'of election day as brand new fox polls show hillary clinton leading with 48% of the vote in a two-way race. donald trump 4 ponts behind her at 44% as you can see. a look now at how the race is shaping up in the all-important state of florida. we are going to take you there in a moment. quinnipiac poll shows a virtual tie there with clinton leading trump by just one point. the republican nominee is starting off the day, a very busy day in florida. donald trump rally getting under way in sarasota momentarily, the first of five states donald trump is scheduled to visit today with running mate and family hitting even more. senior national correspondenten john roberts is following the trump campaign, he is in florida and joining us now. hi, there, john. john: jenna, good morning, to you, we are at the robarts arena. not the roberts. there's still thousands outside, though, trying to get in. obviously this was an oversold venue. donald trump will be taking the

stage probably in the next five minutes. all the counties of florida, 6.4 million people have cast mail-in absentee ballots or voted in person and that means there are at least 2 million other votes out there some where so donald trump and hillary clinton both trying hard to get those people out to the polls tomorrow. donald trump yet in leesburg, virginia, motivate people to get out of the polls after midnight last night. donald trump telling the crowd if they want changes to the scats -- status quo, they have to play a part. here is what he said. >> now it's up to the american people to deliver the justice -- >> trump, trump! >> it's up to the american people to deliver justice at the ballot box and on november 8th, but you have to get out and you have to vote.

john: that event one of five in five states that donald trump did yesterday. he's doing five today. let's put up the map between donald trump and running mates and two male children, they are going to be in seven states today. trump finishing up campaign, 2016, the whole thing in grand rapids, michigan, barack obama won that in 2012 by ten points. trump campaign says it's got internal polling that show is within three points. donald trump believing that his message about bringing auto jobs back to michigan, back to detroit will motivate voters out to the polls and push him over the top. here is what he said yesterday. listen. >> we are going to bring our jobs back and no more are going to be leaving, they're going to be consequences if they leave. i want to share a special messages with many friends in the unions all across the state and the unions love me and the

nonunions love me too. john: what's interesting about michigan, too, jenna, other than absentee voting there's no early voting. it's all about getting people out on the day. there's no vote like there is here in florida. trump is hoping hoping that by focusing on michigan, he'll be able to get folks out tomorrow and if he does with 16 electoral votes michigan would be a huge prize for him, jenna. jenna: we will be watching that closely. the backstreet boys, i heard blairing behind you. is that typically on the play list? >> it is, it was added two or three weeks ago. every song on the play list other than the ones that the advance people sneak in without his knowledge, they were all picked personally by donald trump so this is all music that he likes. unfortunately, though, i'm never going to be able to listen to the rolling stones ever again. too much. [laughter]

jenna: you'll need time to come down, detox, i'm sure one day rolling stones will make it back to your play list. john: just remember, john, you can't always get what you want. just hours before election day some brand new polls on the race for the white house with a yuirvet poll hot off the presses released moments ago giving hillary clinton a 6-point lead. he's at 50% to donald trump's 44. cbs news poll also gives clinton the i believe 45% to trump's 41, but an ibd/tipp poll puts trump ahead. it's important to know that the results are within the margin of error. joining us now patrick murray, director of the university polling institute. what are people to make of these numbers when you get, most of the polls say hillary clinton has a solid lead, maybe 3, 4, 5

points and then you get the poll that puts trump ahead? >> i think la poll that has trump up by 5 points. fox poll, cbs, abc, these are all polls that have very good track records and we are looking at anywhere from a 3 or 4, 4 to 6 margin in all the polls. they seem to have been on the range and presidential elections here in the u.s., that's a pretty solid number and it suggests that all the other poll that is we are seeing in florida, north carolina, she's probably doing better there clinton probably doing better there. john: i might as well put it up there on the screen for our viewers. fox news national poll puts hillary clinton at 48%, donald trump at 44%. now, this was a poll that basically gave people those two

options. so pick one or the other, that still leaves 8% of the population who didn't anymore a choice, does that mean they are undecided or they just flat out won't vote? >> the third-party vote is going to come in somewhere 5 to 7%. bigger than average year. most of those people are going to end up in that, i think, at this stage of the game there is almost no voter out there who is undecided about how they're going to vote for president. they may be undecided how they're going to vote for senate, that's why the senate is up in the there. the question is do they go out and vote? this is why donald trump is in michigan and pennsylvania in play. states without early voting. so if one group comes out more than the other, that could tip the balance. john: i have generally seen donald trump's enthusiasm numbers, enthusiasm among trump voters as being higher than hillary clinton's during this election cycle.

