed me. you say, no, you can never be my grandmother, you're too young. >> if he does win, what are you going to do? >> probably crawl into a ball and be dead. >> i've heard men say, they're going to be a box of tissues and cry their eyes out. >> it's a big week, the cubs win the world series and trump's winning on tuesday. >> on the trump escalator, just