>> right. john: you say at this point that's probably not very important. >> that doesn't matter at this point. john: why? >> enthusiasm is not driving people who wouldn't have voted otherwise to the polls. what drives the early vote and not necessarily election vote and here is why, the enthusiastic trump voters, people excited about voting for trump, they voted in 2012 for romney, they voted in 2012 for mccain. they weren't enthusiastic about the votes back then but that doesn't make them anymore more likely to vote. they just like donald trump better than any candidate they have had before. the enthusiasm -- the enthusiasm number is up. john: even in the republican party donald trump is a controversial figure. i'm surprised to say that people who voted for mccain and romney are also excited to vote for donald trump. >> yeah, they're not. they're voting against hillary clinton. that's the key. they're voting against hillary clinton.

in the past these enthusiastic trump voters would vote against whoever the democratic nominee was even know they didn't think the republican nominee was their cup of tea. it's a little different now. it literally does not change the number of people turning out to vote. john: i know they asked if it was going to be a fair and scare election? >> the vast majority think this is going to be a fair election. it's a little bit less likely than if clinton wins, some trump voters do think if clinton wins it could be rigged but we are talking about less than 45%. john: well, let's hope they are right, let's hope that it is fair and square election all the way around. patrick, murray, director of the monmouth university. >> thank you. jenna: let's take a listen. >> well, you know what you can do is go out and vote tomorrow. that's the only way.

big. it's all a phoney deal. they are telling you a lot of phoney stuff. they are so worried. you ought to see them on television this morning. that we are leading in let's say new hampshire, they get a note very happy and, oh, oh. oh. mr. trump is leading in new hampshire. you can see their thrill. they're totally thrilled. they are thrilled. by the way, i just want to -- i'm a big fan of billy graham. who isn't? i'm also a big fan and he's been so incredible to me of franklin graham. he's a great guy, he's keeping it going. and billy graham's granddaughter was here, spoke incredibly, i hear, i hear. where is sicy, where is she?

to tell you this, folks, i don't want to make you depressed, half of you are going to walk out of the room, but don't do that, are going to experience massive double-digit premium hikes, okay, and far greater than what you've been told. you've been told numbers because they didn't want to do it before the election. i work very hard to force the numbers out. it's going to have a great impact -- my poll numbers are going through roof. you know why, i do believe a big part of it is obamacare because we are going repeal it and replace it. in the great state of arizona premiums are going up more than 116%. over 90% of the counties in florida are losing obamacare and they are losing insurers that put obamacare there, but you know what, we are going to make it 100% of the counties because we are going to terminate obamacare and it's not going to make a difference. [cheers and applause]

>> we will be terminating obamacare and we will be replacing it with so many different options but you'll have great health care at a fraction, a fraction of the cost and it'll be great. with obamacare premiums are surging, companies are leaving, insurers are fleeing, doctors are quitting, and deductibles are going through the roof. yet crooked hillary clinton wants to double down on obamacare, make it even more expensive. it's going to go way up, way up. obamacare is going much higher. >> lock her up! lock her up! lock her up! >> nobody in this room can

believe what's going on in washington. nobody in this room can believe was going on with the fbi and what's going on with the department of justice. nobody. nobody. nobody can believe it. i'm asking for your vote so recan repeal obamacare and save health care for every family in florida and in our great country . real change also means restoring honesty to our government. hillary clinton is moist corrupt person ever to seek the office of the presidency of the united states. she threatened national security and sold to the highest bidder and deleted at least 33,000 emails after receiving a congressional subpoena.

right, was it talking or singing. but the language -- but the language was so bad that many of the people left, right? by the time hillary got up there was nobody there. the crooked media, those people out there are the most dishonest people. the crooked media does nothing or did you want explain it, they don't explain it and isn't it amazing that when jz and beyonce use filthy language in the song using words that if i ever said those words it would be the reinstitution of the electric chair, right? right? it's true. and they used these words and she comes on and hugs him like everything is right. and yet with me he's very lewd.

great position to win on tuesday. jenna: two minutes long and during prime time, how will you combat that? >> ours has a greater vision in america. he talks specifically about what he's going to do and turn washington upside down and change things that hillary clinton frankly she may say she's going to but she's been there for 30 years, she's been part of the problem and it's going to be hard and frankly unbelievable that she could make a case for change when she's been part of the problem for so long. jenna: we are taking the show on the road tomorrow. one of the states we are going to be in north carolina and as i've been doing research getting ready for election day, one of the core group of voters in north carolina is the white suburban professional women, normally mother and college educated an there are those in the state that says this is a voting block that donald trump needs to make inroads in that looked like they are voting for hillary clinton. you fit that description, i know you're a mom of three,

professional woman. what is trump's best argument for that particular voting group to vote for him? >> i think it's real simple. the things that keep most of the moms, myself included that i tuck at night is who is going to make america sifer and -- safer and who is going the make life better for our kids. i think the answer is simple, it's donald trump. i think donald trump will do more for working moms and working families in the first 30 days than hillary clinton has done in the last 30 years. jenna: one of the biggest news is news from the fbi that there is no there there with the new emails found. that was a big deal about ten days ago with the announcement of the fbi and a lot of questions on the impact of the race. what do you think about the latest announcement for the fbi that there is no there, how does that impact your chances? >> i think there still is a there because the investigation is still ongoing. they're anything but clear of

corruption and scandal. wikileaks emails that have come out over the last 244 hours further give cause for people to have a lot of concern and a lot of fear about the level of corruption that hillary clinton would bring to the white house. jenna: great to have you in the program as it has all the way. we look forward having you back again, sarah, thank you. john: one more day. the fight for a key battle ground state, what new polling is telling us about the state of the race in new hampshire and who is making a last-minute appearance there. we are live with that story

john: fox news alert on the financial markets. let's take a look at the dow. up 311 points, back above 18,000. the triple-digit surge coming as investors react to the knew that the fbi review of hillary clinton's emails found no new evidence to change the bureau's recommendation against criminal charges. the dow now on pace to close posting biggest gain really in four months. this comes as the s&p 500 snaps its longest losing streak in nearly 40 years. jenna: breaking details in fbi's investigation director james comey sending a letter to congress saying they're sticking with july decision not to recommend charges against her. let's talk about what is

happening in washington, d.c. our chief intelligence correspondent katherine harris live in washington. >> fbi director sent letter to congress sunday that the clinton emails recovered from anthony weiner's sexting case did not change charges for mishandling classified information. clinton and her team were careless with more than 2100 emails with classified information and another 22 at the top secret level. but the director said there was no evidence of criminal intent to move highly sensitive material outside of secured government channels even though she used personal unsecured server exclusive for government business. we reviewed all the communication that is were to or from hillary clinton while she was secretary of state. based on our review, we have not changed the conclusion that we expressed in july with respect to secretary clint open. while a relief to the clinton campaign fbi director's letters have seen a source of frustration.

>> we are glad to see that as we were -- that he has found that he has confirmed that he's reaching conclusions reached in july and we are glad that the matter is resolved. >> yesterday that his investigations into obstruction of justice and lying under oath to congress by hillary clinton will continue though he was not surprised by the outcome. >> they have come to the conclusion that they are not going to prosecute this but congress has a host of other questions about the potential quid pro quo, they did not answer the question as to whether or not hillary clinton has committed perjury. >> the house government oversight committee ranking democrat cummings does not support further investigation and asked the justice department, internal watch known as attorney general to investigate los angeles to the fbi to the trump campaign. jenna: thank you. john: fbi director james comey

following october surprise with a november surprise of sorts. a letter to congress saying the fbi is now sticking with its earlier decision not to recommend charges against hillary clinton for her handling of classified information. comey is now under scrutiny for his handling of the case. let's talk about all of the coverage it's getting. tammy radio talk show host, bureau chief for media news, both are fox news contributors. to you first, what do you think about the fbi director's first reinstatement of the investigation and then a few days later case closed. >> he's a politician and wants to keep his job. >> really? >> yes, do i. john: that was presupposed that hillary clinton win it is election. >> it doesn't matter. i think that, you know, it is true that a president can fire an fbi director, however, i think that he doesn't know which way he's going to go and i think he's hedging his bets.

john, tammy, your take. >> this became political when loretta lynch met with bill clinton on the tarmac. these are all political appointee jobs but we need to have some sort of sense of assurance that these are nonpartisan law enforcement agencies that are going to look at the evidence. i think what people are seeing now, the first memo was kind of a bombshell because it switched things. the second memo sort of exposed some kind of chaos or at least some kind of real politics involved in the decision-making and that speaks to some of the mood in the country right now about who can you trust, are the law enforcement agencies fair and specially irs targeting of the american conservatives and the tea party and it seems like an inability of at least the fbi to stick with an investigation or even apparently conclude one or haven't been inclusive enough to come to the correct decision. john: let's talk about the media coverage. comey has been roasted by all kinds of media for the way he

has handled that, handled this whole thing. is that fair? >> well, he handled initially the correct way in july or whether he handled it correctly when he wrote to congress or whether he now handled it correctly, i think that the media has not been good about figuring out how these decisions are made, getting sources in the fbi to talk. that's what we are supposed to be doing after all. i don't think the media has done a great job with it. >> the story is that certain things weren't found out in the first press conference like the maid having access to things or additional device that is huma abedin had access to. all of that should have happened at first. if you're not doing that, then we find out that they realize they didn't so they reopen it. the theory of the investigation didn't change is he added intent dynamic which is not in the original gross negligence part. so we knew that that hadn't

changed and now we have this, well, it didn't really change. the story of the media is not who it hurts, should be what's with the fbi. john: they didn't find any emails that they had already seen. >> this is the problem. americans don't necessarily trust in that determination because everything has been so bungled in a way. 650,000 emails, originally only had 50. john: controversy that could continue after the election. >> indeed. john: thank you both, jenna. >> jenna: well, we know this is a fact, john, it's a tight race for the white house. we are going to check out the latest score card and explore the paths to victory for both candidates next

>> north carolina, the big issue there is, potentially depressed african-american turnout and efforts on behalf of legislature to curtail early voting and reduce some of the early voting polling locations, so i think that may have a potentially detrimental impact for democrats. they're not only the presidential race but the senate race as well. north carolina, i believe, is going to be the number one state to watch tomorrow evening because it's going to be the most volatile, the florida of 2016. >> i agree. jenna: what about the midnight rally that hillary clinton is holding. >> she knows and so does north carolina means anything. and you alluded this in the segment. the north carolina has won and lost in raleigh and mecklenburg and lost with suburban women. suburban in north carolina don't vote policy or politics and they vote the person and the last several weeks for donald trump with the video coming up was

difficult and the race with senator was both, pat mccrory is going to lose and the republican governor as well, three and a half or 3.1 million people have voted in north carolina, probably only about 5 are going to vote. most of them have actually already voted but the turnaround happened when obamacare premiums were going to increase and the news broke, about 40% in north carolina, clinton pay for play but the e-mail investigation started to swing women in donald trump. jenna: the premium hike in whatever state he's in, what do you think that means for voters as a democrat? what do you think -- what is the impact for your side? >> it is a challenge and it does depend on the state, the narrative is a very strong one for donald trump and i think that as he's been staying on message over the last, you know, ten days or so, focusing on the obamacare premium issue, focusing on some of the things that he wants to do in the united states when it comes to
